So, I've recently been able to play the ps3 game "The Last of Us" and it is by far my favorite game I have played to date. It is just amazing and I am currently obsessed with it and anything to do with it. That said, I am looking for an ADVANCED roleplay that will be taking place inside the world of the game. It can be anything, really, but I'd prefer that we use OCs and create our own storyline to coincide with some of the events in the game itself, so Joel and Ellie may be making an appearance at one point. Since I am such a huge fan of this game, I will even accept ideas for both MxF and MxM. Just a few rules:
-MxM or MxF: If MxM then I would like to take a more passive role; if MxF then I only play females. I am also open to doubling up characters.
- High Casual/Advanced only. What I mean by this is that I want no fewer than four to five paragraphs when permissible. If there is interaction/conversation/action that involves a post on my part to move it along, then obviously that is a little extreme to require but even then, the minimum is still three paragraphs; MINIMUM.
- Editing posts: If you need to edit your post to make a change, whether it is adding or taking away something, LET ME KNOW FIRST. Therefore, an OOC is required so we can chitchat and keep each other posted on what's going on. However, I'd also prefer if you kept this to a minimum because it tends to get irritating after a while.
- Do not drop the roleplay without telling me you are going to first. If you need to take a hiatus, let me know and I can wait until you are able to come back. If you want to drop it, let me know and then I can find a replacement for it. Just PLEASE let me know.
The usual and most basic rules:
-Please, PLEASE check your grammar and spelling. While a few mishaps here and there are quite fine, it gets rather annoying to see mistakes in every single post and I'd rather not spend all my time trying to decipher it just to make sense of it. Also, no text speak. Text speak = DEATH. No but seriously, proofread. I will make mistakes too but I try my best to make them far and few between.
-Keep in touch. I know real life gets in the way sometimes but I would very much appreciate it if you let me know that you cannot reply for a while. If you extend to me this courtesy, I will do the same for you. Actually, I always (when I can) let my partners know if I cannot reply so...just be sure to do the same. I tend to get distracted sometimes but I won't just drop off the face of the Earth for days and even weeks at a time without some type of warning so please, don't make me sit here like a sad koala waiting for a reply.
-Do NOT bail on me and just drop the role play without telling me. I am a big girl and by this point, I have had plenty of people say they don't want to do the role play anymore. I can handle it, trust me. Just please tell me so I am not waiting like some miserable, lost koala for a reply and can look for another one to replace it or so I can at least know not to expect a reply.
-I only role play via private messages or emails. No exceptions.
-No, I do not "fade to black". If you can't handle the maturity, don't bother asking for a role play with maturity in it. Sorry if this seems a bit rude but it just rubs me the wrong way when people ask and then I have to feel like a jerk when I tell them to either A) deal with it or B) find a different role play. I LOVE details and that includes the romance, blood and gore.
-HAVE FUN. Seriously...or maybe not so seriously. After all, fun shouldn't be too serious unless it is seriously fun.
One other important note: I am not looking for a fast rp at all. I am looking at possibly getting in maybe three posts a week at the most. I want it to be more on the advanced side so that requires time and with real life, I cannot be on everyday. So if you can deal with a slower rp and my hectic schedule, please message me and let's bounce ideas around. I'm very excited to get this zombie party started. ^_^
