"This new guy has to be kidding, right?" Liz laughed. "I'm incredibly dangerous too, but only when I don't have glass embedded in my leg, and only when someone or something is threatening me or... my..." Liz goes silent as she remembers the fact that all she knows is that she's on a Vitus ship, that all her memories from before she was in the room where she woke up were missing, and that she and all these people who managed to escape the grasp of the Vitus have superpowers. She remembered that she couldn't remember her family or friends, and another tear rolls down her face.
That was a quite a post Makarov, But you should know that a character like Dr. Manhattan can't die unless he wants to right.
As everyone else seemed to be flung to the ceiling, Liz clung to the chair like object for dear life, as it fortunately seemed to be connected to the floor solidly. "Nope, nope, I can't take that kind of beating, might reopen the cuts on my legs or create new ones. I'll just cling to this chair for dear life while you figure out what you're doing." She said, before she heard the explosion, and looked to the view port. "Is that one of those guys who stayed behind to hold them off?"
"You!" Liz said pointing at Luger. "Go back and get the others here. We have to be ready, and they should be here to help and defend us." She said as she removed her arm from around Crystal in order to sit down on a chair like object.
(Legs, Blaze, the burns are on her legs)

"I'm not going to be able to walk quite yet, not until a professional takes a look at them at least. I felt the glass cut through muscle. Between that and the burning, my legs are in too much pain for me to walk at the moment. If you think icing them will help, go for it. And you. You were kind enough to help me earlier, could you help carry me again?" Liz asked, as a lone tear dripped down her face from the pain. She didn't even want to try to shift into something smaller, not knowing where the glass would end up.
Liz gritted her teeth as she felt the flames searing the cuts on her legs shut. All across her body, her muscles tensed up, practically locking, while she waited for the Human Torch to finish closing up the wounds. Her eyes were shut so tight, that no one could open them. Her hands were balled into fists as she fought to keep from moving, which could injure herself or Crystal or The Human Torch or the med student who had his hands over her shoulders. Tears formed in the corners of her eyes. She expected there to be a lot of pain, but this was more than she expected.
"I'd really rather have the best chance of survival, plus the wounds are away from my stomach and chest, so less chance of more severe injury. Just do your best to not make me extra crispy. I'd be a lot less helpful if I were dead." She said gritting her teeth. She knew what she was asking for was crazy, but it was better than being dead. "I believe in you. and the flame doesn't have to be that small, just as small as you are confident in controlling, and guide the flame to the cuts." She breathed slowly, and deeply. "I'm ready if you are."
"Hey, Human Torch, you mind doing something for me? Carefully burn the cuts shut so I don't bleed as bad. It'll probably give me time to get to a hospital. Anyway, what exit are we using? The Pods or the bridge?" Liz asked as she prepared for the burning sensation. Her breath caught in her throat as she anticipated the pain. Would it be worse than when she was in the tank? She couldn't remember how painful that was so she had no idea.
"Elizabeth Pherena, thanks. God, the air is so cold around you... but don't power down, the cold I can tough out. Besides, you might need to defend us." Liz breathed through the pain. Her ears were ringing from the pain, and she was fighting to stay conscious. Her eyes focused on the group ahead of her as they came back into view. "Are we any closer to getting out of here?"
"No I can't, not on my own. The glass pushed too far in. Hell, I probably should have the Human Torch cauterize them till we have a hospital to deal with the wounds, that way I at least won't bleed out. I don't even know if I can put weight on them at this point, because the glass definitely cut muscle." Liz said, wincing in pain as she is lifted. "Lets get back to the group, so we can find out whether or not we have a way out yet."
