Kenji continued staring into the crowd watching where Gergory had gone, he didn't stop watching the crowd until Aiko came out drawing his attention back to her. He wondered if she noticed Gregory as well since she was looking in the same direction but he put it aside. At least he planned too until Aiko asked him a question, which made him close his eyes in thought for a moment. He was pretty sure that was Gregory but he was long gone by now and he wasn't going to chase after him just to say hello.
"I'm pretty sure I just saw Gregory...but he vanished..." Kenji said before leaning off the wall. "Anyway let's get moving the place isn't too far from here. Let me know if it's too out of the way."
With that Kenji confirmed he was going the right way before walking forward, as he did the crowds seemed to thin a little the further he went.

Eventually Kenji came to a stop at large playground surrounded by a brown fence except for the side he currently stood on, it was a small playground with very little, a few swings, a sandbox, a turtle like object that kids could play under. Kenji put his hands on his hips and nodded firmly as he noticed no one was around, even the people from the crowds was gone, the place almost seemed deserted if not for the houses on the other sides of he fences.
"This place is far from most of the schools except ours, and most of the couples here are elderly so only their grandchildren play here on weekends so it's normally empty on the weekdays and mainly during the summer. It's a good place to take a nap on a school day, especially under that turtle...not that you should do that of course," Kenji said shrugging with a smile.
He walked over to one of the swings and sat down on one of them gripping the chains before staring at Sonata, grinning a little.
"There are places like this all over the city, some free in the morning," Kenji said smiling. "Anyway there aren't any interruptions here, and the people in the buildings don't pay too much mind here, at least without a little incentive so can I hear your singing now?"
Breaker watched Sonata finish the creature letting out a small sigh glad to see the creature finally dead, knowing this was all brought on by that man he hoped not to see Envoy again anytime soon, something told him getting involved with someone like that would lead to more trouble and he had enough next to him. However he remembered he was heading towards the fortress he had just run too so that probably wasn't going to happen. Speaking of trouble he noticed Sonata walking toward the fortress speaking with him. He followed after removing a hand from his pocket as they got closer to the fortress, he wondered where all that energy she had came from and was there a way to turn it off, while he contemplated that he remembered that he hadn't responded to her.
"It's not excitement, I just want to get home to peace and quiet," Breaker said. "Also we're nowhere near even, you took away my peaceful walk we'll be fully even once I'm alone again."

Breaker came to a stop at the gates, he knew the fortress was big from a distance but it seemed double that size once he made it to the actual structure. Staring at it now he was pretty sure there would be no less than an army in there. Breaker's eyes narrowed as he thought of that possibility, dealing with people would be a whole other matter compared to dealing with negatives. Personally he'd rather deal with the negatives, they normally had a one track mind, people were a bit more unpredictable, they could lie which is one thing the negatives didn't do. He supposed that was the only good thing about the negatives but decided to stop thinking about it as he found his thoughts were actually complimenting negatives. With them being the third thing on his list of hated things he couldn't allow his thoughts to actually look kindly at the things. Breaker glanced over at Sonata as she had moved up the list but he wouldn't openly say that, she'd probably ask what the other things were or something else bothersome.
"Keep your guard up," Breaker mumbled to Sonata. "Try not to draw if they don't."
Breaker took a deep breath before he reached forward and slammed his fist on the gates of the fortress repeatedly trying to draw the attention of the people inside.
"Hello my name is Fantasy Sky Breaker!" Breaker yelled crossing his arms. "I'm here with my...."
He trailed off looking over at Sonata for moment before turning back towards the fortress.
"My nuisance/fellow traveler."
He made sure to actually say and enunciate slash so she could be perceived as either or by the parties presented, though he was partial to the former himself but that was for another time.
"I've gotten myself a tad lost and discovered your residence. Would you mind giving me a bit of direction? I'm heading northeast specifically and I mean no harm. I'm alright with you yelling it from up there, just so I can get home faster!"
Breaker took a few steps back and brought his hand to his throat, he didn't yell that often so it hurt a little to do it again.
"Who even resides here," he said his voice a little hoarse.
I can say I didn't think I'd log on to see a dolphin, loving the water where he came out of it, the splish I suppose it would be called or something like that.

The companions and Brotherhood are my favorites as well and yes I have just so good. The wedding one
The dialogue options sometimes make me smile though.

That much time has passed already, didn't even notice how interesting, here's to even longer.

I sense a wonderful friendship, death threats aside and all that.
I eventually joined all of them, but I had difficulty finding the dark brotherhood. I thought I had to kill someone like in Oblivion....the awkwardness when I realized that wasn't the case. Worth it though Hail sithis.
Larel let out a small chuckle at the mention of alcohol, he shrugged his shoulders at the possibility, however as she continued his eyes widened a little not expecting those words. He even ended up averting his eyes when she thanked him a little embarrassed. He looked back at Hotaru as she spoke of silencing her and Larel let out a weak laugh wishing he knew something like that himself but that would be too easy wouldn't i? In the end he'd still take the time to go looking for it, and he had an idea who to ask though it didn't bring him much joy at the thought.
Seeing Hotaru pale he tilted his head a little before she spoke his eyes narrowing as he listened to her, he was pretty sure something was bothering her. Since no one else was in the room he was pretty sure Sybil was the one causing it, he wasn't sure what she was saying to make Hotaru so nervous but seeing as she knocked the gourd away it probably had something to do with drinking.
"I'm alright on money Hotaru and the food was delicious thank you," Larel said bringing a hand to his chin. "Also Hotaru just so you know I won't think badly of you, you're my friend and you accepted me what kind person would I be if I turned my back on you when you gave me a chance. Besides neither of us really asked for...well...."
Larel trailed off and pointed to his head with a smile to mean Sybil and Zenmaru before lowering his hand and continuing.
"I'll ask Alari if he knows anything about silencing Sybil, much as I hate the man you're more important than the hatred I have for him...just by a little. I mean he put this thing on my head so he has the knowledge at least."
Larel crossed his legs indian style before resting both his hands on his knees with a firm nod.
"Don't let Sybil bother you Hotaru, for how powerful she thinks she is a mere human did trick her after all," Larel said grinning a little. "Anyway let's talk about something, about yourself or me I can even talk about my time on the battlefield, or the times I had to disguise myself pick anything you want. "
He smiled having a feeling Sybil was causing problems, at the very least he could offer a bit of a distraction.

Kaori offered a nod agreeing with Mary and almost beamed at the possibility of not eating what Alari was making, however Mera stopped the possibility causing Kaori to pout a little. He watched the two walked away letting out a small sigh as he pat the key currently in his kimono, he was stuck with the current meal but he'd take that over at Mera punch.
"Well everyone's doing everything they need too," Kaori said placing his hands on his hips. "I'm going to work on getting some painting done, see you Eryn."
Kaori walked off humming to himself as he waved to Eryn heading further into the village, he reached into his sleeve and pulled out one of his scrolls before he grinned feeling a fire in his heart Kaori's burning passion showing for a moment as he vanished into the distance.
Alari on the other hand had just finished his shopping and was wandering around town taking care of a few extra matters since he was moving around, he noticed Kaori had acquired a stand and was speaking with a few people, he smiled seeing the gron on his face and decided to leave him to his business continuing to taking care of his own.
Alari put the few things he acquired in his kimono before wondering if he should check outside the city once more and finish his scouting, he crossed his arms as he knew there was no reason to actually go out there now, thanks to what happened earlier the area was almost bare when it came to any Youkai that would bother Larel. He sighed realizing he was just making himself busier and that wasn't going to help at the moment.
He was purposefully keeping himself busy when he didn't need too, he had to be watchful not too do that often. Alari shook his head putting the thought aside as he needed to focus on what he needed to do right now everything else came later.
He came to a stop seeing Mary sitting outside on a bench, looking at the building he realized fabric was being sold there, he smiled a little seeing her and offered a wave to her before walking over and taking a seat next to her.
"Hello Mary I assume Mera is currently inside," Alari said before crossing his arms. "Do you mind if I sit here for a moment?"
Luro grinned at the idea of sharing the treasure, well if it was cursed then at the very least they were going to share the experience but that just made it all the more fun and he wasn't about to say no to treasure. Without loot he couldn't afford the necessities in life, drink, lasses, his rifle, the Coral Pearl and drink again not necessarily in that order.
When he heard Nolan yell he glanced towards the kitchen starting to get up but Kai reached the kitchen at a speed no human being should move at, he was pretty sure he felt a gust of wind after he passed by. He blinked a few times sitting fully back in his position, he'd keep an eye out here in the extremely rare situation that he got past Kai but he didn't see that happening so it'd be safe to wait. However when Ray and Runali went below deck too he arched a brow starting to wonder if there was more than one, however when a young girl was tossed onto the deck he blinked a few times in confusion.
"I'll tie her up I know a few good knots from....other times I've tied up stowaways," Luro said walking over grabbing some rope. "Hold still lass I've been a stowaway too so I understand your feelings a bit, your life is in our hands so don't get too violent. Might just leave alive if you don't push it."
When the captain asked for a lift he nodded and knelt down providing one, once she noticed the ship and got down he stood only to see the cannons hit the water.
"They shot at the Coral Pearl, I can't let that one slide sadly," Luro said removing his rifle and smiling. "I'm counting it's alright to kill these guys and steal anything of value right captain?"

Luro turned back towards the stowaway as she spoke very panicked and all in one breath to them, arching a brow at her he knelt down in front of her before tilting his head, he leaned from side to side inspecting her for a moment, bringing his hand to his chin he tapped it a few times before looking back at the slave ship. Leaving her like this wouldn't be good, she might get killed in the crossfire unless she was thrown below deck but she'd probably just escape with all the knives and stuff they had down there, that's what he'd do anyway, get away while everyone's distracted, besides to his knowledge they didn't really have a navigator and they already lost one lass earlier so it was a win-win situation.
"Tempting as it would be to eat you lass, especially with you all tied up we kinda got a thing to deal with here so how about this-" Luro reached forward with a gentle smile and untied the ropes. "You help us with this and I at least can overlook you being a stowaway, not that I can blame you, adventure just calls to you and you gotta follow it. Like a lass with the rear of a goddess if that makes sense." Luro looked back at Runali offering her a grin before pointing at Danny. "Captain I hope you don't mind but I untied her, wanna see if she useful in a fight. Besides if she runs I'll just kill her if someone else doesn't beat me to it. Besides she was pretty honest in mentioning she was a bit of a threat, I say why not to someone so willing to admit something that could get them excecuted."
Luro stood up and grabbed a cutlass before tossing it at her feet wiping his hand on his pants afterwards.
"Afraid I can't give you a firearm a bit harder to attack you if you have one of those so you'll have to make do with that," he said pointing at the cutlass smiling at her. "My name is Luro and you can prove those words mean something by attack our enemies. By the way if that sword turns towards any of them."
Luro motioned to everyone in the crew before landing on the captain making sure to point her out specifically before he looked back at her offering a small smile to her.
"I will mutilate you and dump what remains into the ocean," he said before letting out a small laugh. "If you attack the captain especially which is that lass right there you have to deal with Kai and well you don't want to deal with Kai. Take a good long look at his face and seriously consider if it's worth it." Luro checked his rifle and placed it on his shoulder before looking back at Danny "I believe you'll help us though then we can do introductions share a pint, and be friends. Ah of course it's still up the captain what happens but I'm fine with you. Also you did kinda scare Nolan which is the blonde with the blue eyes, I mean it's easy to tell it's him, you know since you can get lost in those eyes, they'll like aquamarines shimmering in the daylight could stare at em all day...."
Luro trailed off for a moment seeming to get lost in his own world for a moment though they were getting attacked.
"Anyway that aside apologize to him."
Luro stood up and readied his gun before putting it on his back and moving to a cannon getting it ready, he knew Ray was already on it being the gunner so he could help with this at least. Once they got a bit closer the only thing left was to hop aboard their ship or defend the Coral, either way things were getting interesting
"Nothing like a friendly maiming after a drink to get the mood going, this is gonna be fun! I can't contain my excitement."
That sounds hilarious Grothnor, ah what happens when you roll a one

I agree Fox sadly one got me when it ate me I let my guard down, I returned the favor two the next two I met.

Welcome back Aki I'm going to go ahead and working on a post now.
Post is done.
I generally do pretty badly when it come to D&D, still enjoy it though. You rolled a one and stabbed yourself in the face with your own sword congrats you are horrible at this.

Also that video I lost it on top of the television.

They can look like anything I believe, it's all about imagination. Still the music when a dragon appears in Skyrim and that moment of "Oh bugger."
Kenji couldn't help but grin as he finished consuming his sandwiches, no matter what mood he was in he always felt better after eating a few of these. Normally he only ate here after a long day or whenever he was feeling down but a change of pace was nice every now and then. He didn't admit it openly but this was the first time he had actually brought anyone with him to this place, it was weird but he could get used to something like this. At least that's what he wanted to think but the more he thought about it, the stranger it felt to be here with others.
His attention went back to Aiko as she spoke of the food, arching a brow seeing her expression but when she waved her fork he grinned and nodded before finishing off his soda.
"Alright I hope you'll remain in my company for a bit longer Aiko-san since I still want to hear your singing," Kenji said standing up. "I know a place that's pretty quiet and it's not too far."
Kenji dug in his pocket and pulled out the money, he pulled out a few extra dollars for a tip before setting it on the table.
"I'll pay for this, when you finish meet me outside."
Kenji walked and over paid for their meal before walking outside, he leaned against the outside wall and crossed his arms letting out a long sigh.
Once he was outside Kenji squinted a little as a familiar face caught his attention for a brief moment, he looked into the small crowd for a full verification but he lost the person who looked like a young man.
"....was that...Gregory?"
He was pretty sure he just saw him when he came out, he didn't want to say he stood out but his appearance was a bit different from the others, not that he personally could say anything. Aside from other Yankee's his blond hair made him easy to pick out in a crowd.
"It's not worry and you don't want an answer to that," Breaker said glancing over at her after she sent her spear up. "After everything you put me through, you still owe me."
Breaker grit his teeth as he put a new clip into his guns, while Sonata readied her spears he kept a steady gaze on the creature trying to predict it's movements, however before he could raise his guns again the creature's attention was distracted by attacks from the fortress, Breaker glanced in their direction before turning his attention back to the negative as it took the hit. At the very least they were helping with the problem one of their own caused at least that's what he assumed seeing he ran in that direction, perhaps choosing the fortress wasn't that bad a decision. Breaker quickly raised both his guns as the creature was stunned before he took in a deep breath letting a bit more of his magic out.
"Guess I should put in a bit more effort," Breaker mumbled.
His eyes narrowed a little before he pulled the triggers repeatedly sending a barrage of bullets through the creature, he watched it screech and continued firing keeping his shots relentless until he tore it's wings completely, he dropped his clips and slammed new ones in before he continued firing waiting until the creature eventually fell to stop firing.
"Sonata it's all yours," Breaker said dismissing his gun. "Hurry so we can head towards the fortress."
Breaker shoved his hands in his pockets and glanced over at her before looking back at the fortress, whoever was there knew they were there now but he couldn't see from here who occupied it.
He turned his attention back to the negative, it could be new ego's as he didn't know Midwinter Envoy and he sldo didn't know their were fortresses which ego's occupied.
Annoying as this walk was he at least learned something new.
Kenji let off a weak chuckle at Aiko's comment on sleeping class as he couldn't deny it, his mind was still a little focused on that scene it felt so...real yet far away. In the end he put whatever he just felt aside as the waitress walked off with their orders and Kenji looked back at Aiko bringing a hand to his chin as she spoke, he wasn't sure what exactly to say to her original response on talent so he just nodded in agreement. He had to mentally prepare for the price of the other item Aiko had ordered but one of the other reasons he ate here was the prices weren't destructive but what little money was in his possession he was attached to. Kenji ruffled his hair a little disappointed about the violin, he's never heard one in person before, much less by itself. He was willing to admit he wanted to hear her sing, but something in the back of his mind kept telling him to move, yet at the same time he wanted to stay.
"That would be great, there's gotta be a quiet place around here to listen," Kenji said bringing a hand to his chin. "Well not now of course as you'd have quite the audience."

The waitress returned with everyone's food and set it down on the table, she handed Kenji his food since it was just a few sandwiches and a soda before handing Aiko her food. She smiled and walked away before Kenji clapped his hands together and grabbing his food took a bite, the flavor brought a smile to his face almost immediately. They really put effort into making even the simplest thing delicious.
"Ah everything here is always good," Kenji said grinning. "Small cafe's always have this deliciousness to it, that aside this is actually kind of nice, I haven't eaten at this cafe with anyone before, it's a different experience with others definitely."
Breaker decided not to comment on being 'chosen' as it was more of a curse than blessing at the moment, but commenting on it would only give her ammunition which at the moment she didn't need more of. Breaker stared at the fortress still torn at what to do when Sonata took his hand and pulled him along, he looked at his hand in hers his eyebrows narrowing a little. He was actually very shocked at the moment but his expression didn't change as he wasn't sure how to think about what was happening, in the end he ended up pulling his hand free just as the figure ran past them. He blinked a few times surprised at the sudden appearance of the figure only for the negative to show itself shortly after. Breaker remained silent as the negative engaged the man seriously considering turning and walking back into the forest if this was what he was going to encounter here.
"Your sense of what's fun worries me Sonata," Breaker said shaking his head.
Once the negative flew back into the sky and he could get a good look at the man he reached up and ran a hand through hair with a long sigh, today was turning into a very long day and seeing as that creature was on it's way back it was only going to get worse.
"Midwinter Envoy," Breaker said summoning his pistols. "A very bad first impression yet I'm going in the direction he just went."

Breaker looked up at the creature as he readied his guns, it was a big creature so it was probably going to take a few shots to take down, it being in the air wasn't a problem for him but grounding it would probably be the best idea.
"Sonata let's keep moving towards the fortress, I intend on getting my directions. Thanks to Midwinter Envoy we know have more to deal with, I'll be looking at you once that creature is grounded to finish it off as I'd rather not use too much magic killing the thing. I'm putting some faith in you for this, don't make me regret it."
Breaker looked up at the creature and raised his guns as he started taking slow steps back making his way towards the creature before he fired up at the creature, a few of his bullet's clipped the creatures wings but it was a moving target and it was going to take a bit of damage to force it out of the sky.
He considered using his revolver to speed up the process but that would require more magic with each spell and with Sonata here it wasn't necessary to rush it.
"Another big one of these things," Breaker said slamming a new clip into his gun and continuing to fire. "How annoying."
His bullet went straight through one of the creatures wings and he continued firing fully intent on knocking it out of the sky and getting home.
Well hello there Jivusa welcome aboard.
