I wasn't doing anything all that fancy so it's cool with me. I'll have a post up soon.
Kenji was almost fully asleep but as Greg praised Aiko he was quickly brought back to reality, he shook his head rubbing his eyes before he looked over at Greg seeing Aiko had finished singing. He had heard most of it but near the end her voice started to grow distance as he almost slumbered, from what he did hear though he thought she was very good. He didn't listen to that many singers but he liked it at least, he looked over at Greg as he turned and walked away bidding farewell to the two of them. Kenji raised a hand as goodbye as he had a feeling he would yawn if he tried to say goodbye right now.

Kenji was almost fully awake when Aiko spoke to him, hearing her he chuckled and rubbed the back of his head with a grin.
"I drifted off for a moment but I'm awake," Kenji said wiping an eye. "Oh that doesn't mean I didn't like your performance, it was awesome I got absorbed listening to you. I'd imagine you must be in a club or something that lets you use your voice. Not that I know that many clubs but I assume that's the case."
Kenji stood up and brushed off his bottom before he stretched and let out a long yawn, he was glad he didn't fully fall asleep but he had to be careful.
"Do you have to be home anytime soon Aiko-san? If not I'd like to return the favor for the performance, what I caught anyway. Besides I'm not sure if we'll converse like this again so I'd better do it now before I forget."
Breaker watched Ironclad walk away feeling a bit of envy at being able to leave the present company, and as much as he wanted to move away from Sonata he wasn't going to choose sparring Ironclad as a viable option. He enjoyed his body being intact and his organs where they were, however he was tempted for a brief moment.
His attention went to Seraph seeing she was happy the two of them were staying, it was hard to hate her when she was like this, not that it stopped Breaker but it was much harder than with Sonata who he glanced over at hearing her mumble something.
Breaker wasn't sure how to answer Seraph's offer, he didn't where to go but he didn't want to go to mess hall there were probably people there, and the lounge was probably the same.

Sonata spoke pulling him from his thoughts, he was going to ignore it but he heard 'Breaky' meaning she had directed a question in his direction. He closed his eyes wondering why the question had been sent back towards him, wasn't she the one that wanted to stay? Breaker wondered if he could say 'the exit' and get away with it.
In the end though he knew which one to answer, one that wouldn't move them into one area for an extended period where he'd have to be near more people for a long amount of time.
"How about just a general tour around the place," Breaker said opening his eyes. "Though I'm curious of what a lounge would be like in a fortress, I think a look around would help as I don't think either of us have been in such a place before. I don't really make a habit of visiting the homes of others and I'll admit I expected Ironclad's home to be...well made of Iron though I didn't bother to think on it too much. To answer your question Sonata no there is no particular place I want to see, aside from my own home but I'll attend to that later."
Hmmm haven't seen Gurren Lagann but I know enough from my friend whose in love with it.

Return soon Grothnor I'll miss your shanties and general Rayness.

Also my post is up, sorry for the wait today was a little longer than I'd like.
Luro grinned and followed Runali rubbing the back of his head as the kids laughed, he was glad to see them smiling at least. He couldn't imagine what they probably had to deal with on this ship but all of that didn't matter now at least. He whistled a tune to himself as they made their way to the kids parents, he kept an eye behind them and was glad no more slavers were coming along at least, fighting with kids nearby would be pretty difficult, he wasn't sure if he could shoot a man in the head and it not scar them later on in life, however once they made it to the parents Runali pointed out a few of the slavers attacking.
He made sure the kids couldn't see before he readied his rifle with a grin as one approached him, he raised his gun blocking the strike and quickly moved to the side feeling the weight the slaver had put into the strike causing him to stumble. He took a step forward bringing the butt of his gun across another's face causing him to stumble to the side, he grinned but noticed another running towards him, he glanced behind him to see the other slaver had recovered and was reaching for his gun. He noticed the captain seemed busy too but he couldn't do much to help if he got run in, and he was sure she could handle the other slaver.
Luro ran towards the slaver ducking his slash before butting the man in the stomach with the head of his gun, he rolled over the man as he hunched over and grabbing his shirt quickly raised him causing the slaver to shoot the other slaver. Luro grabbed the man's gun letting the slaver fall before shooting the other in the head. He noticed the captain was finished on her end as the other slaver ran at him. Luro grabbed his last bottle of rum and raised it to his lips finishing it off as he raised his rifle with one hand and shot the last slaver in the face as he ran towards him. His body fell a few inches from Luro and he looked at him before walking over and grabbing the slavers pistol putting it on his belt.
"Thanks though you can't hear me since your dead and all," he said saluting him with the hand holding the bottle.

Luro decided to swing back over to the other ship wanting to get some practice in though it was harder than he thought and he ended up tumbling when he landed. Luro ended up slamming into the side of the ship and stood up patting his back as he walked over seeing the captain speaking with everyone. He made a mental note it was harder then he thought and decided to try again next time the opportunity presented itself. Stumbling onto another pirate ship wasn't the dramatic he was really looking for, he put the thought aside however as Runali gave her orders concerning the captain and other ship.
"You guys got to have all the fun," Luro said shaking his head putting his hands on his hips. "Well I had fun too but I at least wanted a shot at the captain. I mean literally I wanted to shoot him."

Though he was sad he couldn't kill the captain at the very least they could plunder and that made everything better in his opinion, he knew what he was going for but he needed to check for wood and a few other supplies for the ship since it did get shot after all. He noticed Nolan grabbed some wood and smiled deciding to thank him later for it, he also saw him grab a few rifles which he wanted to disassemble but he wondered if that would disrupt what Nolan wanted to do with them, figuring it would be he decided to grab a few for personal use. Nolan seemed to grab most of the good ones but Luro was looking for the internal so he grabbed whichever one worked and tossed them onto the Coral Pearl. His second trip took a bit longer since he made a few personal...stops.
After informing the wenches, with about ten minutes of discussion in-between, that the ship was going to sink he went after the real treasure. After making sure two planks were between the ships he rolled a few barrels onto the Coral Pearl and once they was over he turned one up before opening it. He dug in the barrel for a bit before grabbing a bottle of rum with a grin.
"With all this rum why did they need anything else?" Luro asked shrugging and heading back over to the ship taking a drink.
Luro came back carrying a small chest and dropped it on the deck with a small 'oof' before he kicked it a few times grinning. He walked around to the front of it proud of his discovery as he went to open it.
"Those guys had a bunch of treasure on board, some gold, gems jewelry and all that, probably got it from other ships they attacked" Luro said before opening it revealing a large amount of rum, mead, wine etc. which to Luro at least was the greatest treasure one could find on a ship.
"Thankfully I threw most of that stuff out and was able to fit all this in here. I'll make some grog later it'll be great!" Luro said laughing heartily afterwards. "Also don't worry there's a bit of treasure at the bottom so we can buy more!"

Once the ship set sail once more Luro took a seat on a barrel again his chest of drink next to him, he grabbed one and poured the rum into a mug swirling it a bit before bringing it to his lips, it was good to have grog again and there was more than enough though since he found some small ale as well in there.
"We should let them stay captain!" Luro said raising a bottle meaning the two new people. "The stowaway seems to know maps and...uh...oh I don't know his name but he seems alright to me! If they want too of course they can certainly hold their own in a fight which is good enough for me, come on over and get yourselves a drink. The best bonding is done over drink and a bit of violence, well I mean we could talk too but no need to be fully sober during it and all."
Luro took a large drink finishing off the mug before grabbing another small ale and some rum pouring them both in with a small hum, he looked back up as Nolan spoke setting his bottles down and grabbing the mug.
"I got drink so I'm okay with anything Nolan...just make it illegally delicious! Oh right I almost forgot thank you for getting the wood, It'll be easier to repair the Coral Pearl once we dock at Waterdeep. Also you should let me have one of your rifles, I'm interested in the quality of their parts. Just so you know I had a dirty joke there but I held back, i'll tell you it later if you want."
Luro finished his mug and hummed to himself as he grabbed a bottle of rum deciding to save some of the small ale for the others, he'd drink it all if left alone.
I think I got jumpy on the "you know why...." excuse me.

I'll have a post up tomorrow and story time with Kai sounds alright to me.
Hmmm okay have fun travelling.
Alari turned fully towards Mary as she spoke to him a weak chuckle escaping from him as she mentioned Oji-san, he could only shrug his shoulders as he was positive his response would only make it worse. When she mentioned Mera Alari looked towards the door blinking a bit seeing Mary was correct, he reached up and adjusted his glasses as he hadn't actually noticed Mera was there. He ended up looking away from the two as they spoke to each other a little embarrassed Mera had heard all of that, he supposed since she was right inside he should have realized the possibility from the beginning.
Alari waved his hand in front of his face at the mention of it being private, though it wasn't his intention he didn't mind that Mera heard him. He did smile as he watched the two speak with one another, the two were close and it showed well enough in their conversation. When Mera went red Alari tilted his head a little before he watched Mera walk back towards the inn, he put his hands in his sleeves a small smile on his face. He didn't mind if she was a little clingy, but he wasn't going to say that out loud especially with Mera in earshot.
"Well I don't mind she heard our conversation at least," Alari said before turning towards Mary as she spoke again.
"Not a personal errand this time," Alari said bringing a hand to his chin. "I don't think Kaori wanted to come with me because I was getting food he didn't want to eat. Concerning where he is I'm not really sure."
Alari glanced over noticing a middle aged man walking by with a scroll, Alari arched a brow before walking over to the man and getting his attention, he pointed to the scroll before inquiring where he got it from. After a small back and forth he confirmed it was Kaori who had given him the painting.
"I didn't realize he was a guy but yeah he painted this," The man said. "It's actually really good, he told me I didn't have to pay but I had to give him something for it. You want to see it?"
"No no that's quite-" Alari started but stopped as the man opened the scroll and showed it to him, Alari's mouth formed into a thin line as his face went completely blank.
"I requested one of my back but he said a frontal would be better, I'm glad I took his advice it's really good. If you're getting one you better go soon, there was a line when I left."
The man turned and walked off and Alari watched him go before he calmly turned and walked back over to Mary, reaching up he grabbed his glasses and dropped them on the ground before crushing them with his foot. Reaching in his sleeve he put a new pair of glasses on before adjusting them with a sigh knowing he that could not be unseen.
"He's in the market painting," Alari said adjusting his glasses.
A small smile escaped from his blank expression before he turned and walked back towards the shops to get more supplies.
"I suppose I'd better go get some food he likes, better he not wander around late at night for a meal with the money he has. I'll see you back at the inn Mary."

Larel rested his arm on his knee as he looked over at Hotaru glad he was able to help distract her if only a little, when she talked to him he gave a small nod and smiled at the mention of Kuroki-san. He supposed it did give some insight which he was happy about and he liked talking about Kurok-san and his sensei, though he still found it hard to remember Kuroki-san's face, his smile faded a little when Hotaru mention jealousy causing him to fold his hands together as he listened to her. He averted his eyes for a moment feeling a little guilt for sharing the story but his attention went back to her as she spoke of being a vampire. Larel remained silent making sure to listen to Hotaru nodding his head a few times as she spoke, he offered small smile at the mention of other stories.
"I have plenty more but I'd have to think of another good one," he said.
He did have more but he wasn't sure if he should keep sharing them, thinking about it there were a few that didn't involve travel from the castle.
He started to respond but hearing Eryn knock on the door he glanced over at it hearing where Mera was, a small sigh of relief came from him glad to know where she was at least.
He looked back over at Hotaru when she mentioned Mera a small chuckle coming from him as he offered a nod, he wondered about one of Mera's stories but decided not to bring it up at the moment.
"Hotaru...you-" Larel started to speak to Hotaru but cut himself off as the door was throw open, he started to reach for his sword but seeing the vine he pulled his hand back seeing it was Mera. He watched in silence and a bit of confusion as she covered the window and got to work on Hotaru's new cloak, he wasn't sure what to necessarily say to her as something seemed to be on her mind. A part of him knew if he asked he probably wouldn't get an answer but this was his master at the very least and he had something to ask. However he had something to say first before he tried to speak to her as she held sharp needles in her hands.
Larel stood up and walking over sat on his knees in front of Hotaru, so he wouldn't have to speak too loud and disturb Mera anymore than he intended.
"I don't think it's pathetic Hotaru," Larel said. "Also you do more than enough to contribute being yourself. You've already effected my life, Mera-sama is my master but you are the one who found me after all."
Larel grinned though it was dark in the room and pointed at Hotaru before continuing.
"A story is better when you're not alone, and I think you've already started one right?"
Larel stood up having said his peace and took in a deep breath before taking a few step away from Hotaru and turning to face Mera.
"Mera-sama please forgive the interruption and this is going to sound weird but...have you seen Alari," Larel said ruffling his hair. "I don't like asking but he was near you, Eryn and Kaori last...and I don't want to speak to the other two no offense to Eryn-san. I have a favor to ask him so I'd like to find him as soon as possible."

Yuni walked in the room before she noticed the black silhouette sitting in the darkness leaning back against what she assumed was a table once more, she closed the door behind her and as always walked forward to the edge of the darkness before placing her hands on her hips. She waited for a moment but it was clear Nokori wasn't going to speak to her first, that or he actually was taking another nap which was a complete possibility.
"Nokori you called me in here?" Yuni asked smiling at him.
Nokori's eyes slowly opened and a small yawn escaped from him as Yuni realized it really was the latter before she waited for him to fully wake up, Nokori's yellow eyes stared at her slightly drooping as he responded to her.
"Indeed I did, I read over the report and I found out the explanation on the lapse on Alari's end. It seems he 'died' without Larel's assistance."
"Oh it's been awhile since that's happened," Yuni said crossing her arms. "That one moment caused the trouble didn't it?"
"More than even he anticipated, it's still being handled but that's not even the surprising part. Alari is....taking a small break."
Yuni dramatically leaned back in surprising causing Nokori to grin, Yuni straightened her body and grinned herself before placing a hand on her hip.
"Is Mera the cause of it?"
"That seems to be the case," Nokori responded.
"I actually want to meet this Mera now, she's created nothing short of a miracle."
"Very true but that means we have to double up on our side, he could use a breather so don't let up."
"Of course but I know that's not the only reason you brought me in here."
"Yeah...I have a bad feeling about something. Its just instinct but I want you to head there and meet them."
"You mean go see their little group? It must be serious if we're interacting with them."
"They need not know of our purpose, don't speak to them if it's avoidable but I have a gut feeling things are going to get ugly, and knowing how things go it'll probably be Zenmaru's fault. Seeing as she was able to get into a bit of Larel's memory doesn't help."
"You're right that's really got good should I hurry?"
"....She's contained for the time being so no and Alari may take care of it himself as he always does, but if he's this stressed he may not be thinking straight, you're my just in case."
"I'll leave immediately, should I tell deliver a message to Alari?"
"You know there's no need for that...and if Alari's there then you won't be needed. Let's hope that's the case."
"I understand....I hope you're off about this Nokori."
With that Yuni's body glowed before vanishing in a blink of silver, Nokori closed his eyes again hoping with her he was wrong about this.
A month already fantastic, here's to even longer.

I like Luro having legs....and sadly he'd probably do it.
Not the legs again....I guarantee he means well enough please don't remove them.

I'm doing alright Fox I'll have an eye out for the post.
Kenji looked over seeing Gregory not sit next to him but he shrugged a bit assuming it was shyness and looked back over at Aiko. His attention didn't stay on her long as Gregory started speaking...well differently. Kenji rubbed the side of his head not entirely sure what was going on with their manner of speech, he wasn't sure if they were joking or if it was something serious but he decided to just watch for a moment. Whatever happened Aiko seemed to respond to it so he assumed it was fine and leaned forward a little seeing her begin. He folded his hands together his eyes widening as he watched with an almost childlike curiosity making sure not to miss a moment of her performance, especially since it was free.

He wasn't sure about songs like these but he couldn't deny that Aiko did have a very good voice, it seemed like he was watching the whole thing on tv but with better quality. It really was like a mini-concert, thinking about it he wondered a little about the people he passed every day, Aiko had a wonderful voice and Gregory stood out on his own and he was pretty sure he was a foreigner. He didn't think too much on it but he probably passed interesting people often, Kawaguchi perhaps being one of them. Looking at Aiko now he wondered a little about the few people he knew, but just as the thought came to mind he quickly put it aside making sure to keep his focus on Aiko. After a moment he could feel his eyelids start to get a little heavy as he listened, he gave his had a quick shake not wanting to fall asleep and blinked a few times.
Breaker glanced at Sonata deciding not to comment on her outlook on life and just kept his attention on Seraph and Ironclad, looking at the two of them they seemed...he didn't want to use the word close necessarily as he didn't know them but Ironclad looked...different in a way when he stood next to Seraph. He didn't know how to put it in the words since he wasn't close to him but he didn't seem as...imposing for some reason. He wasn't sure why and he didn't think it worth the time to wonder so he put the thought aside as he listened to Serpah. When she smiled he ended up turning his head slightly his eyes squinting at the brightness, did she radiate light? He really started to wonder if Seraph actually glowed in whatever she did but he focused his attention fully forward again deciding the thought itself was silly.

Though he was thankful the directions he ended up glancing at Sonata not sure why she said 'we'll' he wasn't immensely thankful for the help since it was their companions fault it had happened. In the end he didn't voice his opinion and watched as Ironclad and Seraph turned and started talking to one another in private, he couldn't hear what they were saying but he assumed Ironclad may not want them there, going off his demeanor and he couldn't blame the guy either he wouldn't want someone in his home, if this was his house.
"I like my itty bitty spot," Breaker said responding to Lily's comment on the fortress. "I don't blame him for not wanting us too, its not like any of us are friends, we're almost strangers in a way. Casual acquaintances at most if a title was necessary."

Breaker looked over at Sonata as she responded to Seraph, he was wholly intent on just walking away and leaving them to their affairs hoping Sonata would stay.
However hearing Sonata mention staying and especially the 'we' that was included in her response he closed his eyes crossing his arms taking a moment to consider what just happened. He was pretty sure that was just entrapment, he could have politely refused that was completely an option and Seraph was even kind enough to offer it. After what Sonata just said if he responded no now it wouldn't just be a polite refusal and he would probably sound like a jerk.
Breaker considered that he may be over thinking the whole thing but the gates behind him were currently shut and he was in a bit of a mood so he didn't trust his words fully.
In the end he had no intention of ever returning here so he wondered if it mattered if he was rude but Seraph had welcomed them with kindness and probably was the reason Ironclad wasn't commenting openly at the moment. Breaker opened his eyes and ran a hand through his hair before he spoke again.
"We didn't do much but if you'll have us it's appreciated," Breaker said. "In the end we won't meet in such a way again so I'll take the opportunity."
