RP ideas and partner search

My RP preferences:
-I only play original female characters with maturity age of 21-28 years old
-I'm here for storytelling, not anything purely erotic or gory to the point where I don't sleep at night.
-I have a preference for male RP partners between the ages of 24-35 in real life with the character they play having the same maturity age as that of my character (i.e., if you want to play a 500-year old being then cool, but don't write them as having the thoughts and actions of a twelve year old).
-If there is romance in the plot, I prefer MxF and I play the female lead (I am not against other pairings, they're just not within my realm of knowledge/experience and I will fumble terribly).
-My posts are usually multi-paragraphs. Being given details and descriptions to work with from the person I am RPing with really helps me to write posts that are of better quality and interest for us both.
-Decent grammar and spelling is a necessity, but I'm also not a grammar-Nazi. Everyone makes mistakes every now and then including me.
-The minimum response rate I prefer is once a week. Obviously if something important comes up, just tell me you might take a little longer and I'll definitely understand. Just don't suddenly vanish and leave me wondering what's happened. With that being said, I work a full time job and have adult responsibilities (yuck) and I will also have moments where life takes preference. I will however offer you the same courtesy of sending a message saying I need to drop out for a bit and when you can expect me back.
-I prefer my RP partners to use original characters.
-NPCs are more than welcome and are in fact needed during the RP, but try and keep your played characters to a maximum of two.

Advanced outline: Rebellion Rising

The city of Karseth, place of plenty, magic and thriving society, was almost destroyed in the Great War. When the foreigners came from Valoria with their fleets of ships, soldiers clad in steel, powerful sorcery and war horses the people of Karseth had been caught completely unaware. The invading nation was one that valued the conquest of a land above all else and that is what they had come to do.

The Karsetheens fought back tooth and nail, but in the end the victory still went to the invaders.

It has been twenty years since the war , most of the city has been rebuilt and the power of authority given over to the Valorian war commanders. These commanders have become the new heads of the city and the region it is in, dividing up it's resources and putting the original dwellers to work. After the war, citizens of Valoria were encouraged to relocate and take advantage of the new land. Those who did, such as the war commanders families, took their place in the upper wrungs of society and now live in luxury while the people of Karseth were thrust into poverty and labour.

There are whispers though, word spreading of a force rising that want to take back what rightfully belongs to the Karsetheens. Those who are tired of breaking their backs and wish to raise a rebellion so fierce that it sends the invaders back to their own land.

Basic outline:Siren and (?)

The basics is that my character is going to be a siren/mermaid who somehow/someway meets a man from life on land and an unfortunate incident requires them to spend some time together. Just what that incident will be is open to ideas, although I do have a few of my own.

The setting can be anything from modern times, to old-fashioned pirates or even medieval times. I'm not too phased about that. The sort of categories I'm aiming for this RP to fit into are: action, adventure, romance and fantasy.

Basic outline:Runaway Bride

A noble woman is expected to marry someone she has never met so that her family can end a war and form an alliance. Someone is sent to find her/ stumbles across her and now has to decide whether they are going to take her back or help her to continue running away. Could definitely integrate a unique world, magic systems...etc.

-Action (Not too gory.)

-Crossovers of all of the above (and any extra ones my brain left out while I was typing this)

I do not enjoy: fandoms (maybe if its an OC in a fandom universe? That could be an exception) or slice of life.

I also don't mind hearing any ideas of your own or different takes on the plot ideas I've set out.

Howdy (tips cowboy hat)

Hey, I'm new (obviously, that's why I'm posting here). I used to do RPG years ago but put it aside when life got busy (it still does, but I like to convince myself otherwise). I'm 28F from sunny South Africa. Outside of RPG, I enjoy reading and painting and I have two dogs which I affectionately call my trash raccoons because they constantly eat things they find on the floor even if it's not good for them. Decided to try out a new RPG site as I would like to get back into more creative writing since my real life job has me writing pretty stiffly.

I mostly have interest in long-paragraph, fantasy RP - medieval, magic, sci-fi, dragons and other varieties. Not too fussed about group size but prefer doing 1x1. I also prefer anyone I RP with to be 22+yo, purely because I'm getting up there in age myself and RPing with anyone too young makes me feel like a creeper. I also prefer that any romance be MXF where I normally take the female lead (I'm not against other pairings, its just outside of my wheelhouse). I post consistently-ish...life happens, but I will at least let you know if I need to drop out for a bit and how long I will be away for. I am not a grammar and spelling guru (everyone makes mistakes), but I do prefer some structure to any RP writing I interact with.
