Shu was feeling a little worried, he didn’t want the idea that he was missing some memory now to be a complete problem for them and that he’d eventually remember everything. Yumi looked especially anxious about it all, something he definitely wanted to prevent when he hated seeing people all upset over things that were related to him. Forcing a smile a little bit, he watched Yumi’s actions before frowning once more, feeling a little bit depressed all of a sudden. Maybe once this really bad headache cleared he’d be able to remember a little more, but as of right now it was a little hard when everything was buzzing and he didn’t have the strength to move. Watching as she directed her attention back to him, he smiled a little, closing his eyes when she touched his nose for a moment before looking up at her with a little concern, “They did…? Oh…finish things…? What do you mean? I don’t understand…”

Viral was probably feeling the pain a lot more than he should had been at this point, his now burn wounds were continuing to sear and make it incredible uncomfortable to remain where he was. Anything was better than this right now, probably even receiving the wound in the first place, but he was being incredibly quiet about it and could only slowly pull his claws out of the table as Vegeta quickly took his leave. He was a fair bit angry right now, both at himself and at everything that was happening to him. Everything was just getting worse; he had managed to be beaten by a bunch of aliens and couldn’t protect anyone, who knew how he’d do against soldiers of the King.

T’charrl felt pretty proud of himself; despite what Takeshi might think, he hadn’t actually done first aid to someone other than himself, especially to an alien. He did look to the kitchen to see what was going on there, but he was more hoping to wash his hands rather than see what was going on in there. The other alien was pretty scary; he didn’t know whether he’d be attacked again. Frowning a little, he looked back to Takeshi with a little smile, “Oh, o-okay. Your kind has really sensitive stomachs…?” he asked curiously, raising his hand a little when Takeshi winced before looking away again. Feeling a little put off by his reactions, he looked back at him before frowning a little, feeling a little rejected, “Get going…? Just like that?” he asked, looking away for a moment before gasping a little as Vegeta spoke up.

He didn’t really want to go and see Viral, even if the guy needed help. He didn’t have much of his medicine left and had only managed to grab a little more than the usual amount before he had to rush out of his home. Looking into his pouches, he frowned a little, one of his hands pressing against his cane, “Uhh…h-help him…?” he questioned him, his eyes going to Takeshi when he spoke. He was a little nervous to say the least; he didn’t know how he was supposed to treat someone who tried to attack him when he tried to help in the first place. Slowly but nervously moving to the kitchen, he stopped short of going in as he turned to look to Vegeta again, “Uhhh, c-can you maybe, umm…I don’t know, uhh, not let him claw me if I can help him? I mean, he tried before…so maybe just hold him incase he does…”
Just a heads up that Snark looks particularly very Japanese and is labelled as Japanese-American because he was born in the US x) His complete origin isn't exactly known since his mother was an idiot; otherwise, he looks Japanese and even got cosy with Japanese on the streets and in the orphanage to the point that he learned the language too.
"Kinda" x)
Just what was going on now? Snark was on all sorts of level of confused and quite frankly, he didn’t think there would ever be people who were around looking ever so confident about their lives. This didn’t feel right, but his mind had told him to go this way so just what was the growing problem? Slowly moving forward, the door slowly shifted back and clicked close again, Snark’s eyes immediately turning around before his eyes immediately looked back once more. He was met with only questions, his mind buzzing in a rather terrible way, “…What…? I’m-...the hell is going on?”

He was being screwed around by something, he was sure of it. This randomly appearing in places couldn’t had been a coincidence, neither could his mind forcing his way into his feet and leading him places he didn’t truly want to go. There was just so much confusion, just where was he going and who were these people? Did it have something to do with that strange man that talked to him not too long after he found his way to New York? He didn’t explain much, he only spoke about his concerns and that he’ll soon find his way. This didn’t feel like his way at all, it felt as if someone else had dragged him here and he was just in for the ride.

He shouldn’t back out right now, there were too many people and if he stepped outside he’d probably not know where he was at all after all this confusion. Frowning a little, he cautiously moved towards the gathering group. If he was going to be here, then he might as well blend right in for now and see what was actually happening. Just because he was a little filthier than the rest didn’t mean he wasn’t allowed to try and become part of the group; besides, he was somewhat interested in what was happening.

If this was anything to do with what that man talked about then there was probably going to be a few problems in regards to what he was signing up for. The man before the group was definitely intimidating; he carried a sort of force about him where if he hit you, you were dead. Frowning a little, his darkened eyes slowly glanced over the rest of the group and the clothes they wore before slowly looking towards their pockets out of interest just incase they had some spare money they didn’t need.

Failing to truly understand what was going on, Snark turned back towards the strange burly man who was fairly insistent on not letting them have any casual chatter before giving them time to understand what was going on. He only needed to speak a few words before immediately speaking a name, his hands seemingly sheathing some nasty looking metal claws. Snark was a little more than surprised, it was pretty terrifying seeing such things pop out of someone and what was worse was he didn’t know who the hell Charles Xavier was. Feeling completely put off and worried for his life, he slowly moved backwards, looking between the other people cautiously before making a sudden turn towards the door.

Before he could take one step further, however, the sound of the man talking meant he was still paying attention and was probably ready to tear apart whoever went for the door. His heart was fair beating; just who were these people? Rubbing his chest nervously, he did try to suck it up and slowly look back, frowning a little as he pulled his cap forward as yet more people began to show up. These men were almost dressed like police officers with their fancy suits and high-end clothing, a very intimidating air coming from them; however, one of them was someone he remembered. Just before he could call him out, the man wandered off with the intent on taking the nasty looking burly man with him much to the relief of Snark.

With the other man taking charge, Snark could only stare at him with a concerned stare, his eyes looking at him up and down cautiously to try and capture his true intentions. He was immediately calling them names as several coins floated in the air, Snark’s eyes analysing the others in the room cautiously as if trying to believe that he was just imagining it. Sadly, he wasn’t imagining any of it; it all really was happening. Feeling a little frightened, he looked around cautiously, looking ready to leave before gasping a little when he spoke once more.

‘Help’? Was this what that man spoke of before? Scratching his arm a little, he looked around, trying to see if anybody else was as uneasy as he currently was, “…This help, what else do we get?” he spoke, still completely unsure to whether he belonged here but still felt the need to speak as if he was part of the crowd before he got into trouble, “Food? Shelter? You know, the…basic needs?”
Shu was alright where he is, even if he was resting in solid confusion. He didn’t really know what was going on and could only guess that he hurt his head pretty badly, otherwise it wouldn’t be so sore and he wouldn’t be the centre of attention in Yumi’s eyes. He felt a little guilty for not knowing, but it was definitely something that he wasn’t under his control right now. Frowning a little when Yumi told him what happened, he let out a sigh as he looked away for a second, just trying to give his thought process a moment before eating the rest of the fruit. He had hurt his head, he recognised that much, but forgetting everything just made him a little scared. Finishing off the fruit, he stared up at Yumi a little curious to what she had to say, “Umm…remember doing…?” he questioned her, letting out a sigh, “Umm…I remember…going to bed. Umm, I can’t remember much else…it’s so cloudy. My head is a little sore…”

There was so much pain involved; Viral really didn’t know if he was supposed to scream right now or just give up trying to survive. As his paw slowly moved towards his wound, his chest continuing to sear with pain, he knew he had to turn over still to get the other wound and to stop his blood from seeping out of his body. Looking to Vegeta as he approached him, he let him turn him over only to groan when he tore his shirt open, “Might as well…never wear a shirt…” he muttered before preparing himself to be burned alive by Vegeta. Shutting his eyes, he could only feel the intense surge of pain run through his body. He was already feeling the agony on the other side, now it was just completely running through his entire body. Clawing the table hard, he pulled his legs up a little as he tried to contain a scream before Vegeta finally finished. Feeling oddly exhausted, his claws remained in the table as Vegeta made a quick survey of his work. Feeling too pained to talk, he slowly moved his head before he let out a mild groan, “…N-No…none…” he spoke before shaking a little, “Now…the burns??”

T’charrl shook his head a little, “I even fell for a trap by them, but I don’t like to call myself an idiot. Maybe your friends would feel like idiots for falling for it too, though”. Takeshi was just forcing the blame onto himself, something that was probably not the best idea coming down to it all. It was just creating pointless negativity for him; it would probably make his friends annoyed too. Smiling a little when Takeshi made less noise than he thought he might, he nodded a little as he moved over towards the last knife, giving it a curious look before taking hold of it, “Well, if you are hidden in a house…the General still can’t see how many there are left of your group and it’d just create a nasty ambush”, he nodded, taking up some of the green goop, “You should eat after I get this knife out too. Even though your stomach got damaged, would much rather you’d be strong with plenty of energy to spare”. Letting no real pause through, he immediately pulled the knife straight out and filled the wound, smiling a little as he pulled away and took hold of a little cloth from a pouch, “There! I’m all done…unless you got something else wrong with you? I don’t know if I can do much for your friend or brother…”
Well Snark is probably the shortest out of them all lol 5'3" pfff
Shu was generally pretty confused over everything, but he generally couldn’t be bothered to try and think about it when his head was feeling so cloudy; besides, he had fruit and even though he couldn’t move, it was hard to feel down about it. He had been hurt pretty bad before, so this was nothing new. He was really enjoying munching on something that was extremely soft, but it was a little sore to swallow sometimes. Letting out a sigh as he took in a deep breath, he looked to Yumi, giving her a little smile before looking rather confused at her questions, “Umm…what happened to me…?” he repeated, trying to suss it out for a moment, “I don’t remember…I woke up after going to bed…? Why are my friends here, anyway…? Weren’t we going to see Queen Your Majesty’s friend…? Did I try to fly again…?”

Viral didn’t know any way to make them happy other than to take the pain, they weren’t going to give up trying new things on him and to do that he had to just let them. If Vegeta thought it was best to cauterize his wounds then he would have to go with it, pain or no pain. Staring at Vegeta, his claws slowly scratching against the table before he let out a groan, shifting his head, “Don’t apologise…” he grumbled, trying to brace himself for the pain. He knew it would definitely be terrible, there were no other ways Vegeta could cauterize the wounds other than using his Ki. None of it could be worse than the pain he was feeling right now, it was inevitable.

Looking away and shutting his eyes, he held his ground until the burning pain finally arrived as Vegeta started up the treatment. The vicious burning pain ran up and down his body, concentrating directly where the wound was to mimic a searing flame destroying his flesh. He didn’t want to scream, but he did force his claws into the table, his legs finally showing signs of reaction as they kicked out. He couldn’t take it for any longer than a second; however, soon enough Vegeta finally brought it to a halt and left only a terrible burning pain forced its way onto his wound. Growling lowly with a pained expression on his face, he immediately looked to Vegeta when he asked up and gave the wound a look. Staring at him, he snarled as he pulled his claws right out of the table with a fair deal of force, “No it didn’t!” he snarled, his pained voice hardly hiding anything away, “Still the other side…right??”

T’charrl frowned a little, only really hoping that Takeshi would get some sense into Takeshi’s head. With the fact that he had nothing to do with what happened was just the peak of it, everything else just confused him. Moving towards the wound that was probably the worst one just to get it over with, he took hold of the knife in Takeshi’s stomach, keeping hold of it gently as he looked towards him, his other hand taking a fair share of goop. He wasn’t sure whether he was just blaming himself because he couldn’t blame nobody else, tilting his head slightly, “I may not know what it’s like to have a brother, but I still know what it’s like to have family”, he spoke calmly, “But I do know there are some things I can’t prevent happening to my family if I can’t be there to help. Were you sitting around watching it all happen? The way you tore up those guys showed you tried hard to protect them from further danger, you were also injured”.

T’charrl gave Takeshi a moment to recover from his last removal, letting him speak for a moment before he smiled at him a little, keeping the knife steady, “Well…don’t move”, he spoke calmly before removing the knife, immediately filling the gap with the goop and holding it in place until it all went in. It was a tricky wound to prevent bleeding, mainly because of how it was practically on internal organs; however, T’charrl continued to be confident and gave him a quick smile, “Excuse me? Who is the native here?” he spoke, shrugging a little, “I know the General and I know battle tactics and being with your friends really do help right now. He wouldn’t risk losing more men or himself by coming here at a moment like this. We’ll be able to get to him soon, okay? He needs to make plans, we need to make plans; we’ll be first to make the plans…that feeling better yet? Still a few more, but that was the worst one…”
Viral was just beginning to stress out at this point, the very idea that he was so close to dying just haunted him and what was worse was his body wasn’t healing as fast as it could do. He hadn’t ate food in a very long time and that could had easily been affecting his healing, then there’s the fact that he had just recovered from great internal injuries. He now had another internal injury; for some reason, fate was telling him he wasn’t destined to live much longer. Whatever Vegeta wanted to do, he couldn’t say anything to stop him from working his medical magic if he so wanted to. Frowning a little, he stared at Vegeta before looking to the ceiling, “Cauterize…? Hmph…is that so…” he muttered as if it really didn’t make much of a difference to him, “I am…not in the realm of caring about how I’ll feel. I’m already scarred…so why should I care?”

Shu was definitely more than just a little confused, everything in his world had been turned around and he was even finding himself confused over who the others were for a moment until he managed to see their faces. Yumi was fairly easy, she was close enough to him for her to recognise her, but he definitely did feel confused over what had happened to him. He felt fairly numb all over with the feeling only gradually returning like a slow wash over his body, his sore looking eyes just staring up at Yumi with a difficult to read emotion on his face without the use of his body language, “Oohhh…my bad…I should be more careful…” he muttered, smiling a little. He wanted to move his arms but those hadn’t had their feeling return to them yet, his muscles all feeling too tired to move while his mind was only gradually starting to recover, “I’ll lay down…am I laying down…? You’re so nice…”

Viral had barely realised Yumi had come into the kitchen before Vegeta spoke up, his eyes turning towards her as he gave her a quick look. She was certainly taking this a lot better than she usually did, she was usually screaming or going full out angry at them all for going out and getting harmed pretty badly. Watching her for a moment, he let out a sigh and looked back up to the ceiling. She was probably trying to be optimistic, he didn’t think he could ever be like that considering what had happened and how easily it had managed to happen. Just as Yumi was about to leave, he looked to her when she spoke up, looking a little pale as she did. He could only think she looked like that because of his wound, frowning a little as she stroked his hair before promptly leaving. He didn’t know what to make of that, it was definitely something he was particularly distraught about when she was trying her hardest when she was trying to be brave. Letting out a pained sigh, shutting his eyes for a moment, “Just…do what you can. If I must feel more pain, then so be it…”

With Shu not all too sure where Yumi went for a moment, he spotted her come back to him when he was just beginning to feel alone again. Smiling a little, his expression changed when he spotted the fruit to a particularly curious one, “Ooohh…yummy…” he muttered, staring at it right as it came up to his face before managing to take little bites out of it, looking fairly slow to chew and even react to being able to have even more. It was like he was in slow motion compared to how he usually was, his eyes still curiously on the fruit.

T’charrl was still a little curious to what Takeshi was on about, finding a little curious to Takeshi saying he could handle the pain when he was obviously having a little bit of trouble. Maybe he should had given Takeshi a much more powerful painkiller, but then again he’d probably be rendered near to unconscious or incredibly dopey if he did that. Moving around calmly to the next knife in Takeshi’s other leg, he smiled a little as Takeshi spoke, tilting his head a little. He didn’t quite understand what he was on about, the General wasn’t going anywhere and it didn’t appear that Takeshi wasn’t realising that. Letting Takeshi speak, he reached over and gave his head a little pat before going straight back to the knife, “You so silly, what do you mean?” he spoke calmly, taking a hold of the knife but not removing it quite yet, “You didn’t send the soldiers onto your friends, so how can it be your fault? The General sent them, not you. Are all Earth people like this?” he questioned him before pulling the knife out and quickly coating it in some gel, “Shu’s energy flow is still there along with his mind. He’ll be fine. I don’t know about your friend, though. I haven’t been able to look at his mind, but his energy is quite low”.

Tossing the dagger casually to the side, he moved around Takeshi again but instead moved his hands over his head. Summoning up his energy, his hands glowed for a moment before he removed them, tilting his head a little, “Your energy is flowing not too well, it’s still blocked by whatever was on those knives. You’d only get killed by the General and that wouldn’t be too good, would it?” he spoke, nodding a little, “Yes…that wouldn’t be good at all. The General isn’t stupid enough to send an attack this close to the city. He wants the city people to like him, yes…? He’s probably waiting for word back on the attack, but soon he’ll find out no word will return to him. Don’t you see? We have time and you have warriors to protect you too. You should rest and take care of your friends, make sure they don’t blame themselves too. It would be bad if they went to find the General before you could, right?”
I think it's daytime.

Probably won't, because it wouldn't be 'an edit'--it'd be a near total re-write of half the post. You're talking nearly a 1,000 words. To put that into perspective, only two posts (in their totality) have more words thus far than that half of my post: yours and Mogtaki's. And both of those aren't even a 100 words longer than that half post that would need a near total re-write. Much easier for everyone to read it with the disclaimer that "This half will give you a wonderful (if I do say so myself) insight into Estella's state of being at the moment--but do keep in mind the location mistake." And since I doubt anyone's going to do much interaction with Estella until my next post, where I can put her in a correct location, it just doesn't seem worth the energy such a large re-write would entail.

It's the post from the future x)
