T’charrl was pretty sure his parents would be happy to try and accommodate his differences and make sure people weren’t going to see him for what he was. Despite the people being fairly eager to see him he didn’t want them to see him quite yet, especially if something bad might happen during the process of confronting them. He was still in the process of mastering his powers and he was far from there. Keeping his balance on his crutches he took a few steps forward, just trying to get used to the weight and movement before giving Takeshi a nervous smile, “Umm, he’s not really into that examining stuff, I don’t think. If he was he would probably poke me for longer than he’d be talking for”, he sighed, looking down at himself, “He’ll probably want to see how much I’ve improved, though. I know that much…” Giving Takeshi the scouter he seemed disappointed that Takeshi was already moving to the door, sounding as if he wasn’t going to stay for dinner after all. “Uhh, you can come back for dinner, you know! You don’t need to leave for the ship just now”. Gasping when Renthal threw his clipboard he quickly looked to him, frowning. “Do you have to scare my friends off like that? You know how hard it is for me to make friends…” Shu was a little sad that Takeshi had decided to retreat from the room but Renthal was pretty insistent on attacking him with various things. Shu still found it funny, even if he was technically in the line of fire as well when he ran after Takeshi. Bouncing after him he giggled happily, spinning around on his heel when he managed to get out. “You should had said sorry, you know!” he smiled, bouncing on his toes, “Saying sorry makes everything better! It’s good to be nice and say sorry. Maybe you won’t get brain damage! What is brain damage? Does it hurt…?” Viral was under a lot of stress right now and his only way of showing it was through his expression of pain. He couldn’t handle it all at once. Yumi and Vegeta were really laying a lot on him even if they didn’t mean to, as if they were both peering down at him with a judgmental gaze while he was powerless to do anything. He felt so powerless for the duration, being forced to take it even when it was good intentions. Even as Yumi tried to comfort him by placing a hand on his arm he still felt small and powerless to act, trying to defend himself with words alone but the stress was still there. “Then what? I say things and nothing happens…nothing changes…” he spoke lowly. He couldn’t focus on anything that might help him recover because there was no way for him to recover just by speaking about his problems, so he thought. He felt completely powerless and he hated that. Only giving Vegeta a glance when he spoke up he simply looked away again, staring at nothing. He couldn’t compete against the pair of them in a war of words. He just couldn’t understand it, he was completely useless anyway so what was the point? They were never going to let him be. Finding no way out of this confrontation he felt enclosed and backed into a corner with kindness. Feeling close to simply running away he looked down at himself, his paw slowly lowering to hold his other paw before he let out a sudden gasp as Yumi grabbed him into a hug without warning. He couldn’t really get out of her hold when his arms were squished against his body, not to mention it was difficult to comprehend whenever he did get hugged. Getting all flustered thanks to both Yumi and Vegeta he tried to move but couldn’t, going slightly red in the face before he eventually sighed, giving Vegeta a frown before looking away. “I-…my first wish was going to be for my own life force, my own ‘Ki’”, he muttered, lowering his gaze, “I wanted Ki so badly. To have what organic lifeforms had so I could have my own-…but, after the Saiyans took me, they experimented on me, trying to infuse it into me. I soon realised even if I asked Shenron I would become no better than those Saiyans. Manipulating what I am…but, the power I would gain…it would be beyond comprehension…”Letting out a low growl he shook it off, eventually sighing. “My second wish was a little more complicated…but, I’m not saying anything about that…it’s too personal…”
Shu let out a giggle at Takeshi’s claims as if incapable of denying them himself, finding them all too amusing in a number of ways. “I can’t act like not-myself! That’s really hard because I’m always myself”, he nodded, giving him a little smile, “Yes yes, I am myself. Maybe goof to you! But Shu to me!” It’s nice that he could admit that he is who he is and not have to hide it away, even if it did annoy Takeshi. It wasn’t his fault that he was happy that his friend was getting better and finding treatment. Maybe he would find more control as time went on too so that made him happy. Takeshi on the other hand still didn’t have that much control over certain aspects of him and even when pointed out Takeshi’s reaction still made Shu giggle. He did say the wrong things sometimes and laughing like that would prompt a hit in the leg from the doctor, even if Takeshi claimed he was innocent. “Ooh! Well, you no be nice sometimes so maybe that”, he smiled, scooting a little closer to him while still on the floor, “You should try be nice sometime then she be nice, yes? I’m nice! Maybe be more like me!” T’charrl was missing his parents a lot and hoped he could hold it together long enough for him to have some quality time with them, even if it meant he was going to be hidden away from the public for that time despite their desire to see him as well. He was happy enough letting his friends hang out with him and his parents but not random members of the public, especially when he had no idea how long he could stay close enough to normal. It made him worried of what they might feel when they heard he was a monster so the longer he could keep away from them the better, plus he wasn’t fantastic when it came to public attention. Sighing happily when Takeshi gave him the all clear to be with his parents he gave a nod, taking the crutches under his secondary arms. “Thanks…uhh, if you want you can still come visit us. My father would most likely want to see you all because you’re Saiyans”, he smiled, slowly sliding off the bed and leaning on the crutches, “I need to give you back my scouter anyway because of what Vegeta said about them. You can give it back to me in the morning. Is that alright with you?” Viral couldn’t understand why if they were so frustrated all the time that they’d want to stay with him, especially when it was only causing them pain to be around him. He shouldn’t be allowed out to do normal things if he was going to endanger someone everytime something happened that was the slightest bit off. He almost wanted to tell Vegeta that he wasn’t depressed but even then he wasn’t sure if he could pull off a lie like that just to make him feel better about his current health. The only way they could all be content was if he was ‘put into storage’ while everything was sorted so that he couldn’t hurt anyone during the treatment. At this point he wasn’t sure whether he was too far gone for them to fix, but the only logical thing he could think of doing was locking himself away. Vegeta was quick to protest his belief to keep to himself, but of course he would be trying to link how he was mentally with how his physical condition was. “You said yourself that you wanted to fix the worst of it first…and what’s happening to me happens to be the worst right now!” Before he could protest anymore to either of them it was Yumi who was quick to lash out at him in the form of a smack across the face, catching him by surprise and causing him to stumble a bit. Growling lowly he rubbed his face, staring at her at first before looking away as she only got increasingly upset over his words. He found it hard to understand her meaning of ‘love’ and couldn’t understand where this insistence to be around him was coming from even after he just got chastised for suddenly acting out, just none of this was making any sense to him. Feeling confused over what he truly wanted was probably the hardest part of this when he was so set on disappearing from their sights. Moving his paw from his cheek to his head he kept his eyes off her as he tried to nurse his confusion, gasping when she suddenly touched his arm and immediately looking to her once more. There was always a ‘we’ in her words and that pressure definitely added up in how he felt, pressing on his chest like an angry finger intent on forcing guilt into him. Of course he was going to feel guilty, this whole thing was concentrating on chastising him for his own intensions. Growling a sigh he slowly shook his head, keeping his paw pressed against it. “Even when I tell you to leave it, both of you grow defiant over my orders. I can’t win against either of you…” he spoke lowly, lowering his gaze, “Do you know how hard it is? The constant pressure to reveal my worries and defeats when I see no reason why it would make anything better! It’s nothing that can be fixed just because I said something! I know you want to help and…all those other things, but what’s it going to change? I’ll still be in constant pain with all these deformities that bring no benefit to me! I’m not angry at either of you for trying, but I just want this over and done with before I really do tear you both apart…”
Shu was going to settle down just this once just because of where he was and how Takeshi couldn’t actually talk to him more than telling him to calm down. Shu wanted to go and see his friend, but while he was getting checked out he would have to be patient. Giggling as Takeshi ruffled his hair he waved his hands around for a second, smiling up at Takeshi. “I’m not being silly! I’m being normal!” he nodded, wiggling his toes, “You mean not have her hit you too? I didn’t make Mister Doctor hurt your leg”. He was not to blame for what Takeshi got himself involved in or whether people hurt him, especially when he wasn’t talking or doing anything in the first place. Looking over to T’charrl he soon hopped along the floor, keeping seated most of the time and giving Takeshi a smile as if expecting him to be happy that he was still technically sitting down. T’charrl wondered if Renthal would be happier with him making that decision and from the sounds of it he was, even sussing out that it was probably the best thing for him if he had food. Smiling nervously at Renthal as he rambled about the food he sighed as he took hold the crutches, letting out a sigh as he got comfortable with them before his eyes went to Haku, frowning a little at his words. Giving a glance to Takeshi and Shu he soon looked down at himself. “Well uhh, I was kind of hoping I could stay with my parents tonight. It’s my first time back home in a long time and I kind of want to be with them for now. Is that okay with you all? I think I have myself under control”. Viral didn’t want to admit his weaknesses or what was possibly happening to him as things got worse, especially when things were going so well before. Everything he did just had to go wrong for him, there was never a time to be glad something turned out for the better anymore. Admitting what he had done and what he was going to do was just too much for him to admit but Yumi had managed to force it out of him even when he wanted to hide it. Glancing to Yumi momentarily he let out a sigh and looked away again, keeping his arms folded as she could only tell him how flawed his logic was that he was fine. Even when he tried he couldn’t try to be positive about what was happening to him and constantly he was having that drilled into him, but even after her telling him off she quickly decided to break her little private talk by telling Vegeta to come over. “What doesn’t make sense is you wanting a private talk but then letting Vegeta in on the whole thing! It’s always the same…” Not feeling in the mood to be chastised by Vegeta right now his arms remained folded as he was once again spoken to like a child, finding the whole ‘this is getting out of hand’ to be getting really old now. Of course, it was already out of hand when it started getting worse and he didn’t need reminded of that over and over again. Eventually sighing as his mood could only drop he soon went back to rubbing his head, not enjoying this little talk even if it was important. He knew he was breaking down and getting worse but it was getting to the point of ridiculous how much it was starting to happen. Keeping his eyes off him he soon looked back only to have to step back as Vegeta took one forward almost as if he was seeing it as a threat. Giving Vegeta an angry glare before only looking away again he let out a low growl, clenching his fists. He didn’t want to have to tell people what was on his mind, especially if it meant he was only going to end up nowhere near better off because of it. There was always going to be a lot on his mind and he was always going to be embarrassed about telling anybody anything, but not much was going to change that even if he did speak up about it. “I know you’re trying to help. I see no reason to open up despite how easy it all sounds to you because why? Why should I say anything? What benefit is that going to give me? It’s not going to retract what’s happened to me or make my condition any better so what’s the point? Progress will be made when you figure out how to treat this and then that’ll be the end of it. If that’s how it must be then why am I out here when I’m putting you all in danger by having anyone near me? If you and everyone else is getting angry at me then just forget about me. It’s not that hard”.
Shu found himself amused by anything that was unusual, getting all excitable at the expense of Takeshi’s pain. It was funny when the unusual happened like that, even if it was when Takeshi was getting hurt if just a little bit. Bouncing on his toes slightly he smiled happily squeaking when Takeshi took a grab for his nose. Pulling back and giving it a rub he giggled at Takeshi, instead slowly squatting into a waddle. “Okay! Okay, I won’t hop. I won’t”, he spoke quietly, giggling a little as he moved around on his knuckles before sitting on the floor. He was fine with not bouncing around but the only other thing he could think of doing was sitting down while his friend got assessed. Things sounded pretty good for their friend but there was certainly some problems from the sound of it. Their friend would need to be checked out properly or at least given a chance to rest before food. T’charrl didn’t like making Renthal upset over denying him some experimenting, but T’charrl was also familiar with what some of the medicine did. Renthal was always concerned with advancing their current medicine which lead to these experiments of his. Whether he could withstand any side effects wasn’t the issue, but rather they were an unknown factor that made T’charrl a little nerves. Despite denying the medicine in a more dignified way it sounded like Renthal was really wanting to try it out still, even telling him what it was for and how it could benefit him. He was certainly trying to make him feel guilty over trying the new strain but T’charrl was still scared, trying to brush it off as he gave his neck a calming rub. He didn’t know how his body would handle medicine, especially when he wasn’t exactly like the typical normal Kaesstrian. Hearing Renthal finally give into his desires he frowned a little, looking down at the floor, “Umm…well, m-maybe after dinner…we can try the medicine…?” he muttered, half-hoping Renthal would forget about it after that length of time, “Maybe you can give me something temporary until then like uhh…like some crutches or something? I should eat before having medicine, right?” Viral was certainly not wanting to talk about everything unusual that happened to him when it usually meant bad news and someone probably getting all upset over it. He knew a lot of bad things were happening and knew what was going to happen to him eventually so what was the point on fussing over everything. Being stubborn did have its downsides since it meant upsetting Yumi with it, but he really didn’t want to talk about this. Even though he was still on edge he was managing to direct it towards fixing his hair, his eyes remaining off her until she decided to force her finger into his vision. Giving her an annoyed glare as she continued to try and force it out of him he folded his arms tight, going a little red in the cheeks. It was certainly hard to keep quiet about it now that she was suspicious beyond all reason, simply making him feel guilty over not saying it. Trying to hold it off he soon let out a sigh, letting some of the built up pressure out but keeping his eyes off her. “I just…couldn’t stop myself. I wasn’t running a blank like I usually do and could feel myself going for you”, he muttered, raising his shoulders slightly, “I was…going to claw you, but you pushed me off…”
Shu didn’t pick up what Takeshi was hinting at with the doctor, only hearing him mention something else he might be able to get sorted and not thinking much about it. He was pretty happy that he was going to get T’charrl all sorted up and did hope that his friend would be better after all of this, especially when he seemed to be struggling a lot. It was probably pretty hard to fix something like a sudden walking problem due to a transformation, but from what he saw his friend just needed to get used to walking again and would hopefully be strong enough to go on by himself. It was so strange seeing his friend so weakened when he was so strong before, but hopefully with how quickly he managed to fix himself before he would be alright eventually as well. Finding Takeshi’s outburst to be most unusual he tilted his head when he was instead whacked by the alien, watching as he bounced around before giggling. “You silly! All jumpy-springy now!” he squeaked, bouncing a few times, “Maybe you shouldn’t laugh next time, silly”. T’charrl didn’t know why Takeshi laughed, but then again he had been seeing Renthal all his life so saw nothing unusual about the glasses. He hoped he would be able to fix him up and not cause any further problems, but he did have a lot of faith in him as well despite his willingness to experiment with his treatments. Frowning as he was instead further put in his place, letting out a sigh. “I understand. I won’t disobey you. You know best”, he sighed, saying it as if it was routine to please Renthal. He really hoped he wasn’t going to get a lot of flack for whatever he had, but thankfully Renthal was more concerned with dragging him away than making fun of his ability to find himself here. Stumbling and near falling on his face he grabbed onto the bed as he was forced to sit on it, he watched Renthal as he checked over his vitals. Waiting until he finished he frowned when he found nothing wrong, opening his mouth to speak up until Haku immediately spoke up for him. T’charrl hadn’t heard a thing about space legs before, his eyes instead going straight down to his legs as he gave them a little wiggle. It was an odd phrase but as Haku explained it a bit better he could see how that might be, finding the concept more believable. He did feel a massive difference with his weight depending on where he was but he didn’t think it would make a difference with how he walked. Maybe that’s why he was so top-heavy whenever he changed form, but that possibility just made him feel a little worried and wonder how he might had ended up if he wasn’t influenced by his space travels as much. Staring at the floor he soon looked to Renthal again, frowning at the offer of medicine. He knew it was coming and sure enough the fact that it was experimental arose again, frowning deeply. “Uhh, I-I don’t know. I can’t afford to be sick. Who else have you tested it on since altering it…?” Viral was trying to not make a big deal out of it. He didn’t see why it had to be an urgent matter for them to sort out and not brush off. That annoyed him rather greatly since it usually meant he was in trouble. Letting out a grumble at Yumi’s suggestions he folded his arms and tried to ignore her, not thinking it was needing this much attention. Frowning when she decided to shoo Vegeta off he stared at her in anger. “It’s not that big a deal!” Getting all flustered at her insistence to talk about it he eventually let out a sigh, rubbing his head in mild annoyance at her. Seeing her copy his mild grooming too he frowned when she decided to help him, looking up to her hand before letting out an annoyed sigh, waving his hand at hers. “You’re always insisting I talk about everything, even if I ever sneeze…” he mumbled, looking away from her as he picked at his hair, “I just…went to stand up and pounced instead…no big deal…” He didn’t really want to tell her he immediately wanted to rip her face off once he was on top of her seeing how that would spoil her mood just that little bit more. He was already on thin ice when it came to his condition and if he told her something like that it would just cause unnecessary distress. “Is that all you wanted? Can I be left alone now?”
Shu didn’t know why Takeshi wasn’t answering him quite yet, especially when it didn’t really take that much thought to assess how you feel about someone. Having Takeshi be a little hesitant over the condition of a friendship made him curious, but if Takeshi was going to be all like this then maybe he didn’t want to put in too much effort at all. They should really try and be friends if they were fighting together, especially when Shu didn’t like fighting going on within the group where tension was liable to get too high and they’d never win at anything. Takeshi sure did have a weird way of complaining when he couldn’t find a reason to why he was complaining in the first place. Tilting his head a little he smiled when he decided to answer, feeling a little confused over what his point was. “Ooh! Then maybe help with the problems if you want to talk to him? If you know then you can help, yes?” T’charrl was fairly confident that Renthal would be able to give him something that’ll improve his quality of life temporarily, even if it was just a stick or something to help him focus on acting normal. He needed to try and figure out how to walk all over again apparently and he was somewhat managing, but he was also a little light-headed and figured that’s why he was having such a hard time with this. If he could clear his mind a little bit then maybe he’ll be able to properly present himself in front of everyone again. “He is a really good doctor. He’s been mine for a very long time”, he smiled, feeling pretty confident about seeing him, “Uhh, I’m sure if you have something to check up on he can do that too”. He didn’t know what Takeshi was talking about but it was his business so he wasn’t going to question him. Finally arriving at the office he sighed upon seeing the door showed no sign of occupation by another patient. Giving a little smile to Takeshi he watched as he slowly opened the door, peering in as well as it moved from his vision. Sure enough there was Renthal looking as busy as usual, his relief that he was actually in there being pretty high. Giving Renthal a quick wave before looking to Takeshi in confusion when he suddenly started laughing. Not really sure how to take it he only watched as Renthal gave him a good knock, tilting his head as Takeshi hopped around before turning his attention back to Renthal. “I, uhh…I-I didn’t need help that much…” he mumbled before smiling a little, “I’m here for a check-up. Being in space for so long…I can’t seem to walk very well and I feel really weak. Maybe just a quick check-up and I’ll be on my way…?” Viral felt he probably overreacted with the scouter, but it was a reaction he couldn’t help making and it happened so there wasn’t anything he could do about it. He felt fairly embarrassed very quickly after that and simply let out a groan, backing off and rubbing his ear. Too much was going on at once for him and all these overreactions was probably going to make them suspicious. Yumi complaining and acting like a child should probably distract her from his goings on; however, looking back at her after giving his ear a rub she was retrieving his scouter, cleaning it up before showing her suspicions. Giving an annoyed sigh he took the scouter off her, staring at it before simply letting out a grumble. “Hmph, nothing’s wrong”, he mumbled, looking away as he adjusted it onto his ear again, “I’m fine, I was just caught off-guard by this thing…” His mind really wasn’t clear enough to think up lies or reasons to why he was jumpy, but to him it was all due to reasons he didn’t want to discuss right now. Trying to bring himself down again he wiped down his hair, pulling out any leaves and twigs that might had got stuck.
Shu gave Takeshi a smile, shrugging his shoulders. “I don’t mind him ignoring me. He talked to me plenty when we were captured!” he nodded, bouncing a few times forward, “He’s all talked out with me! You don’t really like talking to him though, do you? You never talk to him! Maybe he doesn’t want to do it because he’s not feeling well? Do you know how he’s not feeling well? If I was not well, I wouldn’t want to do anything”. Shu knew how it felt to be bummed out and how it made you feel like doing nothing at all so he could imagine what his friend felt like, especially when he wasn’t getting the attention he had been getting himself. Maybe if Takeshi actually tried to talk to him more he wouldn’t have the problem of assuming he was wanting to be ignored. “It’s okay if he doesn’t want to go! I’m not going to be upset with him if he doesn’t want to, but still nice to ask, yes?” T’charrl didn’t know what they were talking about when it came to their friend, but of course they never really talked much so he couldn’t try to defend either opinion. At most they could try and see if he wanted to come and if he didn’t then that’s fine, no fuss was needed. Maybe Takeshi really was insecure when it came to his friend, but in what way and why he didn’t know when he didn’t know their history. Hoping he wasn’t too far from Renthal’s office he looked to Takeshi when he was asked about his reason for seeing him, giving a quick glance down the corridor. “He’ll assess if I’m healthy as I am, but uhh…I-I’ll see Vegeta about everything else. I just don’t want to collapse in front of my parents because I have a fever or something else I can’t recognise”, he spoke before letting out a sigh, lowering his head slightly, “I did faint when I changed back. I don’t want to embarrass myself by fainting again”. Viral didn’t mean to do what he did but by the time he realised he was already pretty in the zone, trying to pin her down after successfully pouncing at her. Throwing down his paws at her as they hit the ground he lifted one set of claws up but stopped when Yumi decided to shout at him and with one push he fell off her, landing on his arm. Grunting as he rubbed his forehead he moved backwards, pushing at the ground to sit up he looked around quickly, letting out a low growl as he moved to get back up to his feet. He didn’t know why he did that or what came over him, but he wasn’t going to draw attention to it and just ignore it completely. “Hmph! You’re such a baby…” he grumbled only to let out a gasp as a voice called through his scouter, instead immediately pulling it off and dropping it as if he had just picked up a snake. He was really on edge, he didn’t need something like that shouting in his ear.
Shu would be quite happy to have everyone over for dinner so long as they wanted to and everyone else was okay with it. Hearing T’charrl taking their idea into mind and offering to invite them all Shu couldn’t help but bounce on his feet, getting all excited over the thought of a possible dinner with everyone. Hopefully his parents would be okay with such a meeting, wondering if they would want to see how the others were getting on. Vegeta was already friends with the smart guy that they saw before leaving, especially considering he went away to see him specifically when they all decided to split up. He could imagine they would all be hungry too. Looking up to Takeshi he gave him a smile as he decided to ask about Viral, someone who T’charrl forgot to mention; then again, T’charrl and Viral did nearly nothing together so he could understand him forgetting about the Beastman. “Ooh, I don’t think he can be alone, can he?” he asked Takeshi, scratching his head, “If Mister Viral doesn’t come then Miss Yumi or Mister Vegeta won’t too. It would be nice if they all came to have some food and stuff, right? Poor Mister Viral never gets to hang out with us anymore because he’s all funny looking and stuff…” Viral really hated talking about himself and talking about something as personal as a wish was just the height of annoyance for him. ‘Annoying’ probably wasn’t the correct term he’d use, but it was everything he hated having to do. He didn’t like talking about himself and he didn’t like it when people were so persistent about it either. It was something he never wanted to go through and until he got it himself then they were going to have to keep trying to figure out whether it was something they could find out themselves without asking him. Watching from the shrubs he kept fairly quiet, sitting calmly as he watched her scout for him. She wasn’t as good as she thought she was it turned out, obviously getting flustered at her inability to find him. Carefully watching her he waited silently to see if she’d find him this time, her back completely turned as she decided to check on the opposite side; however, before she could speak up in protest against his hiding skills and finding him she just gave up, deciding it wasn’t worth it. That was better, now he just needed to get out. Moving back a step he readied himself for standing, gently moving up but instead of simply standing his body instead decided to make a sudden leap straight for Yumi, trying to pounce at her instead.
T’charrl didn’t think he could walk by himself quite yet but didn’t like the fact that he was making Takeshi feel uncomfortable. Maybe there was a way to save him some of the grief of having to touch him by asking L’esta to help him along, but the Captain was probably not going to come with them just to relieve Takeshi. He really did feel bad for putting Takeshi through all this nonsense with him when it could easily be prevented just by learning how to walk properly. He would soon get it but he still had balance issues and maybe the doctor could give him a cane to walk with instead. He needed to get his mind set on being normal and not the freakish creature he was before. He was so mad at himself for being stuck in that ‘slumping beast’ mentality for so long. Staring down at the floor as he walked he let out a sigh before realising Takeshi asked him a question, his eyes turning to him quickly, “Huh? Uhh no, they should be here”, he spoke up, giving a little smile, “Yumi found me with Shu first and your other friend helped with setting up our communications. They should dine with my mother and father”. Truth was T’charrl didn’t know about their other friend, especially when he was such a reclusive. Maybe it would be okay if he had to come with the others, but if he didn’t want to then it would be okay for him to skip out. Feeling a little concerned over the possible outcome he lowered his head again, his eyes soon turning to Haku when he asked a question, giving him a little smile back. “You could try and contact the others and ask if they want to come over. I hope they say yes…” Viral didn’t want to be caught, especially when they were still determined to get him to talk. He didn’t want to and he couldn’t understand why they wouldn’t leave it alone, only hoping all this chasing would wear them down before they could try and catch him. If he made them so fed up that they would get moody and forget he said anything about a wish then that would be fine by him. Leaping out of the tree he took quite a large leap, landing straight in some shrubs and immediately setting off again. She was certainly persistent unlike Vegeta who was quite happy to let her jump around after him. Not wanting to let her get the best of him he kept down low, getting down onto all fours eventually before twisting himself underneath a large shrub. He wasn’t willing to make himself completely obvious this time and hoped he could mask himself a bit better in the dense shrubs. He could see her from his position but did wonder if she could be able to see him, but of course with eyes like his she would have no chance of escaping his vision.
T’charrl couldn’t see his mother doing anything wrong in his eyes, knowing she was never the kind of person to do something she knew was reckless and wrong. She was the wisest person he knew next to his father. Hearing her speak of recklessness in her younger years was definitely a bit much for him to try and understand, finding it to be near impossible. The difference between her endeavours and his was she probably didn’t have a war raging on around her and couldn’t had been endangering her own life as much as he did. Even walking along was going to endanger his life as he nearly faceplanted into the door just on his way to the doctor. Trying to pick himself up he had to instead reach out and hope that someone was going to support him, letting out a sigh when Takeshi offered to do it. Looking to Takeshi he did feel him shiver when he touched him, frowning as he turned his head away from him and eventually turning it back with a nervous smile. He didn’t mean to make Takeshi act all funny over touching him, he didn’t need to help him if he didn’t want to. Looking back to L’esta his eyes soon moved back to Takeshi, giving him a little smile, “I was worried because I said I’d keep in touch…but I didn’t. I was too scared of what I looked like and her seeing me”, he spoke, letting out a sigh and lowering his head, “Father is probably going to come soon now that Mother knows I’m here. He would be with the other soldiers doing work. I wonder how much work he has to do now that the General is in jail”. Shu was pretty happy either way, hoping for a nice little family reunion to happen at dinner. He did wonder why T’charrl had so much trouble walking, especially when he should be able to do so by now. Shu didn’t have much trouble going from bouncing around on all fours to walking on just his legs if he bounced around for too long, but then again it was probably a whole different case for T’charrl when he had been so different for so long. He wondered why he didn’t feel all that great either, but maybe the doctor might know what was wrong with his friend. Maybe it was the shock of changing back still getting to him; after all, he knew what it was like and how terrible it always made one feel. “Ooh! I wonder if Mister Doctor would want to have food too. It will be nice too unless there’s people to help. Ooh! I wonder if others will want to come to dinner! Miss Yumi and friends”. Viral didn’t want or need to confront them about his wish, they had no right to try and get him to open up when he didn’t want to. All it was to him was a sign of weakness, one where he couldn’t find nothing but pity. He could easily make something up but they’d probably see through that. There was two wishes he had and both were pretty personal and supposed to improve his life, but one he soon found to be impossible to make even if he did ask the Dragon and the other would probably be more of a weakness than a benefit. Anything to improve his life would be seen as weakness or evil in other people’s eyes, but then again they probably don’t consider him to be strong anymore. Staring down from his post he almost got distracted by his own self-pity, rubbing his head momentarily before looking around, looking for where Yumi might had gone before gasping as Yumi sounded out, turning his head immediately towards her as he still held onto his head. Giving her an angry glare he immediately tried to jump away again, going for a long bounce away for the shrubs in an attempt to lose them again. “No you have not caught me!”
