There we go, stuck that up.
Name: Gin (pronounced ‘Jin’)
Clan: Shima
Title: Halfling
Gender: Male
Age: 15

Race: Half-Oni
Weight: 90 lbs
Height: 4'10"

Appearance:

Occupation: Blacksmith

Notable Skills: His strength is unmatched by any human which only grows with his anger. He’s fair good at running fast and climbing trees and rocky surfaces.

Magical Abilities: Can use his spirit energy as an extension of his body to an extent. Using it to pick up stuff isn’t something he’s learned and using it too much drains him until he eats or sleeps again.

Ki Techniques/powers: Manipulation of his own spirit and turning it into ‘blue fire’ energy, a trait shared with certain groups he tries to remove himself from. When he loses control of his temper his inner demon shows itself, advancing his features, increasing his strength and durability. Because of his Oni inheritance he has advanced healing, taking mere days over weeks to recover from injury.

Weapons: “Lion’s Tooth” as pictured. A folded steel sword he crafted himself.

Other Gear: None.

Personality: Gin is a small, gentle young man who remains loyal to those he befriends. He goofs off sometimes and be fairly playful but can become serious and focused when he needs to be. He may act pleasant and human most of the time, but he may lose himself to his Oni side and become vicious and difficult to control. Despite not making friends with people not enjoying his company he hides his frustrations well, making excuses that he would have no skill if they didn't make time ignoring him.

Brief history: When he was a young boy he was found hiding in a tree by travellers, malnourished and filthy. The group saw what he was by his distinguishable pointed ears, red tint to parts of his skin and his red hair; however, they couldn’t let a child die. It was thought best to take the child to someone to help teach him how to integrate himself into the human world and not with the brutish Onis, the best choice being the neutral Shima clan. With a family assigned to him, Gin found his niche in helping at the blacksmiths; however, the call for battle proved strong in Halfling Gin. He practised for many years in his spare time, learning the ways of the sword before crafting one himself to help balance his strength. Even if those around him didn’t trust him because of his heritage he was determined to show he can help protect them from the growing aggressive climate Baji was falling under.

When the sacred relics were stolen away from the Shima clan, Gin knew he had to help take them back. They needed his strength to retrieve them. He had the strength of three warriors, three which would benefit the Shima clan by remaining on their defences. Offering himself as one of the travellers to gather the relics, disregarding his age and background.

Other: Gin doesn’t take a family name; people who took him in were his carers, not his family. Raw meat can be a difficult trigger for him to handle, the smell and sight of it making it hard to control his voracious nature from his Oni heritage. He can eat more than the average human. The symbol on his clothes is the blacksmith's marking which is stamped on everything made there, on his blade it can be found on the hilt.
Viral was angry at Vegeta, there was no doubt about that. He was angry that he would give up so quickly and blame himself for something so important for so long only for it to not appear to work. If he didn’t have any of Vegeta’s work then there would be nothing left for him to hope for and he was just throwing that all away like it was nothing. “You think I would still be living if you didn’t work on this?? The hope that you would be able to find me a cure to my problem was all that mattered to me and all of that helped me hang on when everything else seemed useless! You think I have the willpower to fight off this pain…this sickness for that long?? I would be dead!” There was little reason to remain alive and fighting if he couldn’t win the battle by himself, it would’ve been a wasted effort. Even with his tenacity and honourable mentality he wouldn’t be able to keep together long enough before he completely lost it. Glaring down at him he soon narrowed his eyes and looked away, letting out a deep sigh. He saw no reason for that to be something to brag over or get angry, only something to feel rather solemn yet embarrassed about it. “I just…wanted to protect. Nobody was hurting that thing and you were all struggling! I couldn’t let anybody die because I was too sick to do anything…”

T’charrl was struggling to find sense or balance after all that, his senses overwhelmed by the stench and his mind still foggy after changing. He had much more advanced senses than the others and much more complicated too, but with his antennae being the primary source of his senses he struggled to keep it together and focus on walking straight. He just needed to get to the water, despite how scared he was of it. Slowly moving along he tried to look in front of him at the path he was taking, not seeing much other than an array of colours. “I-I…didn’t want people to…see me like that…” he mumbled, his speech slurred, “Nobody…nobody should see me f-for what I am…” Getting a fright when he felt a sudden wash of wet and cold against his claws he looked down, not too sure whether he had just stepped in really muddy grass or the water really was green. Groaning he slowly moved further in, eventually dropping off his feet and paws and sitting on the water. He was dizzy and not feeling good at all, his skin burning and feeling uncomfortable.

Shu was in a bit of a panic, not feeling too sure whether he should try and be nice to these people or show that he had some sort of authority when he truly didn’t. He would be living a lie at that point and that would never be good. Looking quickly to Takeshi he frowned, eventually turning around with a squeaky huff. “You stay! No move! No!” he spoke quickly, “Like I said, yes! I can do this by myself…” If Takeshi went against his word he would be rather angry at him. Takeshi shouldn’t be the one who had to see to everything. Waiting for the Namekians to arrive he got a little anxious, shuffling his feet as he waited for them to approach, his eyes going to the biggest guy immediately. Now that guy was a scary looking man, the aliens looking strong and imposing. Lowering his head a little he gasped when one turned to him, immediately grabbing his tail. “U-Uhh…me? We? Or me?” he spoke quickly, getting confused, “I-I’m friend…I’m friend! We came asking for help and find crashed ship! Bad ship was bad with monsters, so we kill them…umm, i-is that okay…?”
Oh man, I might just have an idea for this one.

Give me a bit, been really busy lately.
Viral had no concern over how he was feeling but seeing how Vegeta was earlier he was angry over that lack of confidence, everything that he built up to get to this point being forgotten about. Everything he was working on up to this point was now being denied as helpful to him. He was holding on pretty well to give Vegeta the point he wanted to give, his desire to get him to say everything he meant earlier being his first concern. Staring at him as he spoke he narrowed his gaze as he continued to shame himself, seeing everything he had done previously being put down like it did nothing. Growling lowly he moved closer to Vegeta, looking ready to punch him if it wasn’t for the fact he was injured. “You think this is because of you? We were going to revive them anyway…and you think it’s a last ditch option because you think you failed??” he growled, raising himself higher, “I have been fighting this off before you started the course on me! What you created made it easier for me to control it! If you find yourself ashamed at that what you’ve done for me then you’re ashamed of me for not being able to hold on and keep my end of the bargain…”

T’charrl barely knew what happened to him and was completely sore and pretty dazed, the gunk not giving him a break on his senses as he tried to recover. He felt rather different, his body not coping very well with going back to what he had managed to hold off for so long. He didn’t quite have the mentality to find himself again, not yet while he was low on energy and really rather messy. Staring into nothingness as he lay on the ground he eventually blinked, slowly looking up at Yumi as she spoke. His vision slowly came together to form her, everything she was saying forming sense in his mind. Hesitating a moment he soon slowly pushed himself up onto his feet and claws, holding his position with a wobbly stance he stared down for a moment before looking for the water, his feet slowly moving his large body unsteadily under the weight of all the horrid goop.

Shu didn’t want Takeshi moving around and getting all hurt again, especially when he worked so hard trying to be useful with treating his brother’s wounds. He was sure he was going to be able to be useful again in the future but this was the now and he was proud with what he had been able to accomplish on his own, not particularly wanting Takeshi to ruin it even if he had little faith. Huffing a little he shifted his feet, looking towards the door before making a bounce towards it. “Okay! Okay, you stay! I go”, he spoke, quickly nodding before turning around and heading out of the door; however, before he could go all that much further from the ship he squeaked, backing into the ship again rather quickly as he pointed to the sky. “Ooh! Flying green people! Takeshi! Green people are Namek people, right??”
Kiton didn’t know what these people thought of him and it was only two that actually spoke to him in a friendly manner, the others not showing too much interest in him other than calling him out for what he did. If he was to escape trouble he might just have to be with these guys for a while until it cooled down. It was a difficult time for him now that he was caught out like this and unable to move properly without being brought under considerable pain. He didn’t know how he was supposed to even stand in this position, but maybe soon he would find himself a pillow or something to prop up against. This was going to be an uncomfortable ride until he recovered, but like Sasha said he was lucky to be alive. If he was taller he might’ve not survived, even if he is a Frost Demon the impact would just be too great. Everything that was happening had left him a little drained and lacking the willpower to do anything, but he was still willing to try and sit up just so he wouldn’t be left in such a vulnerable position.

Shu hoped he’d be nice and clean before they’d have food and after that battle he’ll definitely need some soon; however, this planet didn’t look like it had many trees nevermind food on said trees to eat. Maybe there was fish and what not but it was very hard to tell. Everyone would eventually need food, probably the alien from the crash too since if he was so hurt he could barely move now then who knew how long it had been since he had last eaten too. Poor little guy must’ve been hungry, and by little he was definitely a little alien even compared to himself. “I don’t know, but maybe he worried he might look scary too! We never ask him anything, really…” Feeling a little worried that everything was not okay outside he gave a look towards the windows, staring at them before looking to Takeshi when he winced. “No! You stay there! Why so silly? Why everyone silly today?”

Viral wanted to be shown as strong right now, showing he was instead able to stand by himself and show he wasn’t going to have a breakdown in front of Vegeta. He had put a lot of energy into all that and even keeping Enki running had his energy running on high the entire time. Staring down at Vegeta he grumbled when he analysed him instead as if looking for any faults other than his strange form, watching him carefully as if checking for any analysis. Watching him carefully he growled lowly, before grunting, not entirely pleased with seeing him out like this even when he was injured. Bending down to him he sneered at his words. “Yeah…I did it. Won’t it be nice for them to see this form and consider it the hero?” he spoke slowly, tilting his head slightly, “Nevermind your father…whatabout you? Are you or are you still ashamed at what I’ve become?”

T’charrl didn’t know how to handle Yumi when he was like this, worried that she’d fear him. There wasn’t much going through his mind other than very simply thoughts and having her staring up at him like this frightened him and put him in confrontation mode. Hissing at her and showing his teeth he watched her with a concentrated gaze as she spoke, pulling his head back and raising his shoulders when she stepped forward again. He didn’t know what he wanted from her, not looking convinced by her words but he was slowly ceasing his hissing the longer he stared at her. The panic was leaving his mind, his large eyes looking less angry before they slowly closed, his body dropping off his feet and crashing to the ground with a wince. Despite the form he had his own energy had been drained greatly, the form he took only a result of a near death experience. Finding himself no longer in that state he started changing back, but instead of reverting into his normal form he changed back into his final enlarged form he took before discovering his ability to change back; however, with him not looking too mentally there he couldn’t concentrate on his normal form, his body even more coated in goop since it didn’t fall off as he changed back.
Kiton was a little confused, finding it odd that someone would talk to him like that out of the blue. Maybe it was because they were all trying to make him feel comfortable so he wouldn’t try to escape or maybe they just hadn’t met anyone new in a very long time; either way, it was strange to him and not something he’s experienced before. Looking to the others briefly he soon looked back, frowning at first at her willingness to reveal all about what they’ve been up to. He didn’t know what was going on here, he didn’t know how these people got involved with the Saiyans or what they did it that year and yet there she was confiding in him for some reason. “Uhh…o-okay. So you guys have…been busy…” he spoke, looking to the others again, “So it’s kind of a revenge thing, huh?” He was feeling like the odd one out even more, seeing how these people were probably upstanding citizens. He just did what he did to survive while these guys could probably go live somewhere else and be happy without having to get involved. Frowning slightly he looked back at her when she spoke again, not feeling entirely sure about her offer when it was so similar to what the rebel girl asked him. “…I don’t know. I may bring you closer to other sorts of trouble…besides, I’m still in trouble with you guys”. Looking around when the other guy suddenly spoke up there was an immediately feeling of confusion on his side and urgency on everyone else’s. Whatever that light was it was apparently important to one of them, sending them off towards the battlefield.

Shu was fairly happy despite everything that had happened, his own concern that everyone was going to be alright being fairly non-existent. He believed in his friends and they were so close that he couldn’t see them ever screwing up and getting really badly hurt. Viral was definitely a concern but his problem lay in his condition, not the battle. Taking the gauze he wiped his hands down on it, smiling happily as he was given a little relief from feeling unmanageable when he relied on his hands so much. He used them probably in more ways than others used their own hands from eating to grooming himself. “Poor Mister Viral…maybe he really wants to smile but is too scared of scaring people”, he spoke, lowering his head, “Big sharp teeth all scary to kids…” The bright light wasn’t something he’d get scared over if it really was Viral, but everyone else suddenly sprung up an urgency to go to him and T’charrl. Looking to Takeshi quickly he soon looked out the doors, curious to what was the big rush was just incase they hadn’t finished the battle. Sure, the noises were scary but he had faith in Viral that he’d win. “Ooh! You no should be getting up, anyway!”

Viral didn’t know what would happen once he stepped out of Enki, whether he would slowly lose his mind again being out in the real world or be okay and recover from his mental attack from earlier. He had practically destroyed Vegeta’s hopes of curing him by losing control, but he didn’t know how to admit such a thing was his fault in the first place. Vegeta already did a lot to help him but he messed up so badly today. That one slip up cause Vegeta to lose his confidence in everything and that was the worst guilt he could feel right now despite the victor. Staring at his enlarged paws he gasped when he heard Vegeta’s voice, looking out through the monitors at the shuttle. He hardly got any time to think to himself about his future and there he was already bouncing on over. How aggravating that he didn’t get time to think to himself his plans, but he couldn’t hide away in Enki forever. Growling in annoyance he slowly moved forward, leaning towards the cockpit’s doors before Enki glowed bright, gradually decreasing in size until it was just Viral left as he dropped to the ground. Landing on all fours he saw himself lucky that he hadn’t startled the large beast that was T’charrl, looking to him before growling as he stood up, staring at Vegeta.

Finding it a little easier to breathe again T’charrl remained where he was, his eyes slowly surveying the area wearily. He was full of monstrous strength and energy yet couldn’t find the momentum he needed to get up and try to wash himself down. Maybe it was his fear of sinking in water that put him off or maybe he was just traumatised after being eaten; either way, the ordeal took a lot out of him mentally and moving was a bit of a task. Remaining where he was he wasn’t aware of Enki’s disappearance; however, when a little voice called out to him he slowly opened his large eyes and stared down at the little figure that was Yumi. There was a sudden dawning realisation that not all of them had encountered him like this and with instincts kicking in he let out a defensive hissing snarl, pushing his body up as his filth-ridden fur tried to stand on end. He was panicked and feeling the need to get away from everyone, his eyes going to the water but his body unable to move to it because of his instincts and fear of drowning kicking in. Finding it all too hard to deal with he was frozen, trying to force her away with his body language.
Shu squeaked happily, bouncing on his toes when Takeshi finally started to see logic in his actions. It was pretty nice to finally get a chance to show off some of his skills that he learned while out in the jungle, even if Takeshi didn’t fully trust him with things like that. He wanted to show his usefulness a lot but it was always that Takeshi or somebody else always underestimated him and thought he couldn’t handle the real world. Moving back towards Takeshi he gave him a hopeful smile that he was right in his assumption. “You think so? I don’t see them grinning that much…uhh well, Mister Viral does, but it’s usually while fighting and looks scary, a little…” Looking around for something to wipe his hands on he squeaked when a light out of the corner of his eye shone bright outside. That was certainly confusing but it felt a little warm too, like catching the heat of a nearby fire. It was certainly confusing but the noise that followed was worrying, frowning a little before his attention went back to Takeshi. “I think Mister Viral did that. Didn’t feel like Ki, I think…”

Kiton didn’t know if she was trying to get information out of him or really was trying to talk to him, even if it was a strange way of talking. She seemed to be treating him like an unknown entity, but then again even he didn’t know what she was if she was thinking the same towards him. She looked kind of like one of them but had fluffy ears so that was different. Staring at her a little confused by her sudden decision to spark a conversation he frowned at her explanation, not finding it to add up to his experiences and what he knew about travelling. “That’s…strange. So just like mercenaries, huh? Sometimes working for these rebels, or something?” He didn’t understand how people could be friends and travel through space investigating ships with rebels. It was strange to him, but then again many things were unusual when it came to these guys. Watching her as she took a seat he narrowed his eyes, finding the crack to be a little gross sounding. Not entirely sure what she suggesting he tried to sit up, wincing when he could barely get his shoulders up, dropping back down. “…I-I do! No, I mean…to the travel by myself. I don’t get lonely…besides, you’d have to have people with you previously to get lonely…”

Viral put a lot into that attack but even then the constant solar energy on this planet empowered his attack. Firing his attack left the monster non-existent, the landscape completely devastated around the blast. He was completely into the battle, his gaze sharp as he barely took in a breath until the smoke disappeared. Staring at the scorched earth he soon snapped back into reality, looking to T’charrl who remained trying to recover on the ground. In that form it was like looking down at a large mutant dog even though he knew when he got out of his mech the guy would be massive compared to him. Who knew how they were supposed to deal with that, but then again it was him they had to worry about considering his further transformed form. His health was not going to be the best when he finally came down from his high. As his energy levels slowly dropped he was going to have to withdraw Enki very soon, placing him at risk against T’charrl possibly not recognising him and attacking him. Slowly kneeling down with Enki he deactivated it for now, its eyes going black as it powered down as Viral sat back in an attempt to try and relax.
Shu was being pretty careful with it all, making sure he wasn’t going to harm his brother by taking them out too slowly and instead giving them a good yank before a good toss away. At least with the bandages he could help Takeshi feel better without having to pluck rocks out of his skin and at least he made sure to get them all before wrapping him up. He was just doing what he was told, otherwise he wouldn’t have a clue to how to do any of this stuff. “I haven’t! I didn’t want to get sick and die in the wild because I couldn’t pull a rock out of me”. Finishing off he bounced back, not looking like he wanted to touch anything or even his clothes after all that. “I did it! See? You fine now”, he smiled, bouncing on his feet a little, “Well if you behave then you heal quick! Maybe Friend T’charrl can help too, but he would be awfully tired, huh? Then again, he probably real tired…poor Friend. He all down there with Mister Viral still…”

Kiton had been keeping quiet, feeling a little uncomfortable around all of these people. They were all strangers and this was all because he brought that thing to the planet they happened to be visiting. What a string of bad luck, even after he had tried so hard to fight off the beasts on his way through space. He wouldn’t be able to fight them all off if they all turned on him because of what happened, knowing there was a possibility that they’d all get angry at him and place all the blame on him. It was pretty tense and what was worse was they had him right in a vulnerable position as he was made immobile from injuries and bandages. Feeling a little worn out mentally he didn’t notice Yumi had approached him, his eyes quickly looking up at her in fright at first before narrowing his gaze, confused to why she was talking to him. “Wha, my name…?” he muttered, looking to the others when she mentioned her name and them all being friends, not exactly colleagues, “I…am Kiton. I thought you all worked together. Isn’t it a little risky to be a group of friends in Space with rebels…?”

T’charrl may had transformed but to get out of that with such low energy he couldn’t fight back, only managing to move away enough to keep out of Viral’s way and to catch his breath. He was near suffocated in there and with his larger body he required a lot more to stop himself from going unconscious. His wings were still ruined but looked like they were reforming quickly as well as his body went through renewal now that he was out of the danger zone. He really needed to get washed and the water up ahead was looking awfully tempting; however, he also couldn’t move his claws and that happened to be a big part of his ability to move.

Viral moved when T’charrl managed to find his escape, finding the situation much to his liking now. There was no way this thing could survive any longer, watching as it tried to keep itself standing. It was its own fault for eating someone like T’charrl but luckily it was him as anyone else would’ve been done for otherwise. Watching it carefully he picked up his blades, sheathing them as he signalled his victory over the creature; however, just when he thought it was done the creature was making a last ditch effort to destroy him with one last energy blast. Turning to face it he grunted, Enki’s condescending stare right on it. “Pathetic. Maybe whatever created you should’ve given you a brain too”, he spoke, the crown on Enki’s head glowing brighter in its centre, “You’ve lost…pathetic creature”. With a light great enough to cause the entire area to glow bright, Enki fired a devastating Sun Beam at the creature that scorched the area around the blast.
Shu wasn’t one for caring what wounds looked like or touching them so long as they weren’t big and nasty and with Takeshi there wasn’t much to worry about when a lot of them weren’t deep. Sure, there was rocks in them, but he didn’t care much about that either. He had received plenty of wounds in his time regarding his limbs so it wasn’t as if it was anything different when it was on someone else. “It is so! I could make it worse if I didn’t pull right, silly”, he squeaked, removing all the rocks he could, “Why you no think I am smart when it comes to how to survive? Can’t live in the wild with a rock in your butt!” Fixing up Takeshi was proving to be fairly okay, finding it not too hard but definitely a little strange when he had never done it before. He was only hoping he was doing it right after all of this and wasn’t getting it all wrong like he was prone to doing sometimes. Placing the gel down he unravelled the bandages, wrapping them around Takeshi’s leg happily. “Rocks anywhere is bad! You silly for getting rocks in your butt if you mean that! How you sit down and walk around now? Too hard to for a while, huh?”

Viral was not holding any punches with this thing, his determination to kill it coming at the anger over what it’s done. Everything they were trying to do had been ruined by this creature and time was running out so quickly for him especially. He was probably in the final stages of his disorder and any further would be when he would be lost to madness. Throwing out several shots of his hidden blades he pulled away from the monster once it had released him, dropping his blades as the monster suddenly threw its limbs forward for Enki’s face. Immediately grabbing what he could he held the beast steady, glaring at it as he noticed the build-up of energy with its aim firmly held on him he only looked down a second before cackling. “Imbecile! You’re already dead!”

T’charrl wasn’t dead, he was far from it. Being eaten was merely a minor inconvenience but it sure was stressful and what came with stress and dire situations was something the monster should’ve been aware of, but then again T’charrl had kept it hidden well by only showing speed and being low of energy. Even if he had full energy this wouldn’t had been a good idea. What Viral had noticed was a steady swelling in the beast’s gut, the swelling being unnoticed at first before getting larger quickly. As it continued to grow a large point started to form before forcing itself out of the beast’s gut in the form of a giant boney blade. Slicing its way open T’charrl in his monstrous form emerged from the beast covered in goop, letting out a screeching roar as he emerged and continued to grow to his full height to half of Enki’s size as he forcefully tore his way out.
