Yumi was just getting annoying now with her stubbornness, as if she’d end up being able to hurt the thing with punches and kicks if she was to try and fight. He wasn’t completely positive what he was supposed to do if she ended up going in and ending up getting hurt because of it. He wasn’t anyone who could do first aid on the spot and none of them had anything to treat injuries. Grunting at the mention of his own sword going missing, he immediately dismissed that idea with a shake of his head, “I won’t lose it! Even if I did drop it, I have ways to get it back and ways to get around it. There may be strength in numbers, but in this case it only brings in a crowd…”

Viral couldn’t tell her enough, but she was just refusing to take in any of his words and staying put. It was very annoying, nobody would ever listen to him anymore any it frustrated him to no end. He couldn’t take this much annoyance. Letting out a groan, he looked away in anger once more before Yumi suddenly shouted at him, turning to face her. That was the one thing he didn’t want people to be, especially when dying in battle sounded a lot more pleasing than what he had to put up with for the rest of his life. He was constantly going to be the last one left, so what was the point on carrying on constantly as he was when it could all be over and done with eventually.

Watching Yumi for a moment as she made a massive fuss over his desire to fight alone, spilling her heart out over things he felt he had heard many times before. Letting out a sigh, he shook his head, moving back a little, “So you would rather watch me die instead? How is that a good alternative?” he spoke, looking down off the face of the cliff, “How would that feel? Watching someone you know die right in front of you when you could do nothing to stop it? I already know how it feels, why should I let you live through the exact same trauma?? Did you ever not stop to think I might want to die in battle? It’s like a dream for me…you wouldn’t understand…”

T’charrl listened to Takeshi, giving his food a quick look before he sighed, scratching his cheek a little, “That sounds so odd, yet…it must be nice to have that familiarity wherever you travel, even if it is just tastes”. He would be pretty happy if he could find food that tasted like his own planet’s food out on other worlds, it would make eating a lot easier for him when trying out new flavours. Giving himself a moment to eat up his food and get his fill, he let out a sigh as he momentarily backed off, his antennae twitching. He didn’t know whether he should be concerned with what he was feeling, especially when the others continued to talk amongst each other like there was nothing wrong.

Shu chomped down on the food quite happily, giving his fingers a lick when Takeshi talked about him, his eyes looking to him curiously. He really did like fruit and would be sad if he didn’t get any for a while, just like he was really depressed when he was kept in captivity, “Ooh! That’s because I grew up with it! Oooohhh…I would really miss it if I couldn’t have it again…like that whole year passed”, he spoke, squeaking a little before standing up, “I wish to taste as many fruit as I can! I hope I don’t get poisoned by some…that would be really bad…”

Feeling pretty satisfied with the food he got while not wanting to take too much of it away from the natives, he let out a sigh before letting out a squeak, looking to the rustling of the grass only to see another native come out. Tilting his head as they spoke amongst each other, he tilted his head a little at what was being discussed before letting out a squeak, moving quickly over to Takeshi’s side, “Dural?? They the bad guys…?”
Aaaaand we're back.

Welcome back y'all.
Viral didn’t know where to go from here, he had managed to reach the mountains but they looked fair empty. The valley was deep and the mountains high, but it was as if nothing grew there or wanted to live there. There was only a feeling of loss and a little bit of fear coming from this place, his mood dropping pretty quickly. Looking to Yumi, it didn’t appear to be doing anything for her; they were just mountains to her. Letting out a groan as he looked away again, he backed off from the cliff face and shook his head, “That idiot Saiyan tried punching that creature and nearly broke his hand! It did nothing to it”, he spoke coldly, staring down into the valley, “Maybe I should let you punch one…just to see your reaction to it…”

Feeling lost to what route he should take, he slowly looked down and around to try and suss out his situation, just trying to make sense to what he was going to do and how he’d do it. Yumi had no problem, she could fly so he didn’t know why she was bothering to run and follow him like this. It was quite aggravating, really, as if she was trying to show off that she was just as good as he was. Feeling the frustration of the moment building, he growled lowly as Yumi continued to question his commands before he turned around to face her, “Yes! I don’t want you here! Is that so hard to understand??” he snapped, backing off a few steps, “I am perfectly capable of fighting alone, I don’t need someone watching over me all the time! It doesn’t matter if you know how to fight, you already showed you know how to fight…but instead, when I tell you to go back you instead stubbornly refusing to do so! I can fight by myself…or are you afraid of losing me on this planet because you can’t track my energy? Do you not trust that I would go back, or something??”

T’charrl felt all sorts of giddy over the thought, finding it pretty fun trying to think through and understand all the different flavours he might come across and all the different textures. He didn’t know what he liked and didn’t like with this body of his, but he was willing to try and find out as many as possible before he returned home again. Despite this desire, he did find it a little hard eating the root, typically because it was pretty solid and pretty rough compared to what he was used to before. Deciding to eat it all anyway, he reached forward to take some of the berries, holding them in his hand as he rolled them around curiously, “It would feel rude to not eat it…besides, I want to try and see what I can find and what might be good for me, especially when my nutritional needs changed as well with this, uhh…form of mine…”

That was definitely one thing about him and what he was nervous about, especially when it meant he now wanted to eat things that were generally out of his diet before. The meat eating was definitely new, even if some of his species ate some meat sometimes he certainly wasn’t used to it or the high energy that came with it. He really hoped he’d be able to sort his diet soon, especially before his cravings got so bad that it would change his personality, “I definitely wonder how strong my stomach is, I mean…not all planets can have fruit, right? It must be just pure luck that there’s some here that’s edible, probably a good thing for your brother too since he ate a lot of it when we had that big dinner…”
Viral gave one look back at her, seeing her still following and trying her best to keep up. He didn’t need her carrying on with this little mission of hers, she would had been better off back at the ship or helping the other lot considering she was able enough to fly on back like she can the entire time. He wouldn’t know how to handle looking after Yumi and fighting if it really was going to be one of those creatures from the ship, she didn’t even have a weapon to combat it, “At least I know what to expect! Just what could you do against it? Cat-scratch it??” he questioned her, not watching where he was going for a second, “You may be able to blast things part with your Ki, but that won’t work here!”

Looking back to where he was going, he soon screeched to a halt, grinding a fair distance before coming to a stop with a fair cloud of dirt rising up. He stopped just at the face of a cliff, the mountains still standing strong but a cliff leading down into the valley stopped him from going any further. It was pretty high and the valley was wide and quiet below; of course, all that meant he had to get down there first. Letting out a groan, he looked to Yumi with annoyance, “Do you think I care that they are?? They’re still Saiyans and they’re stubborn and full of pride! My pride is not as great as theirs…or yours for that matter!” he spoke, looking away from her, “I know what I’m doing, the question is what are you doing and how do you think you’ll combat this ‘god’ if it turns out to be just one of those creatures?”

Shu didn’t fully understand the roots concept, but he would have to pull up plants and see just what they were to understand the whole concept they carried. Smiling a little bit, he nodded quickly, willing to try anything, “Okay! I’ll try it! I will!” he bounced happily, giving his head a little rub in response. It was odd for the natives to suddenly become accepting of him, but he wasn’t going to question it since they were doing something nice for them and saving their son was always a plus. Looking around for a moment, he soon squeaked when he noticed the other pulling along a strange device, giving it a good staring at before he even noticed there was food all piled up inside.

Watching as the native brought over the food, Shu went down on his knuckles again, scooting along the ground before finally sitting down with his brother. He didn’t know what these things were at all, but he was willing to try them for himself eventually. Giving a little sniff, he watched as Takeshi picked one of the roots up, tilting his head as he decided to give it a taste. Curious to what it was like, he sniffed a little closer to Takeshi only to back off when he broke it up and held out a piece for him and T’charrl. Looking to him curiously for a moment, he soon snatched the root out of his hand, sniffing it curiously before giving it a nibble. He didn’t know what to make of it, but tasting it the root definitely did seem to have a nice taste to it, only feeling confused to what that tingly feeling in his mouth was.

T’charrl was feeling pretty distracted, but when everyone began to settle he slowly prompted himself down, folding his legs up to keep them out of the way. He wasn’t even sure whether he was welcome with them, especially considering how different he was compared to Takeshi and Shu. With his antennae twitching and waving around in the air, he gasped a little when Takeshi held up a piece of root for him to try. Cautiously taking the root, he gave it a quick analysis with his antennae before crunching into it. He didn’t know what to think of it, but he was soon awash with excitement upon realisation over what he just chewed on, “Ohhhh, my first alien food…” he muttered, staring at it for a moment, “And you’re all perfectly okay with eating it too? No worries over what it might do to you at all? There must be tons more like this on other worlds…”
Viral didn’t want Yumi there for a number of reasons, especially when a lot of those meant she was going to end up getting hurt because of him and end up in a worse state than she’s been before with his way of fighting. He was aware with how much he hit her and how hard he was throwing those punches at her, seeing as how she had to go and use other measures to try and beat him down that didn’t consist of only her fists. If they were going up against a monster then he would need to concentrate on taking it out quickly, not with the problem of having to watch out for Yumi and make sure she wasn’t going to get in the way of things; he was the one with the blade, not her.

Running straight for the mountains in search of the so-called god, he looked back when she called out to him, seeing her running on after him. Letting out an annoyed groan he shook his head, letting out a huff, “Hmph! Don’t be stupid! Do you even know what you’re getting yourself into by fighting with me??” he spoke, running faster yet, “You’re getting just as bad as those damn Saiyans with that pride of yours!” He couldn’t afford to let Yumi get hurt, she was too important to everyone and it would only make things worse if she came back hurt because of him or not come back at all. He was pretty annoyed by her stubbornness, trying to concentrate on outrunning her first rather than talk her out of it; if he was able to escape her just through running, then maybe she’d get fed up and turn around.

Shu stared up at Takeshi as he spoke, giving a little nod before letting out a sigh, looking away again. While he did have a lot of belief in Viral and Yumi, he just hoped they’d be okay if the creature was really going to be as strong as these ones made it out to be. He didn’t want them getting hurt and they were awfully far away if they were going to get in trouble, he didn’t even know if they’d be fast enough to fly over there and help them just in time, “I-I guess so, I hope they’ll be alright”, he spoke, lowering his head a little before his attention went straight to the native instead. They seemed confident in the others too, despite never meeting them as well. Smiling a little, he tilted his head as the father moved back to his family, giving a quick nod at the sound of food, “Oooohh food! Yes! I like berries! I like sweet!” he spoke, only to look up to Takeshi confused, “What is ‘roots’? What’s spicy like?”

T’charrl wasn’t sure what to make of any of this, seeing as how he was fairly new to this whole adventuring in different worlds and new species. He really did hope he wasn’t insulting any of them by acting the way he did and keeping away from all of them, just incase his size was a little imposing. Hearing about the others going off to fight a god-like creature was a little worrying too, especially with this feeling in his chest not indicating everything was going well. He felt nervous, his mind unable to settle on one thing just now as everything the natives said went straight over his head as he slowly looked around instead.
Viral was pretty annoyed right now, his mind hardly finding it easy to settle on the thought that he wasn’t a monster when the thought of becoming something like him freaked her out. If there was nothing to be freaked out about when it came to something like that then he wouldn’t be regarded as a monster. She wouldn’t have what he can do, her modifications wouldn’t be able to go that far in just a few days. It took a long time to get his body stable with such a devastating power inside him, it wouldn’t be possible to give her the exact same function in such a short time. Such a thing would make his existence meaningless if it could be recreated so easily with a more updated ‘model’ as it were, he wouldn’t have much of an existence anymore.

Looking to Yumi as she grumbled at what he said before, he huffed and turned away from her, feeling fair annoyed at her concepts. If she didn’t want to talk about it and yet tried to say it wasn’t a bad thing then all she was doing was contradicting herself, especially when it was freaking her out so much. If it wasn’t such a bad thing to be like him then she’d have no reason to freak out, “Howabout you don’t tell me what to do”, he told Yumi, giving her a quick look before his attention went back to the scouter. There was something about a god and sacrificing, knowing all too well that a god would never exist on a planet like this. He would think they were a powerful creature, more so than the primitive natives here so they would naturally be seen as gods. Letting out a grumble, he looked off towards the horizon, seeing the mountains, “Fine. I’ll check it out and get rid of it”.

Shutting off the connection for now he gave Yumi a quick glance, narrowing his gaze before he looked away again off towards the mountains, “Go back to the ship, I’ll deal with the problem”, he spoke, rubbing his wound, “You don’t need to be getting hurt, so leave it to me, will you? You’ll be better off not being near me if you don’t want to get freaked out any more or questioning your existence…” As soon as he finished talking he immediately began to run towards the mountains, not wanting to keep going with the discussion. She would only end up hurting herself around him if he was going to have to fight against a god-like entity who demanded sacrifices of all things.

Shu stared at Takeshi as he spoke through the scouter, tilting his head a little before he smiled. If all went to plan then Viral or Yumi would take care of it and the kid would be saved from whatever a sacrifice was. Looking to T’charrl a moment, he looked away again before he pressed his fingers together, shifting his foot a little, “I hope this goes okay…I mean, I don’t want anyone getting hurt and I don’t want this to happen more when we leave the planet. If they can’t be killed, how do we get rid of them…? Are they one of those monsters, maybe?”
Maybe I can post now, eventually, when it's not 2:45am

I'll just post this to entertain ya lot if you've not seen it yet (it's NSFW *cough*)

Viral looked to Yumi before letting out a grumble, rubbing his arm slowly. It’d heal eventually, but it was still a pain to experience and was definitely pretty annoying. The wound was bruised after being hit several times at full force, but luckily it wasn’t bleeding seeing as how that’d just be another inconvenience. Slowly flexing his claws as if seeing if he’d feel pain through using them, he looked to Yumi for a moment, raising an eyebrow before looking away again. He had inadvertently upset her, he didn’t mean to do such a thing, especially when it all stemmed straight back to himself in the end. He was the root of all these problems she was currently having, he didn’t even have any answers for her to what she could and couldn’t do when it all hadn’t been shown before.

Slowly running his fingers through his hair, he gave her a glance as she continued to try and figure out herself with unfortunate thoughts coming through. It was that whole changing business again and her despising the thought, her tone becoming considerably darker as a result. She still had an aversion to the thought of him transforming, she hated it and feared the thought of becoming something like him. Slowly rubbing his head before removing his hand, he stared at it for a moment in contemplation. Sighing a moment he shook his head, flexing his claws, “Don’t worry, you’re nothing like me. You would know if you were anything like me the moment they did that to you, you would have that brought to the surface first for the King’s convenience. You would know if you were a monster, unless you feel you already are one as you are…”

Shu was definitely a little more than nervous already over the thought of what that word meant and how it was very bad considering the reaction it got out of Takeshi and T’charrl. T’charrl looked fairly worried while Takeshi seemed willing to do what he could to help out. It wasn’t anything he had heard of, but luckily Takeshi knew and he knew exactly how to make the creatures happy. Looking back to the family, he smiled a little, giving a reassuring nod in response to Takeshi’s words, bouncing a little on his feet. He’d be pretty happy to fight something if it meant saving people, even if it was something that couldn’t die and was possibly stronger than they were, “Mountains! Lots of climbing…oooh, it is good to fight there, I think”, he nodded, looking up to Takeshi as he tried to contact the others through the scouter, “I don’t see any mountains around here, though…”

Viral had remained to himself for a moment before there was a sudden distraction, his scouter picking up the voice of Takeshi out of the blue. Growling lowly, he pressed at his scouter, moving away from Yumi, “What? Whatabout mountains? What do you have in mind?” he spoke up, feeling pretty annoyed. There was no warning in their call, they could had at least said what it was first too before going on like that out of the blue, “What kind of ‘help’, exactly…”
Viral moved himself off away from her a little, staring at her for a moment before he let out a sigh, shaking his head. She barely even realised what she had done wrong, probably because she had trained with those who could use Ki way too much. She probably wasn’t used to her implemented abilities either, seeing as how she barely even realised what she had done to his arm. Looking to her hands as she held them up, he looked to her as he slowly rubbed his head, “Do you even think when you’re fighting? I thought you were the one who put some thought into your actions”, he spoke, holding up his own wounded arm. It held pretty deep scratch marks, pretty clean cut with red showing through his thick skin. While it wasn’t bleeding, it still stung pretty harsh like a series of paper cuts. Letting out a huff, he took hold of her hand and pulled himself up, letting go of her once he was on his feet and rubbed his arm slowly, “Do you even know what it means to be part beast? Do you really think they would just give you flappy ears…”

Only feeling confused by all of Takeshi’s words, Shu smiled a little and gave a nod as if trying to play on the fact that he understood his words. He tried to think on examples of people that might come under this tag, but all in all he couldn’t so much as think of anyone beyond his father and even then the guy didn’t really give back. Scratching his head quickly, he stared at his brother before frowning a little, lowering his hand, “Umm, I guess I want to fight it, but what if we upset people here?” he asked, pressing his fingers together, “I don’t think I want to be like a god, though. I mean…I don’t think I’ll be living forever”.

As the little creature spoke up once more in defiance, Shu turned his attention to him curiously as he told them off for even thinking they could fight such a creature. He really thought he could do it too, but if this alien said they couldn’t then maybe it was true considering they were natives. Frowning a little, he looked off into the distance, trying to think to where this creature might be. It might take a while if they couldn’t get the location out of this man, they would probably have to try and find more of these mysterious creatures, but sure enough after a moment of hesitation the father approached him once more, sounding a little less aggressive. Staring down at him curiously, he tilted his head a little before looking to Takeshi, frowning, “Sacrifice…?” he questioned, not entirely sure what that word meant. It couldn’t have been good, especially considering how the father was reacting. Looking back down again, he squeaked a little as his eyes darted to the young child, “I-I don’t want him to die…” he spoke, slowly rubbing his arms, “I want to save him! I want to save him from sacrifice…that sounds like it’s really bad! Where is god? Where can we find it…?”
Viral had been hit pretty hard several times, his body battered by the flurry of attacks and now he was left on the ground. He didn’t want to be down here, but he should have been able to keep his ground but had let several distractions get in the way. Grunting when Yumi decided to jump on him, he looked to her hands on his arms before to her, a pained yet angry look on his face. Staring at her as she spoke, he growled at her before moving his head to the side, “…You cheated. That’s hardly a win”, he spoke, trying to shift his arms, “You used a weapon…I did not use a weapon against you. I didn’t shed a claw to you and you decided to use a whole set of them. Is that how you usually train…?” Letting out one last growl, he tried to throw her off with one forceful turn so he could possibly see to his wounds.

Shu didn’t know how he was supposed to react with Takeshi around and T’charrl slowly managing his way down in his own way. He didn’t know if they would make things better or if things would get worse, especially when they weren’t really going anywhere with the current conversation. Staring at Takeshi as he decided to take the lead with the conversation, he tilted his head at the explanation to what a god was only to be confused all over again, “Do things for them? Can’t be killed? That sounds weird”, he spoke, scratching at his head a little, “If I couldn’t be killed, I wouldn’t want to make people see me like a King. Why would people like someone like that…?”

Looking to the little creature, he stared at him curiously before giving a quick look to Takeshi, trying to work out what was being said and what they were supposed to do about it. He didn’t think there was any way around not seeing this god, but hearing it was the strongest of all was a little worrying. He didn’t know if he wanted to get in the way of that kind of creature, but he knew Takeshi would probably want to. Frowning a little, he looked to T’charrl as he slowly moved into the scene. He wondered if T’charrl knew what a god was too and what they might be up against, it would probably seem alien to him too considering his world didn’t have any mention of one. Giving Takeshi a quick look, he smiled a little, feeling fairly nervous about it, “I-I guess so…I mean, you want to fight it, right? And if it can’t be killed, I guess it’s…something to look at…? Where is it…?”
