Subject 496 coughed as he took his first breathes of air which burned his new lungs. Some residual electricity jumped between him and his former home before a scientist locked a collar around his make making him feel a strange sense of lose from something greater. What a strange sensation. He thought to himself as he did not know what the empty feeling inside him was from. Apparently it had been recorded in his development cycle that as his power slowly grew with his body that he had been feeding on the the electricity that powered his unit, but now that food source was gone.
Suddenly a strange man appeared in front of him and stared into his eyes. This man was not like the other creatures that were moving around and poking at him which was not something he really likes. The green haired subject tried shifting through his head and slowly figured out that he was called 496 or Virgil for some reason. As he figured this out, he was stretching and testing out the motor functions of the body that he had been given.
He listened quietly to the man with a similar collar around his next and looked down at his own hands when he saw bone come out of the other's fingers. What power do I have. The thought ran through his head as he cracked his knuckles as a smile appeared on his face.
"I think my name is 496 or Virgil, I'm not sure which one is my real name though. When do we get to find out what our powers are?" Virgil struggled with the first words he had ever spoken as he spoke slowly and deliberately picking every word carefully.

You have peaked my interest sir. So what time period would this take place in? I get the feeling that it is more modern day?

I added onto my power giving it a weakness for extended use of the electricity.
I just thought the age we put was relative to the age they were grown to look like. That's the reason I didn't just put a day old.
Name: Subject 496 aka. Virgil
Appearance:
Age: 22
Height/Weight: 5'9"/ 148 lbs
Personality: Virgil is a happy, optimistic person who can always see the good in everything. Even being help captive in a secret facility. 496 has a habit of seeing himself as a hero who has a calling to save people and will stop at nothing to complete that calling. He is the kind of person who likes to make friends with everyone and does not believe in enemies except for people that get in the way of him becoming a hero. Some of the strange tendencies that accompany Virgil is a habit of saying his love for a Great Llama of some kind. At times he can become extremely headstrong and will not listen to reason with this trait generally coming out in the Box when battling it out with a copy of himself.
Powers/Skills: Virgil possesses a strong attribute of electricity that allows him to store the element within his own body with no harm to himself. He is able to use the electricity to launch lightning from his fingers and enhancing his own agility by coursing electricity through his nervous system. It has been shown that 496's reflexes are lightning fast as his body is able to keep up with the information being sent from the Neocortex as the electricity has enhanced the signals that are sent through his body.
There are disadvantages to this power with the extended use of this power eventually breaking down his nerves from the constant heat of the electricity. His body can only sustain a high output of electricity for a limited amount of time before temporary paralysis sets in as 496's body shuts down to repair itself from damage. This paralysis can also cause a deadening of senses and even coma while the body goes through a regeneration process of burnt cells and nervous system.

I was thinking in the ways of Ban from 7 Deadly Sins, but I see the undying and might make one of them instead. The immortality could have possible been given to my character by a God in an attempt to create a champion, not quiet a Demi though he was able to retain himself and break away from the God after the blessing.
