As someone who works for a pet store I both love and hate pixar. The next person that tries to ask me if we have "a dory fish" for their goldfish bowl is getting straight up clubbed like a baby seal

Well, if we are all done screamin and lovin, perhaps those who are villains like to discuss just how in the bloody hell they all goin to meet?

T'is a good question indeed.
"I'm really sorry for this." A voice rang out from the confines of a nearby medical center, this voice was promptly followed by a sickening crunch and an agonizing scream. Alloy sighed as he stepped over a fallen guard who was now clutching his shattered face in pain, every so often shuddering and letting out a whimper from the fetal position he lay in. Alloy despised having to resort to violence, but it seemed unavoidable given the fact that the poor bastard, along with several others, had stood between him and the chemical his boss/guardian Bane had ordered him to retrieve. The young villain eyed the small blue vial that lay in the center of a cylindrical glass storage unit and weighed his options; One the one hand, he could simply smash the unit and snag the vial, but on the other, he could likely hack the security system and take the vial without making a sound. The young villain in training took a moment to acknowledge the fact that no police or SWAT officers had came onto the scene, meaning there was likely some other crisis nearby averting their attention, "Option one then...much quicker anyway." Alloy said softly to himself before cocking back his fist and ramming it through the glass with little effort.
Wasting no time, Alloy snagged the vial and quickly bolted out of the facility, just barely making it out before the center could go into full lock down. Alloy rand a few blocks down the street and ducked into an alley way as a few patrol cars sped down the street, although it appeared they weren't heading towards the center, much to Alloy's surprise. Alloy perished the thought and pressed against the side of his helmet to activate his communicator, believing that surely by now Legion would be finished with his task, "Brother, can you hear me? I've completed my task, whats your progress?" he inquired softly as he rolled the small vial between his fingers experimentally,

I am under the impression that Alloy and Legion are aware of each other?

Indeed they are. I was planning to occasionally refer to Legion as "brother" when speaking to him seeing as both of them were raised under Bane's guidance.

The Villiaaaans could either be in another part of the city and make chaos and then you guys meet eachother and thennbecome a group. Orrrr you can join the fight and fight some.heroes? But nothing major.

I was just gonna start out with something simple, maybe break into a chemical plant under the guise of Alloy for something that would help Bane make a newer venom formula, one that didn't come with the side effects and risk of addiction.
So, who's willing to be chucked like a ragdoll across a room by eight feet and eight hundred pounds of reptilian fury? *pulls out an intercom from nowhere* All aboard ze Alligator express! *train noises*
As Jacque entered the simulator room, he eyed the bog with a mixture of nostalgia and displeasure, "Sadly most bogs are filled with toxins of a different kind. The things man destroys in his path to global conquest..." he quipped to himself before stepping a bit to the side, "If anyone's up for it, I could maybe transform and walk across, my scales might be able to offer resistance to the toxin. That or I could toss a volunteer across. One moment.". Jacque took a deep breath and once again transformed, going from man to monster in the span of twelve seconds before punctuating the end of his transformation with a guttural snarl. Jacque turned to the others and held out one clawed hand, curling all but his index finger inward as he pointed to the group, "End Choice is up to you all. If no choose my plan, I follow what plan sound smartest." he grumbled as he looked down on his now much smaller comrades.
Oh goody, Dimitri has a 'brother' now, and bonus, they've got the perfect little yin-yang thing going with their personalities :P.

And I'm inclined to agree with Soul though guys, I know I may have said no one ever wants to be the villain, but what I was trying to imply is that the scale is almost always massively tipped towards the protagonists, not that every one needed an evil CS. What i've learned is that when and RP like this is presented, people always want to be the heroes/radicals/rebels instead of the villains/government/militia, and that usually makes things harder on the GM seeing as now it is solely on them to find someway to keep everyone engaged, come up with the plot, manage their own specific character, and keep the Rp from getting stale/stagnant because NPC villains are usually cannon fodder. If a few people actively RPs as villains it gives the GM a chance to work out a plot AND allows the heroes a worthy challenge seeing as they now have an enemy that won't just be taken down in one post. However, much like the hero thing, too many villains generate stagnation, albeit with more violence seeing as these are villains.

tl;dr - Balance between the number of heroes and villains is key.

I assumed Oracle was a real person. Like a head at the agency. I imagined her as a blonde woman who is not necessarily cold but she gets her job done no matter what

T'is plausible as well. I imagine it would be funny if this turned out to be the case and when she revealed herself to the group that most of their initial reactions would be "I thought you were an A.I."

Shade, my character is actually more aimed towards the 'evil' side.I'm switching sides. :DAs a matter of a fact, completely revising my character. Shade, do you mind if Bane has another 'disciple'?

Sure, go for it, it'd certainly help balance out the fact that Alloy is often reluctant to get his hands dirty.
Honestly either option works for me, considering Alloy isn't on the team and all. & Yea Monkey, looks like I might be the only antagonist for this RP since no one ever wants to play the 'bad guy' in any rp, like, ever.
