As Jacque neared the ship, he noticed a familiar figure plodding down the hall with a scowl on her face. For a moment Jacque prepared himself for another attempt at a cheap shot from Amber, however it would seem that the fire beast was pissed at something else this time, though, given the particular look on her face, she seemed to be angry at a person. 'Well, that simply will not do...' Jacque thought as he stepped slightly to the side to allow Amber to pass, only to summon water from his bag and hover it around her neck in a wide ring once she was behind him. "Oi. Phoenix. Whoever you're pissed at, don't lose sight of your true enemy here. You are to die by MY hand, so don't go allowing yourself to be baited into a quarrel with someone else on this team like a fool. I will not be denied my combat.". Jacque smirked and retracted the water without touching Amber, then continued into the ship.

I'm not saying Taeko would be successful in her attempts Nac. I'm just saying it'd make Jacque angry that someone had the audacity to *try* and attack his foe. Again, like Vegeta.
Jacque: Minus the short stature and spiky hair, thank the gods. *shrugs* I haven't exactly gone all out either Amber. After all I did control a large portion of a river after an exhausting journey, just imagine what I can do when I get serious. * holds up a small orb of water* Water isn't just one of the most plentiful elements...its one of the most versatile as well... *chuckles and starts juggling water orbs* But, hey 'least this means i'll have your back until it comes time to try to kill ya.

Oh dear, heres hoping Taeko doesn't try to off Amber, that'd piss Jacque off something fierce. He tends to get really possessive about the people he wants to destroy. He's kinda like Vegeta with the whole 'i'll save your ass because I want to destroy it later' mentality.

Jacque yawned and rubbed his eyes tiredly as the meeting concluded and the machines and that cursed fire beast took their leave for the ship, "My my, that boy, Spartan, was it? Seems to be suffering a severe combination of anhedonia and acute paranoia. I understand how important it is that we succeed and all, and how that contraption is the key to holding this dimension together, but that guy's treating the machine as though its some sort of fragile egg. Honestly, i've seen entire cults that didn't guard their holy relics with such ferventness..." the water elemental said as he got up from his seat and followed the crew out of the meeting room and towards the ship.

Leatherhide let out a wry chuckle as Krait questioned how exactly the team would lure out the creature, "I no breathe underwater. But hold breathe very good. Can stay under for two hours." he said before peering down into the murky depths. The gator man rolled his shoulders a bit to loosen up in preparation for what was about to come next, "No more talking though. I try lure thing out of muck. Be prepared, this will be loud." Jacque warned as he stepped into the sludge and walked two feet out. Jacque shook his head to clear the feeling of drowsiness that nagged at his mind, leaned back and took a deep breath inward, then expelled said breath in a monstrous roar so loud and powerful that it vibrated the simulation room.

Alloy nodded with satisfaction as the girl took her lead without further harming the people in the area and turned to head home, "You let her go! What the hell is wrong with you!? When back up arrives, you're under arrest for aiding and abetting a criminal!" the officer earlier shouted as he began to fumble for his radio. Alloy cringed and walked over to the officer, crouching down just as he finished relaying his location to his comrades. "Be on the look out for a male approximately six feet in height, he's wearing-", The officer was cut off abruptly, having been to absorbed in trying to contact someone, he'd failed to realize Alloy had closed the distance until just before the villain head butted him. "Sorry, but thats something I can't let you do. At least now they know where to pick you up." Alloy said as he stood and ran off in the direction of his apartment building.

Seeing as race and a few other things have been added to the character sheets, i've taken the liberty of editing mine to include race while also adding in special abilities that come with my character's race & class.

"Please refrain from poking me." Alloy said with mild annoyance as he lightly swatted away Sapphire's finger and took a step back. The girl didn't seem to be getting Alloy's point, "Look, who I am is not important, will you take the money and go or not? Seriously if you go around attacking people after a city wide machine attack theres a good chance a leaguer is gonna show up. And you'll need more than a knife to stop one of them." he explained as he began to slowly position himself between the girl and incapacitated officers.

Alloy had to admit he was rather surprised when Sapphire weaved around him as quickly as she did, his initial shock however was replaced with annoyance as the girl taunted him. The villain-in-training cursed and spun around on his heel before digging his hand into the asphalt to halt his momentum, then rose the face Sapphire as she began walking towards him with a knife, "Look lady, I dunno what your game is, but if its money you're after, just take it and go. No need to hurt these people." he said as he gestured the the injured people that lay about the area. For a moment Alloy contemplated telling her that the knife she wielded would be useless, though he decided against it seeing as eight times out of ten the person told their weapon would fail would try to use it anyway. For now all he could do was try and convince her to leave without resorting to violence, "Seriously, i'm not gonna stop you if you just take the money and go. But I can't let you keep attacking civilians.". One of the injured police officers looked at Alloy in bewilderment, "What're you talking about? You can't just let her walk away with the money! What kind of hero are you?" the officer wheezed, "The kind that sees value in life over dollar bills." Alloy retorted, thinking it stupidly unwise to tell the officer that he wasn't a hero. For now he'd let them think that, if only so he wouldn't be arrested on the spot while trying to save them.

Alloy rubbed the back his helmet sheepishly as Legion departed with a warning, "Right ,right...thanks brother. I guess i'll just have to keep producing favorable results to keep Bane from wanting me gone, yea?" he said with a light chuckle into his communicator before switching it off and running towards the crime in progress. Not to long after, Alloy skidded to a halt as he witnessed a girl around his age holding a gun to the head of a police officer, "This day just keeps getting better, doesn't it?" he hissed under his breath as the girl started issuing demands to the officer. By all rights, Alloy knew that he should have left the man to his fate, however he couldn't bring himself to just walk away, "Here we go again." Alloy said as he began to advance towards the girl, starting out in a jog, then transitioning into a run, and finally full on sprinting at the girl, willing his skin into its metal state in case she noticed him before he got to her and tried to take a shot. Allot tilted his head down and picked up his pace, fully intending to ram into Sapphire like a steaming locomotive and incapacitate her, then get out of dodge before the police or anyone else knew what had happened.
