As someone who works for a pet store I both love and hate pixar. The next person that tries to ask me if we have "a dory fish" for their goldfish bowl is getting straight up clubbed like a baby seal

I'm just a simple college student working his way through life while simultaneously testing the limits of how much caffeine and alcohol the human body can subsist on before it gives out. Just call me Shade.

Dimitri slowly crept towards his quarry, freezing whenever the rabbit either looked up from its meal or swiveled its ears in his general direction. The b'alam tensed up, his muscles rippled under his fur in preparation for what would come next. In an instant Dimitri sprang forward, sailing through the air seemingly in slow motion before coming down hard five inches inches away from the rabbit. 'FUCK, I miscalculated the jump!' He hissed mentally as he swung out with his claws, sadly though his efforts were in vain as the rabbit took off for the forest halfway through Dimitri's swing. The b'alam growled in frustration and stood up rather than giving chase, "Well that was a waste of time..." he muttered before reverting back into his human form. Head hung low in disappointment for his botched hunt, Dimitri reclaimed and donned the articles of clothing he'd removed, and slipped back into the school for his next class.
Dimitri woke with a start as he heard a soft thump from Kuro's room thanks to the upperclassman's reentry into his dorm room. The boy grumbled and sat up, being careful not to bump his head on the windowsill as he dangled his legs outside. Dimitri debated going back in to prepare for his next class, however said debate was quickly ended as he spotted a rabbit nibbling on a few leaves on a bush about twelve yards from the school. His eyes glowing amber yet again, Dimitri jumped out of the window and landed on his feet as though the distance of the drop were nothing, which, considering what he was, it pretty much was. Dimitri looked around to make no one would see him, "Coast's clear...I suppose I could do with a little bit of exercise before class starts.". The b'alam pulled off his shirt and shoes and placed them in a corner of the front entrance before slipping onto his hands and feet and transforming. Tail and whiskers twitching in anticipation, Dimitri began to stalk towards the rabbit, flattening himself close to the ground as he slipped behind a few of the school's hedges.
As the soldiers attempted to pull Magnus into the portal, Jacque swooped in from the side and cut him free. The elemental then landed on his feet and glared at the scenery before him, "You certainly are a destructive bunch of assholes. Honestly, did you have to make such mess just to kill a few fuckin' HUMANS? I don't see the purpose." he said with disdain. The elemental looked up at the sprinklers built into the ceiling and willed out the water that should have already began pouring out to extinguish the flames. "And you..." Jacque said to Magnus as he used the additional water to enlarge the size of the liquid fist he sported, "Try to handle yourself without being trapped like a rabbit again.".
As the bell rang, Mateiu casted another sideways glance at Wes and raised his brow a bit. To be the child of Maka Auburn and Soul Evans, he was a rather unimpressive individual. The weapon shook his head a bit and looked to his partner, "So, where to next Kaito? Grab a bite to eat? Mission board?" he asked. Mateiu rose from his seat and rolled his head a bit, eliciting a series of loud pops from his neck as he awaited his meister's decision.
Jacque's attempt at an escape came to a grinding halt as the man heard the echo of another person from a corridor to his left. The man turned his head and raised his brow a bit with a sneer. "It figures that I wouldn't be the only one out of cryosleep. But of all the people to be freed from their confinement, did the person that got out have to be someone so loud?" he hissed to himself with disdain. There was no time to worry about some buffoon announcing his liberation to the world though, Jacque continued to crawl along the ceiling in hopes that he would at some point find an escape pod, after all if there were any personnel on the ship they were sure to come looking for the source of that yell and string of laughter.
Jacque glared down at his bleeding arm, then up to Nao, "Yes, i'm more than capable of fighting. Granted i'd probably do better if SOMEONE hadn't just sliced up some of the muscles in my forearm." he growled. Truth be told, Jacque's arm would heal just fine in a few hours or so, but it was still a pain in the ass. "Manō, we're on the move." Jacque said to his partner, who upon hearing those words sprung upwards. Jacque snatched the blade from the water, then willed the water that Manō had used as a body over his injured arm to protect it in combat. The water elemental got up and sprinted around Nao before blazing down the hallway towards the gun fire.
Leatherhide snarled and wrapped his arms around the beast before it could slip under the muck. He could just barely hear what Hart had said, however he was lost in the bloodlust and there was no turning back. Leatherhide's muscles bulged beneath his scales as he lifted the massive worm from the muck and twisted to fling it onto the shore where the others were. The gator man shook his head in an effort to clear the feeling of sleepiness that began to nag more and more on his brain, and released the worm, sending it sailing towards the others, save for one of its limbs which remained clenched in his hand.
Mateiu eyed Soul with a combination of admiration and curiosity as the teacher began a lecture for the class. The weapon shifted his gaze a bit to Wes, who seemed to be taking the identity of the class' new teacher rather poorly. Mateiu reached over and tapped Kai "Kaito, whats up with that guy?" he whispered.
Dimitri smiled contentedly as he stretched out a bit on a second floor windowsill of the school. This spot was perfect; warm and high off the ground, just the two things he was hoping to find as he had searched for a place to take his post-lunch nap. The b'alam rolled over to avoid crushing his tail and stretched a bit more, even going so far as to purr as he dozed peacefully in the sunlight.
Jacque slowly awoke and grumbled with displeasure as his eyes were accosted with bright florescent lights rather than the darkness of his bedroom, then let out a rather hefty sigh as he remembered where he was and why he was there. "At the very least I want to SEE my executioner rather than arrive blind..." The man muttered as he slowly reached into his coat pocket, only to freeze as the realization hit him; he was mobile, whats more he was mobile and NOT being restrained or tranquilized by several security officers. Jacque blinked a bit in confusion as he pulled out his sunglasses and placed them on his face before looking around, "I'm not in my container....and i'm not being restrained...how curious." he said. Jacque pondered his current situation a bit more, then made the decision that if he was out and no one knew it, he should probably use the opportunity to try and escape. Jacque looked around a bit more, then jumped upwards and clung to the ceiling like the human equivalent of a gecko. The vampire took one final look back to ensure he wouldn't be caught off guard, then began to crawl down the hall.
