Jacque narrowed his eyes at Jason, figuring that if the ship's A.I. was the one in charge and not whomever was on the intercom, that he might as well offer a bit to the situation, "You said the unit went rouge? What kind of A.I. unit is it? If it's Elysium tech then i'm not surprised, a few of their models were prone to going rouge, the Turamacula series was the worst, with rampancy resulting in a few deaths which lead to a factory recall. Perhaps this one runs on the same software.". Jacque considered mentioning that the later elysium models came with kill switches, however if the A.I. had another means of communicating with the people on board beyond the computer screen then it would be best to hold his tongue and keep that knowledge as an ace in the hole. Whatever the case, the situation was still less than desirable, and worser still, he was beginning to get thirsty. 'That stupid fool on the intercom who wasted my time earlier would make for a nice refreshment....' Jacque internally mused, allowing himself to focus on the idea of what he would do to Jester rather than focusing on the dry feeling growing in his throat.
Having recovered from his impromptu wrestling match with his crew mate, Dimitri crept behind Alice and locked her into a full nelson "Alright chica, I think you need to go below deck and chill out for a bit." DImitri said as he began carrying her away from Leon, Jack, and Krista. Dimitri paused with his soon-to-start-struggling captive and raised his brow at Krista, "Kid's got a lot of energy to burn. I'm sure you can show her some constructive was to do that one of these days. A few 'exercises' perhaps?" he said with a chuckle before carrying Alice away. Despite his usually unapproachable appearance, Dimitri actually got along well with the others aboard the Higgins, likely being the only one that didn't lambast Leon for his accent and also just as likely being the only one willing to participate in innuendos and other sexual banter with Krista. As he continued carrying Alice, the demolition man casted a quick glance at his bag of explosives and the Pain Train sitting beside them, "Hey would one of you mind grabbing those for me? I can't get them and Alice, and i'm like, ninety seven percent sure she'd gonna hit me in the nuts when I let her go. Be really nice to have that happen and NOT have to worry about the ship going up in an explosion." he said before slipping under the deck and releasing Alice.
From an abandoned cannery on one of the docks of New York, a rather unsettling scream rang out, one that, were it not for the fact that the nearest building was at least ten blocks away, and people tended to avoid the area due to gang activity, it was highly likely that police officers would have been called. A pair of men sat in two folding chairs, one, a young man who looked as though he would seem more at home in Abercrombie & Fitch, was sitting in his backwards, while the other, a middle aged man with thinning hair on his head and a shaggy beard, was faced correctly and bound to his chair. One of these men was John Hawkins, an intel operative for The order, scratch that, a tired intel operative for The Order. "Come on Sol, I can call you Sol right? Anyway, Sol, we've been at this since last night. I dragged you all the way out here so we could do this mano y mano rather than at headquarters, so just tell me what I need to know so I can go home and go to bed. Hey, if you give me everything I need to know, I'll just take you down to the registration office and have you registered rather than just locking you up or killing you when I get what I need. What do you say?" John asked his captive. The bound man, Sol, looked up at John through a pair of bloodshot eyes, and promptly spat on John's cheek. John kept his composure surprisingly well, and wiped out a handkerchief to wipe away the saliva, "Fine, option B it is then. I'm impressed that you managed to endure five mind breaks and a blackout without going insane, but this stubbornness is wearing thin on my patience. And my mind...". John reached over and touched Sol's head, much to the other man's displeasure, "Commencing intel extraction. Hey Sol, penny for your thoughts?". To anyone walking in, it would just appear that John was touching Sol and nothing more, however behind both men's eyes there was a transferring of memories and information occurring, each one flashing quicker than the last into John's mind.

The intel operative sat back and growled a bit as his head started to throb, "Jesus Sol, you know you really should have just told me what I needed to know. I'm really not going to enjoy sorting through the memories of what you ah...did in your spare time...." John said with slight disgust. John got out of his seat and began waving his hands a bit in the air to activate his O.H.M.D.G.s and quickly typed out a message to Viktor Kalishkakov, about how he'd obtained information regarding an outlaw hideout and how he and Noctis could expect the details in a few hours. John sent his message, yawned, and slipped his hand into his jacket before producing a SIG p226 with a suppressor and casually unloading two rounds into Sol's head before heading for the exit. The intel operative couldn't care less now that he had what he needed, after all on the off chance that the body was discovered by a gangbanger, no one would say anything. And at any rate Sol would've just been incarcerated or executed for his refusal to register his magical abilities anyway. John walked out of the building and began to half heartedly hum as he walked back towards the city, "Here's hoping I can find a cab at some point. This walking shit is for the birds...".
"You seem to have forgotten someone, that will cost you dearly." Someone said from behind the flamethrower soldier before a large fist of ice smashed into the soldier's helmet. Jacque stood above the now concussed soldier with his arm encased in ice and a face contorted into a mask of annoyance. The elemental brought down the ice on the soldier and began to dent his helmet like a tin can, "Have you *smash* any *smash* idea *smash* how annoying *smash* ice manipulation is!?*SMASH*" he hissed, punctuating his words with a hit before crushing the helmet and head beneath it. Much to Jacque's surprise, a jet of steam hissed out from under the armor and assisted in the melting of the ice, leaving the water elemental with a free hand and some extra water for his arsenal. Manō meanwhile had followed Nao and watched as she tried to penetrate the soldier's shield. Thinking quickly, Manō slithered over to the shield and engulfed it with water before exerting pressure on it like Jacque had did to the soldiers earlier. Rather than breaking the shield however, Manō began forcing it to shrink, intending to crush the person inside of it alive.
"Well well well, what have we here?" A cultured voice said from behind the others. Jacque stood in the doorway leaning a bit on the cane as his hands overlapped its handle. He should have known that expecting the 'Captain' to still be on the bridge would be a pipe dream, however this discovery was just as interesting, especially with the presence of what seemed to be a child. Jacque reached up and tilted down his glasses, boring into everyone in the room with a pair of glowing red eyes as he cut to the chase before anyone could question who he was, "Is the captain of this vessel captured or is he still free? Speak quickly, time is short, and i've no interest of being taken to my executioner if I can avoid it.".
As the others had began to lambast Leon for his way of speaking, Dimitri snapped out of his post coital-esque daze and began to speak on Leon's behalf, possibly to mention the fact that Leon's country was actually responsible for the spread of the english language. before Dimitri got the chance however, he felt a sudden violent shift in balance and weight as Alice full on slammed into him out of nowhere, "Que demonios!?", the demolition man squawked in surprise rather than anger as he grabbed hold of the ship's guard rail to avoid tumbling to the ground.
Jacque grinned and shielded himself with a wall of water, barring the claws from coming anywhere near him, "How pathetic. Manō Kaika, show no mercy.". Jacque threw his weapon, which upon being freed from its wielder took on a strange form, looking like a bizarre liquid hybrid of a man and shark, with jagged bits of metal from the battle zone as it's teeth and claws. Manō lunged forward and began shredding its opponents in a gruesome display of tearing, biting, and ripping the U.A.V.s apart, giving no indication that at one point it had been an impish little spirit at one point. 'And Nao thought she knew the harm Manō is capable of? Poor woman has no idea.' Jacque thought as he enveloped the soldiers that entered the room in a sphere of water and began to exert enough pressure on the machines inside to surpass even the deepest ocean depths. Jacque watched with a strange, somewhat detached expression as the sphere of water continued to shrink until it was the size of a soft ball, "Lament in hell your decision of attacking a vessel that held Jacque Baila, metal men." he said cruelly before moving on to continue the fight.
Mateiu shook his head a bit at Kaito's response, "You know, honestly I should've seen that coming the moment I suggested it. Whatever, c'mon." the weapon said as he left the class room, "So what do you have a taste for then?".
Jacque raised his brow a bit at the 'Captain's' proposal to the inhabitants of the vessel, "A game of hide and seek? What sort of depraved man-child did they allow to control this vessel?" he asked himself as he continued through the corridors. Jacque could hear the voices of several other people, inmates he assumed, however they were of little interest. Tucking the cane under his arm and tugging his gloves down, Jacque prepared himself for a good old fashioned man hunt, "You were a fool to not abandon ship with your crew, captain. When I find you I will varnish these floors with your brains." he said aloud, speaking more for the sake of it than anything. Gripping the head of his cane Jacque took off, moving through the ship like a blur as he began his hunt.
"Honestly, how large is this blasted ship!? And were are the security personnel?!" Jacque growled to himself as he continued to move through the corridors of the Serendipity. Jacque suddenly came to a stop as below him a control panel flashed rapidly next to a door labeled 'Life boat five', "Hellooo...." Jacque purred before detaching himself from the ceiling and landing on his feet next to the panel. Despite his age Jacque was actually rather good with the machinery that man used today, something he proved as he began typing in several commands to check the status of the escape pods. The vampire grinned as escape seemed to be firmly in his grasp, however that grin was quickly replaced by a look of despair as the words 'ALL SHUTTLES LAUNCHED' began flashing. "No. No no no no...is this some kind of joke? THATS why I haven't seen any personnel!?" he muttered incredulously. Jacque stepped began and allowed the gravity of the situation to sink in, then turned and punched a wall, leaving a sizable dent in the metal surface, "FUCK!!" the criminal shouted loudly.

Deciding it best to reign in his temper Jacque breathed in and out slowly and began to walk back down the hall, figuring that if the pods were all launched, perhaps he could find the control room aboard the vessel and see if he could either steer the ship or send out a distress signal. Along the way Jacque found a rather nice metal cane lying on the ground -likely dropped by an older crew member during the evacuation- and picked it up. Not only would it be a nice accessory, but on a ship full of criminals it would likely make a lovely weapon. Jacque continued down the corridor, cane in hand.
