How they got kidnapped into the games: After being imprisoned by the Autobots on Cybertron, he attempted to escape using the private transwarp that he uses to store his weapons, however he was nabbed by the game as he attempted his escape.
Bio: SWINDLE is a one-robot black market. He's only a DECEPTICON by default, since they're the ones who most often take advantage of his unbeatable deals on armor, weapons and combat systems. If it shoots, explodes, or focuses light into a beam intense enough to melt high-grade armor, SWINDLE will sell it to anyone. Anyone who can pay his price, that is. Most of his inventory, he scavenges from those who fall in battle, but he doesn't mind helping a crippled AUTOBOT all the way to the scrap heap before stripping him of his weapons.
Skills: Basic fighting, sales, weapons knowledge, is 20ft tall
Powers: Various missiles, laser-beams, shields, and other weapons, ability to transform into a HMMWV
Final Smash: His scatter-blaster charges up and create's a massive pink orb. It then fires at the enemy, creating a large explosion that should annihilate them.

Nevermind. As much as I adore Soundwave, he's too large and overpowered (His attacks would focus on squishing the tiny things that are 5x smaller than him). I think I'll add Swindle from the Animated series instead.
