"Oh, yippie! Special treatment, finally!" Dominus said giddily. He knew that wasn't the case, but he was bored and found it fun to mock the guards and their prison. He sat down in the room. When he saw the two men enter, he immediately grew serious, his bored mood immediately vanished.

The two agents entered the room, and began the interrogation, "Greetings, Dr. Sicofex, we're here about 'Project Dweller', would you care to tell us more?" The agent on the left asked. The doctor was silent. He wouldn't tell them anything, "I cannot" he said with a calm, but very clear intention. The man on the right sighed, "Doctor, if you refuse to cooperate, we can make your life living hell, you understand?" this time he had a more aggressive tone. Dominus sighed, "Fine, I'll tell you this: A new wave of terror will occur, a disaster of global consequence! It will make nuclear annihilation look like a better option! When it occurs, not even the strongest patriot could defend the country. The world will slowly perish, and the once fertile planet will become a desert wasteland!" He laughed. "That is all I will tell you, now I must return to my cell. I am starting to get the hang of this prison thing." His cheery mood was back. The two agents sighed, they knew they'd get nothing more out of him. "well, we're done." The one on the left said, getting up as the other agent did the same. "I hope you enjoy the rest of your miserable life jail, scum" The second agent said.

I'm assuming you do the Guards, Katherin. So that's why I just did the first paragraph from the agents perspective.

Two men, dressed in black suits, entered the prison. They easily had the clearance to see the prisoner they wanted to meet. Dr. Sicofex, the madman behind the Dweller project. They came here from the government in order to gain access to the monster that the doctor had created. "We're here to see Dr. Sicofex, we're from the Department of Defense" They said to the prison staff. They showed the paperwork that required the prison to give them access to the man.

Back in his cell, he began whistling. Another useful feature was that these small creatures could not only spy and recode audio clips, but also relay orders via sonic code. He was hoping that he could possibly reestablish communication with the Dweller this way, and send it on a fun little rampage across the country.
