Just gonna bump this up here to see where everybody is at right now. Everything going well guys and gals?
I'll see what I can do to continue the feels.

Also, are we sure we want to say he claimed the territory or conquered it? XD
Now for something a little dramatic and downright emotional. Remember that burnt up arm Inadi has? Yeah......getting thrown about by the little dragon probably didn't do too well for that.

Inadi looked towards Riley with an annoyed look and scoffed. “Yeah yeah, get it out of your system. Last thing I need is for this to just hang over my head like a damn rain cloud,” he said as he continued to give odd looks back to his left hand. He definitely did not want to do what he did and he was agitated that it happened. What was more aggravating was that he did it in front of everyone and no doubt they would remember it for as long as they could. Now whenever favors needed to be pulled, no doubt this would be the ammunition to get it out of him.

Watching the dragon bounce onto Leila's head and begin crying made the boy actually somewhat nervous again. They weren't sure what this dragon could do in a bad mood and it seemed like the little guy was getting more and more irritable as the moments passed. Suddenly the cute little fluff ball that Riley had been so enamored with was starting to show signs of being a little brat that would throw a tantrum if it didn't get its way. The perfect child basically.

Suddenly the thing screeched it felt like and now there were clouds in the cave. Dark ones at that. And just as Inadi was beginning to regret his previous statement of a rain cloud over his head, the clouds split and starting dropping what felt like inches of rain on them all at once. Staring over at Riley, who was now at this point very angry it seemed, Inadi couldn't help but chuckle. “Oh what? Is the cute fluff ball a pain in the ass for you now too?” Inadi laughed to himself and suddenly stopped as he realized his poor choice of words. Making sure to bring his right palm instead of his left one up to his face, Inadi let loose a sigh as he covered his eyes from the rest of the group.

It was getting colder and Inadi was beginning to shiver because of it. He wished that there was some shade or shielded part of the cave that he could sit under to avoid the rain, but these clouds were inescapable since they were directly above them in the cave itself. Silently wishing there was some kind of towel or rag he could use to wipe his face rather than his already wet sleeve, he noticed that dragon was now floating in front of him it seemed. At first the boy was confused and tried wiping his glasses off with the wet coat he had on to see the beast more clearly. It seemed to be puffing out its chest and tried to make itself look a lot tougher than it was. Before he would have probably scoffed at the attempt to intimidate him, but something about this made him very nervous.

Out of nowhere he was blown across the cave and skidded along the floor of the cave. Wet rock, sand and cold puddles rubbing onto his skin at fast pace. Yet the worst thing about it was that he slid the most on his right side....his right arm. As he hit the ground, each time feeling the stinging and nearly flesh ripping stings shoot up his side, he screamed out in pain as now it was impossible to simply avoid it. Eventually he rolled to a stop and began squirming all the while reaching for his arm.

He quickly began ripping his sleeve off of his coat to look at the arm itself. The arm was now bleeding it seemed as some skin that had once looked so rough and nearly burnt now seemed to be more of a scab waiting to be picked off by an impatient toddler. Slamming his fist into the ground and breathing heavily as he viewed the damage, Inadi placed the now ripped sleeve in his mouth to keep himself from screaming as he tried pulling out the rest of the wrap that he had left to work on the parts of his arm that needed immediate attention. As he pulled it out though he realized how wet it had gotten and was barely worth its weight as a dish rag than a medical tool.

As he was trying to fight back the pain in his arm, he looked towards Ace and now could no longer hide his look of pain. She was still talking about that damn dragon. That damn stupid dragon that made his arm feel like it needed to be ripped off before any more pain could be felt. Spitting out the sleeve he had in his mouth, he stood up and began trying to wrap the wound. Every time he went around his arm once, the wrap slid off and forced him to restart from the beginning. “Yeah, let him rest! And while we're at it, maybe we can learn what makes him happy too! Maybe a nice cake! Or he could like to go up the mountain side and get a good view of the sunset! Whatever it takes to make this damn thing laugh the better!” Inadi yelled in a mixture of pain and anger as he was showing just how sick and tired he was of this whole little escapade.

“This is why I hate this place! You never know what something is or what it can do! There is no comfort zone! No safe haven! Nothing is known, and if you don't know something, you can never be prepared for it! Damn this whole stupid quest and damn that little puff ball for doing this to me!” Inadi yelled as he held his arm out towards the dragon and went back to yelling at the pain in his arm. It was wet, cold and exposed to the elements now. At some point here he knew he was going to pass out to the pain, and he felt that the faster his consciousness slipped away the better. At least the pain would slip away as well.
And there you have it folks. Something to satisfy all you Lesadi lovers......you have no clue how odd this was for me considering it was the first yaoi moment I have ever written for a character.....like ever.

Thanks for the opportunity Anon! XD

Finally feeling his chest and gut calm down after the long chuckle session he just had, he looked at the little dragon and felt another laugh coming on inside him. The little thing look so annoyed at them that it puffed its little chest out as if to say it was a lot tougher and stronger than it looked. He kept control however this time and just stood up and looked over to Harper with a smile. “Well if we can pat it on the head we can clearly tickle the thing. And the sooner we get it to laugh the better.”

He knelt down to be near the dragon, which was now residing in Lesley's hair. Inadi was a little uncomfortable getting so close to the other guy, considering all the close encounters they had earlier in their adventures so far. But the man was asleep on his chest at this point and it seemed like the dragon was getting very attached to the fluffy stuff. It was a wonder how Lesley kept his hair so full considering how much running and sweating they had been doing as of late.

Staring up at Hakuren begin doubting the idea of tickling the dragon, Inadi waved him off and showed a smile on his face. “Oh come on there Hakuren, there isn't a thing alive in this world that isn't against getting tickled every once and a while. And besides that, its the fastest way to get something to laugh. So why don't we just get this little guy and...” Inadi reached for the dragon and was suddenly gripping air and parts of Lesley's hair. The little dragon moved away from the boy's left hand and seemed to be very against being touched.

Inadi took his hand away from Lesley's hair and wiped it off on his chest. “Okay so you don't want to be grabbed. Maybe just a quick little poke would do?” He asked as he stuck his finger out and reached for the little dragon again. Once more it moved out of the way at the last second and Inadi ended up poking Lesley, this time in the shoulder. Inadi began chasing the little dragon, who was remaining close to Lesley to be next to the hair and each time Inadi poked a different part of the boy beneath him and his agitation was beginning to collect in his mind.

Soon it appeared that steam had begun spewing out of Inadi's ears and he let out a deep growl. “Alright you little pest! No more mister nice guy! You are going to get tickled at that is final!” He yelled out at the dragon as he reached his hand out, looking to just grab the dragon and finally got a hold of something. Smiling to himself, thinking he got a hold of the dragon finally, he turned to see something he was confused to notice. It was the little cloud dragon, once again resting on Lesley's head. Yet Inadi had grabbed something he thought.

He looked back down and saw his left hand did indeed grab something. It was Lesley's bu........oh lord. Slowly Inadi removed his hand and kept his palm open facing away from him. He slowly, with a blank stare on his face the entire way, picked up his spear in his other hand. There was a slight sting due to the burns still, but the pain did not change the expression on the boy's face. Grabbing the hilt of the spear closest to the head of it, Inadi began rubbing his left hand off with the spear since he was short a cloth that wasn't attached to his body besides the medical wraps he still had.

After finishing the wiping he turned back to the group and rejoined them, his face still somewhat emotionless. Finally coming to a stop next to Harper and Riley he stared straight at the little dragon. Though in reality he was staring into the distance, nothing really in focus as a flush of red came over his face. “First, no one is to tell him that anything happened. No need to give him ideas,” Inadi said as he slowly shifted his head to Haku. “Second, let's go with Haku's idea. Surely there has to be a game the dragon would like to play.” The boy seemed to be in a monotone shock, unsure of how to really handle the awkward situation. This was something he was probably never going to live down ever. He suddenly began wishing the dragon was a lot bigger and a lot more vicious so it could swallow him whole at this exact moment in time. It would surely be a lot less painful than this.
I'll probably wait to put my post up after Phones is finished with her post later on. I promise everyone and Anon a chance to make another Lesadi moment here since that dragon is sitting on Lesley's hair so it will be worth it. I promise.

Poor and wretched things these local merchants were. Covered in dirt and seemingly desperate to sell even the smallest of tools to gain a quick coin, Dina could only look on with a sense of depression and desire to help. Yet with what he had on him there was little he could do. Barely a bag full of coins, he could not give it out to each of them and make sure all of those he saw were taken care of. Plus he had no idea what situations would arise that would cause him to need the gold. Perhaps some check in station by the guards or other things similar to that. Any chance the empire could take that would gain them an extra way to tax the less fortunate the better for them.

As he continued on his way, a large crashing sound of glass behind him. Based on how far, he assumed it was by the inn. A large crowd began rushing over to try and see what the commotion was about and they nearly knocked Dina over to try and get a closer look. Keeping his balance, he followed the rest of the people to the inn and noticed two men run away from the scene itself. He wasn't sure what the reason was for but he assumed it wasn't anything good.

Once he arrived he saw the damage that had been done. Glass strewn about and even more damage it seemed inside the inn itself. It looked like the guards had moved in and began beating down the random patrons there to try and find answers. Why bother wasting time asking questions when you can just punish everyone for just being within ear shot of the incident. Dina silently sighed to himself, thankful that he made the choice to not stay around the inn and become a part of the unwarranted shake down of the entire building.

Yid guards began pushing people away from the inn, trying to quiet the outrage for the scene taking place inside. Knowing it was better to not get involved with the scene, Dina slowly slipped away and began heading off towards a small stand where pastries were sold. Keeping his eyes on the scene still going on, he suddenly heard a large cough behind him and turned around.

The stand owner was looking at Dina with a bit of an agitated look on his face. He pointed down at the stand in front of him to point out the reason for his agitation. It seemed that in his moment of lapsed focus Dina had crushed one of the sweet breads that was near the edge of the table with his hands, turning it into more so into what seemed to be a plate then something that would be placed on one itself.

Dina gave an apologetic look and began reaching for his coin purse. The owner held out his hand and sighed. “That one was worth eight gold pieces sir.” Dina quickly threw up a questionable look, as if to argue the price. Instead of giving a reason the owner quickly pulled his fingers in to say that he needed the money quickly. Dina rolled his eyes and provided the necessary coin for the treat. An expensive one at that.

“Are sweet breads normally that expensive here in Veganshi?” Dina asked as he decided to lean on one of the poles that held the small roof over the stand to keep the sun away. The owner continued to count the coins in his hand rather than answer immediately. Once he saw that all eight were there, he pocketed the money and turned to the man standing next to him.

“Blame the empire for that. Normally I sell them for five. But with the recent spike in prices for things such as sugar and wheat I have been forced to raise my own. It costs a man almost twenty coins to buy a bag of flour now. And between you and me I think they have shrunk the bags now. They weigh less in my arms when I carry them home.” The owner said as he took the bread that Dina had squashed and ripped it in half, handing half of it to him. Dina raised an eyebrow to the man, who shrugged his shoulders at him. “I figured you paid for it so you should enjoy some of it.”

Dina laughed as he took his half and watched as the man ate the other. In front of them the scrum was still taking place and it seemed more people were getting pushed away violently by the soldiers. Dina took his bite and shook his head. “What is the point of all this violence. Surely there's a point to it all.”

“There is never a point to violence. All I know is two men flew from out of that window after getting into a fight in there. My bet is that someone didn't pay up after a bet or something. These hunters have been getting very antsy with the soldiers around and keeping them from going out when they want to hunt. They start tournaments in the inn on who can drink more or who is the strongest,” The owner said as he laughed to himself. “Sometimes both at the same time.”

The two shared a laugh at the last comment and watched the guards clear the area out from in front of the inn. Dina continued to eat his bread while the owner handled some more customers for the moment. No telling what actually happened in that place, but surely there had to be some reason. Shrugging it off for the moment, he began enjoying the treat in his hand. It was still surprisingly fluffy even after being crushed under his own hand. Dina felt he would have to ask the owner's secret later on if he had the chance before he left the city.
Yeah I think that would be interesting to do. We can try it out for now to see how it works and if it works we can make it available for all to try. I should have a post up later tonight after I get back home from this bbq I'm at. Hope you all are having a good Memorial Day.
Holy crap that city stuff took a while to do. Hopefully we start getting some more people to join up and enjoy the journey with the rest of us here. I'll get a post up in the morning so we can move the story along. Anyway, everybody doing well so far?
