I'm going to write a description since I don't think I'll find a picture that's as fitting as the one I have in mind, if that's alright! Also, is she too young to be a teacher? I would say after being homeschooled thoroughly in magic from a young age and barely given a break her entire life, she's atleast got an advantage in learning to the students. Renders her useless on the battlefield otherwise though.
Also, please, please tell me if she sounds a bit overdone. I've been getting the feeling on and off that she's too perfect, something is too wrong, but mmhm.
Name: Freija Kiraiian
Age: 20
Gender: Female
Race: Elven (There's some nymph in there somewhere. Very little)
Appearance: Standing at 5'1, Freija is a short young woman who stands proud. Dark chocolate locks trail down her back and end above her waist, straight at the top but coming away in little wavy strands towards the end and at her fringe that falls over her left eye though not obscuring it completely. Her eyes, for that matter, are a deep brown, that glow with flecks of honey and amber in the sunlight. Her pale skin contrasts with the woody tones of her hair and eyes and the deeper coral of her lips, though an intricate pattern in caramel traces its way across her skin, down the right side of her body, from her ankle to her calf and at her shoulder, with a few markings on the right side of her face as well, usually hidden by her usually-messy hair she ties back in a bun when teaching. She wears a pair of glasses with dark rectangular frames when she teaches or reads, if to concentrate more than anything else. As all elves, her facial features are defined and almost catlike in being and her ears curve out slightly at the tips.
Though she is short, Freija sports a curvy figure, and is quite unlike the weightless appearance of other elves, or nymphs.
As for her armour, she wears a dainty set in silver with a plated skirt to her knees and the required breastplate, shin and arm guards, etc, but would much rather go around in her violet cloak casually, worn atop more flowing gowns though as a teacher she wears more practical clothes to her classes, that allow her full movement and reduce the likeness of her tripping on her own dress-trail.
Personality: Being homeschooled for the majority of her life leaves Freija quite open to anything she's confronted with. It also explains why she's a teacher at such a young age. She isn't turned away easily, so being a teacher at the academy was the job for her. She's clever, kind and caring genuinely, but has a tendency to pass sarcastic comments here and there to have a laugh. Though she might be a bit frank at times, she possesses the will to help her students achieve the best they can, evident in her enthusiasm for teaching..
Outside of her teacher role, she's like any other young woman. Curious, a little timid when push comes to shove, but confident in her talents and through sadistic humour, generally optimistic and seen smiling. Hopelessly romantic and definitely one for flirting about quite a bit, though she admits to being a little lost when it comes to lessons in romantics. She finds her love to be in her magic and in more books, always learning, always adapting, always bettering herself.
A little bit lazy and quite useless in battle apart from her magic talents or in a healer role.
Powers: Exceptional control of a range of different kinds of magic (However, she's only a generalist). Specialisation, and personal preference in: Heal/Protect orientated magic as well as drawing energy from the earth to manipulate elements already present to do as she pleases, though this still leaves her a bit flustered and panting for breath with the energy rush.

It's been ages since I've found an RPing forum that actually interested me. Wow <3 And being brand-new to this site, it's got my blood roaring in my veins already.
Well, what can I say? I'm a huge fan of RPing, though I haven't done much of it before However, writing has always been a fiery passion of mine, so if you find me about on these forums, my posts probably will be knock-out size. (And I apologise to anyone who I might be roleplaying with who does not welcome incredibly big, descriptive posts) I adore character development and description as a roleplay progresses. I hope to create an array of personas I can fall back on to coo over and reminisce fondly for.
As of genres? I enjoy so many, and most anything could become a favourite if carried out the right way. Some of my pre-defined favourites would have to be fantasy, especially when dating back to the past, Medieval times, you could say. I'm a bit of a romantic as well, so even the darkest of scenarios laced with a romance would be appealing to me and my palette. Animal themes are another big thing for me. I'm a massive animal lover, so it's only to be expected, aye?

Being a brand-new member to this particular forum, since I stumbled upon it just today by sheer chance and found it quite interesting, I think this interests discussion struck me the most. I love how it has so much potential to grow into pretty much anything. You could add so many races to this, and the amount of potential a Medieval fantasy has is just...wow. Off the charts.
Unfortunately, I've never played WoW before. And if it does end up becoming like that, well, someone's going to have to explain the dynamics at some point. I'm looking forward to that.
Some races could be:
-Centaurs
-Satyrs
-Nymphs
And you could actually have many animal crosses instead of just werewolves, if you're looking into that.
Personally, the undead seems to be taking it a tiny bit far, in my opinion. I mean...hopefully it doesn't turn into another Twilight-esque RP.
And well, these animal crosses could have mixed parents and so be able to shapeshift, and maybe possess some permanent features. Most prominent ears and tails, maybe? I don't know, but the people who would like these could decide.
