at the Worlds Martial Arts Tournament a semi final was about to go down
"AND HERE WE GO FOLKS, ONE OF OUR FINALISTS, STREET FIGHTER!!!" the announcer said as a figure began walking down the stone path to the ring, the crowd was cheering as the figure who looked just over perfectly fit walked into the ring with fighting cloths, he waved to the crowd with a heroic pose as he grinned, he hade a full head of black hair and was wearing black clothing to go with it, he then took his place in the ring as he waited for his challenger
"NOW, HERE'S WHAT YOU'VE BEEN WAITING FOR, THE PHOENIX" the announcer said before the crowd let out a cheer, the announcer looked at a paper to make sure he called the right name
"um, miss, that's you cue..." he said as he looked into the room the fighters had to wait in

"yeah-yeah, I'm coming" said a female voice as a figure stepped into view, their stood Amber with a smile as she walked down the path, she got into the ring and went to her corner

"if you want, I'll go easy on you girl" the man said with a grin as he took an offensive stance
.
"oh by all means, give me the best you've got" the girl said to him with a grin as she crossed her arms, the second she said that the bell to start the match rung
.
"suit yourself" the man said with a serous look as he charged at the girl, he took a running jump and reeled his right arm back, he then threw it forward as hard as he could aimed at the girls head, surely enough it hit but to the mans surprise, the sound of bones cracking could be heard for a spit second after he hit, the man the jumped back while holding his hand in pain
"what are you made of !? stone!?" he asked in a pained angry voice
.
"if that's the best you've got, then there's no point in me even trying" the girl said in a disappointed tone as she walked towards the man, then faster then the man could react the girl grabbed his neck with a tight grip, the man grabbed at her hand with his own as she dragged him over to the edge of the ring, she then lifted him over it and dropped him, he landed with a thud and looked up to the girl
.
"who are you?! what are you!?" he asked with grit teeth
.
"not that it will matter to you, but I'm Amber" she said with a grin as she made her way off the stage, the announcer stared slightly in disbelief then shook his head
.
"IT LOOKS LIKE THE PHOENIX IS THE WINNER!" he said out loud into his microphone the crowd cheered as a medic team came to the arena and helped the man out, as Amber walked into the room where the fighters were suppose to wait she let out a sigh of boredom as she leaned on the wall with her eye's closed, the room was empty, there was no one else left but her and whoever else had passed the semi-finals

"judging from the people who fought me, well, no not really fought, more like flailed angrily..... my next opponent should be a breeze..." Amber said in a disappointed tone as she slid to the floor with her arms crossed

Alice let out a sigh as she watched the saiyan went back to the bed
"Alice..." she said to the saiyan as looked back to her data pad and took a seat on a chair at a desk near the bed

Alice looked up from her data pad and gave a stern look to the saiyan
"no you require rest, the bio-foam I put in your injury is doing it's work, and if you keep moving it's not going to get any better!" Alice exclaimed as she walked up to the saiyan and looked up to his eye's with a stern look
"so get back on the bed and wait until you healed!" Alice demanded as she pointed to the bed past the saiyan

Maximus stood still as he watched Yu hug the being, he seemed to slightly tilt his head as if unsure of what to make of this situation, he then looked to the new being that shown itself, his fists clenched tighter after identifying what species it was
"what information do you seek..." Maximus droned out to the Ice-Jinn as he repositioned himself slightly

as Maximus got closer to the intruder, his heavy metal foot steps could be heard making a deep thudding sound, when he rounder a corner he turned his head and looked down, he then turned his body towards the being that stood in front of him, Maximus tilted his head slightly, he tightened his clenched fists as he slightly adjusted his stance
"Identify yourself, and your reason for being here" Maximus droned to the being, as he said this he had scanned the beings body, in doing so found his inventory of capsulated weapons as well as his power level, Maximus didn't move as he waited a response
