first, try to reason with them to stop and see if they can be reasoned with at all, second, if reason fails, report them to a superior moderator, and if all else fails... pray to Mahz to seek help =3 (in all honesty I've never really been a full on coGM, only a temporary one until the actual one returned =3 and I've never really had to deal with that situation before, so I don't really know what good I'd be able to do if such a situation was to occur....)
