A shockwave rang out from the impact of Wolfs fist, Devastator's head tilted slightly as the hit connected, he narrowed his eye's slightly as he turned to look at Wolf, without warning Devastator turned and grabbed Wolfs neck with his left hand as his chest closed, his core slightly exposed, the metal hand crushed Wolfs neck close to the point of breaking it as Devastator held Wolf away from him as the large sphere of energy faded
"YOU ARE, ALL OF YOU, VERMIN, LASHING OUT THINKING WHAT I WONDER..., THAT YOU MIGHT PREVENT THE COMING FIRE?, NO, YOUR WORLD WILL BURN UNTIL IT IS BUT ASH FLOATING IN THE VACUUM, NOT EVEN YOUR STAR WILL BE LEFT TO LIGHT THE SMALL PART OF THE GALAXY YOU RESIDED IN, FOR DESTRUCTION WAS THE WILL OF MY CREATORS, AND I? I AM THEIR INSTRUMENT!!!" Devastator exclaimed in a droned tone as his grip on Wolf tightened, he then brought back his right arm as two energy blades activated over his fist, then he punched Wolf directly in his stomach with monstrous force, making a shockwave ring out that blanked out the sound of two energy blades impaling Wolfs torso, Devastator let out a droned chuckle as red electricity jumped around the blades
.
Maximus looked up to Devastator and Wolf, only to take a step back at what he seen, two energy blade were piercing through Wolf's back, just missing his spine, Maximus clenched his right fist making electricity jump around it as he restrained himself from charging at Devastator
"possibility of success is low..." Maximus droned as he tried to plan a move

Just as everyone attacks were about to hit, Devastator droned out a laugh, when their strike landed, it literally did nothing beside make a dull metal thud, when Orin's hook-staff connected a small amount of sparks flew from the impact as the attack didn't even leave a scratch, a demonic crimson aura erupted from Devastator as the energy gathering at his exposed core increased, the power from his aura released a shockwave that slammed into Orin, R'yak, and Kaliflur sending them towards the ground, as Devastator powered up a deep hum could he heard, rocks began floating into the air as a transparent crimson sphere of energy surrounded Devastator and expanded at least three times his size, dark clouds began circling above as lighting lit up the sky, Devastator continued to bellow out a droned laugh as his synthetic energy became powerful enough to be barely felt by organic life forms
.
As Kires and Violet continued their fight a powerful stray beam of crimson energy sped towards them, as the beam closed in it looked as if it was cutting through the sky in an upward motion, what looked like a line of explosion erupted from the ground below Kires and Violet just before the stray crimson beam flew upward right between the two as they were fighting, the power coming off the beam sent the two flying back a few meters before it continued skyward quickly vanishing into the clouds above
.

As the Death Ball closed on Devastator it turned towards it, it chuckled as it seemed to look through the attack to Glacier, Maximus observed as the energy readings became erratic like before, Devastator's chest opened up as it angled itself towards the Death Ball, crimson energy shined from what Maximus believed to be the machines core before a powerful beam fired out from it again, it sped towards the Death Ball and pierced through it like nothing, causing it to exploded into a plume of cyan flames, as the explosion took place the crimson beam of energy traveled through it, exiting the flames aimed directly at Glacier, it sped towards her almost instantaneously, leaving little room for her to evade

Maximus slowly descended to the clearing with his arms to his side, with his hands curled into fists, his calculations were right, every time the machine went to fire the beam from it's chest the energy readings grew more erratic and calmed down after, as he concluded this his feet softly landed on the ground, the machine hadn't noticed him landing and turned towards R'yak and chuckled evilly in a robotic tone as it began walking towards him, Maximus was about to move but Wolf's Ki blast flew by him and sped towards Devastator, slamming into his back and exploding, it did no damage but it did draw it's attention, Devastator turned around and locked Maximus into his view and took a few steps towards him, Maximus being a machine had no power level to scan so Devastator assumed the weak attack came from him
"SO DESPERATE ARE THE WEAKLINGS OF THIS PLANET THAT THEY SEND SCRAP METAL TO COMBAT ME, PATHETIC" Devastator droned as he stood a good ten meters away from Maximus

Maximus didn't say a word as he got into a battle stance, just like before his scans picked up Devastators energy readings becoming erratic, Maximus had to act fast, he knew his enemy was faster then him so he had to push himself to go faster, the second he picked up on the erratic energy readings the ground around Maximus in a ten foot radius shattered as he disappeared

Devastator's chest opened up and flexed his arms upward as a bright crimson light shined from his core, the light intensified greatly as it readied to fire, time seemed to slow down as Maximus appeared in front of Devastator ready to strike, as the beam went to fire Maximus put all his strength behind a right punch that landed on Devastators exposed chest, a shockwave rang out as Devastator staggered backwards as a powerful beam fired into the sky, red electricity jumped around Devastators core shortly as the light dimed, the machine droned out a growl as it took aim again, it's core lighting up, once more Maximus vanished appearing right in front of Devastator and throwing a left punch that landed on it's chest making Devastator stagger back with more red electricity sparking from his core, firing a crimson beam that cut through the forest in Kires and Violets direction just barely missing R'yak as it sped by, Devastator let out a droned roar of anger, anger at this primitive machine that managed to hit it and do damage even though it was little, it's chest was still exposed as it charged up again, this time when Maximus charged at him it fired lasers from it's eye's, Maximus did his best to evade them and charged up a silver orb in his right hand before throwing it at Devastator, in his rage the tall machine ignored the attack as it charged at Maximus, the orb flew up to his face before it glowed brightly
"Flash-Bang!!!"
Maximus exclaimed before the orb exploding into a blinding bright silver light as a deafening shockwave erupted from the orb, Maximus landed as he slid backwards, he looked to Devastator.

Devastator grabbed at his eye's with his left hand, the blinding white light and shockwave had messed up his vision, everything was blurry and fogged up , his targeting was also on the fritz, he growled in anger before he flexed his arms, red energy seemed to steam off the machines core before it began to steam off it's body, Maximus tensed up when he detected a dramatic power flux from Devastator
"power increase detected..." he droned before Devastator fired a powerful beam of energy at Maximus, before he could react the beam had hit him sending him dragging through the ground and tearing up the rock as he plowed through it, silver electricity jumped around Maximus's body momentarily as he got up, he looked down the path he created to Devastator who had regained his senses, Maximus tilted his head slightly towards Devastator, silver electricity jumped around him before he became enveloped in a blaze of silver aura, Devastators eye's flashed as he detected a power spike, he locked his eye's on Maximus as he switched his power level filters to scan for synthetic power levels, and his eye's ever so slightly widened in mild amusement when he seen Maximus's power level at 1,000,000.

Maximus's mechanical muscles bulked up as he slowly looked to Devastator, silver electricity jumped around him as rocks and rubble on the ground began to float into the air before shattering into nothing
"Maximum Over-Drive!!!"
Maximus's aura exploded from him as his power level skyrocketed to 20,000,000. then he vanished, the ground where he was ruptured into debris as the trees bent to the speed at which Maximus was traveling, as Devastators chest was closing Maximus appeared in front of him and grabbed hold of one of the chest plates that was closing, with all his might he tore off a plate and jumped back before throwing it to the sky, Devastator roared as he lunged at Maximus and socked him with a right punch, the shockwave from the hit split the ground as Maximus was sent sky high, before Devastator gave chase his chest closed up, but a small part of his chest near the top left was missing, exposing a red glow, the tall machine quickly gave chase as the it fired lasers at Maximus, with each shot Maximus evaded with his speed, he charged at Devastator and they met with a powerful shockwave that blew the clouds away, Maximus evaded punches and kicks as best he could while also dishing out some punishment, each strike from Maximus was aimed at the exposed part of Devastators chest, each hit resulted in sparks flying from it with red electricity jumping from it, even though a weak spot had been exposed, Maximus wasn't nearly doing enough damage to affect the monster of a machine

Amber opened her eye's slightly and looked to the sky, she could barely see two blurred figures speeding across the sky in a battle to the death, she could feel each punch and kicks impact from above, she grit her teeth in frustration, even though she could barely see the fight, she knew that the demon of a robot was still winning
"what will it take?..." she asked faintly as she tried to close her hands to fists, barely managing to do so

Alice looked to Orin as he left with a serous look then got on the comes to the base and located Kaliflur, Alice open a com to the area she was in and spoke in a worried but serous tone
"Kaliflur! you need to join the others now! they're in trouble and if you don't go to help them, the whole planet will be in trouble!" she exclaimed into the coms as she ran to a machine near her desk, she turned it on and vials of senzu serum began filling up

as the fight went on Maximus managed to get a powerful kick on Devastators exposed chest making him stagger back as red electricity jumped around the exposed core, as Maximus moved to attack again his intense silver aura then died down just before his attack hit, when it impacted it's as if the power behind it was gone, Maximus made some space between him and Devastator who looked at him and chuckled, Maximus's over-drive ran out and with that his power level plummeted back down to 1,000,000. he moved to put his arms and legs up into a block but was to slow, Devastator closed the gap between himself and Maximus in an instant before bringing it's hands into a club and slamming them down onto Maximus's head, spark flew from the impact after the shockwave when Maximus slammed into the ground making a huge crater, Maximus quickly recovered and jumped out of the crater before looking up

"this subject has serous internal bleeding..." he said as he looked to Wolf, he then noticed Amber, he scanned her quickly to make sure she was okay
"this subject will live..." Maximus then took out a vial from his back and looked at the clear green liquid inside, without hesitation he took off the lid and stuck the needle into Wolfs right shoulder before he walked over to Amber and slung her over his left shoulder, Maximus then looked to Devastator who was hovering in the air, still gathering power, completely ignoring the others

well, I'm sort of waiting for others to post before I continue =3
as the beam attack stopped Devastator looked directly into Wolfs eye's while holding R'yak, even though it didn't have the facial features to do so, one could tell it was grinning, then at blinding speed Devastator turned around, looking directly at Glacier before throwing R'yak at her who looked like he had vanished from the speed he was thrown, Devastator then turned around to face Wolf once more, then it's chest opened up revealing what looked like some form of power source in the center of it's chest as it's arms went to it's sides in a flexing position upward, a bright crimson light shined from the power source before an intense beam fired from it aimed directly towards Wolf and Amber, the beam made an unnatural sound as crossed the distance between them almost instantaneously with little to no time to react
.
Amber tried to put up a Fire Wall but it was two fast and she was struck by the powerful beam, the force of it sent her flying backward, crashing through trees and large rocks before coming to a stop, she tried to get up, weakly opening her eye's before she fainted and reverted back to her normal form

before Amber and Wolfs attack Connected R'yak managed to get a few hits in, but they did little but make sounds as they connected with Devastators head and torso, Devastator was going to grab at R'yak but was then hit by the beam, to which he continued forward to Wolf and Amber, as the beam enveloped them, R'yak threw an attack to Devastators back which got his attention, though the strike did little but annoy the machine, as the beam continued to fire on them, Devastator grabbed behind himself and locked his iron grip onto R'yaks neck, then he held R'yak in front of him, making the small being take the full force of the beam attack

as Amber seen this she grit her teeth and stopped her attack on the machine, she then looked to Wolf
"Wolf stop, it's using R'yak as a shield!" she exclaimed as Devastator stopped walking towards them, it droned out a dark chuckle as it slowly tightened its grip on R'yaks neck adding insult to injury
