Wolf had been flying for some time now and finally arrived to a city, a large one in fact, there was water near it as well. Were those ships, air units as well as ground units? Were the humans actually putting up a fight, this was something he had to see, he flew down toward the army within the city and landed there. A sinister grin was on his face, his blood red eyes piercing into the men in front of him.
their were thousands, if not hundreds of thousands of foot soldiers in the city, all spread throughout it, the one's in the area the saiyan was in looked at the saiyan with grit teeth as he flew down to them
"Target spotted in downtown center!" a soldier said into his helmet as he aimed his weapon at the saiyan

"Engage!" he was told by someone on the other line of the coms

"OPEN FIRE!!!" the soldier yelled as he fired on the saiyan, followed by the other hundreds of soldiers that were in the area, they were using armor piercing rounds with explosive tips, multiple machine gunners at intersections turned their guns on the saiyan and opened fire, snipers took positions in the buildings high and low, finding their target and shooting for vital areas, the land forces were finally arriving on near the outskirts of the city, tanks, heavy weapons platforms, anti-air guns and missile trucks, getting into position, the warships were getting into position, making sure all their guns would be pointed towards the city, in the sky fighter jets were taking formation, waiting for the target to get out in the open to attack

at a military building in the largest city on earth, all the heads of military were gathered together, navy, air force, army, from all around the globe, they were a gathered around a rectangle table all trying to figure out what was going on, some arguing, trying to point the blame on others, but before a fight broke out, the doors to the room opened and it drew everyone's attention
"ladies, gentlemen, please take your seats..." a man in uniform said, his shoulders were decorated with medals, as he walked in, the doors behind him closed, the people listened to him as he walked around the table stopping at the end, turning to face everyone
"..... you know why we're here, two of our cities have been attacked, reports and satellite images say it was all done, by one man.... before you say anything, I know it seems impossible, but I'll have you know that it is, possible, a few years back our world came under attack by countless beings, both from and not from earth, all with the power to devastate a city with only their hands, and by themselves" the man said as he looked to the others

"what are you trying to say?" one of the people asked

"a global military stike, with everything we have, if we have to..... we'll use..... nuclear war head as a last resort" the man said to them

"that's preposterous, an entire global assault against one man!?" one cried out in rage

"do not underestimate this! we have before and we paid the price! now we can sit here and debate the safety our of city's while they burn, or we can do something about it!" the man yelled to them, the room went silent for a few minutes before one person made a decision

"I say we do it!" others around the table whispered to each other, then another person agreed with him, then more until it was fully agreed upon

"Right! give the order, we move asap!" the man said as he left the room as everyone followed, calls were made, shortly after, every military base, aircraft field, and navy ship was given the order to mobilize for an all out military strike on the invader, all units were making their way to the invaders next location, they knew where it was going to because of their advanced military satellite, it was tracking the invaders every movement which led to where they knew he was heading to, so for the protection of the people the military evacuated the city before the invader got their, soon, every military unit, land air and sea, would be ready for an all out attack

Magnus *is hurt by the E.M.P then glares at Spriggs before letting out ear piercing roar while breathing flames towards Spriggs*

The boy glanced down to the people again, seeing the the pink haired woman was there telling the dragon off. Jumping down again the young boy landed on Jun's shoulders and used them to jump over to Eve and hide behind her, gripping her clothes and peeking out to the dragon know he was safe with Eve. The boy never said anything as he moved around only showed how much like an animal he was as he didn't even stand up completely straight. though he seemed to act a bit younger than he really was as well.
Eve was surprised by the boy gripping her cloths as she turned her head to face him
"u-uh..... hi....." Eve said nervously as she looked back to Magnus who was glaring at the boy behind her with a long prolonged bellow that was deep and sounded angry
"Magnus, you are not to hurt him, he hasn't done anything to hurt us...." Eve said to Magnus with a strait face as she looked into his eye's. Magnus looked to Eve with narrowed eye's then he looked away from them with a short growl

I'd imagine for a Cyber Dragon you'd need some actual dragon parts, since it would just be a robot that is in the shape of a dragon rather than a robot dragon.
