Actually the Hunters that look like elites are supposed to be added in Halo 2... But they couldn't finish them... Also the Arbiter did stop part of the rebellion... Glassing their planet forced them into complete submission. And yes... Doberman Gators... I was like, "Lol wut?" Though yeah... The Doberman Gator and Elite looking hunter are from the directors cut of Halo 2 (in which I own xD)

your probably right about most of those, not so sure about the hunters that look like elites, and, while the elites might not have been able to handle the grunt rebellion, the Arbiter was able to stop them, by himself I'm not sure, but I know he did stop them =3 some Elites are nicer then others, I know the covenant has a lot of aliens on their team, but I never heard of scary ones, and Doberman Gator?! 0_0
