Roxas watched as Ophelia left. Why couldn't she just understand. It didn't really surprise him all that much though. No one ever did. It had been ten years since Celti died and his life changed forever. None of this was his choice. The battle with Ifrit was supposed to go a different way. Celti was going to chain him down to her so she could take him and dispose of him properly. She was the spellcaster of the Phantom Thieves. An S class spellcaster. It wasn't until Ifrit had hit her that the spell bounced off and chained itself to Roxas. There was nothing that could have been done to stop it. Celti was about to die and Ifrit had to be chained so as a final resort, Celti finished the spell and chained Ifrit to Roxas. Since then he has had to live with him chained down. He lost friends because of it thinking he was insane or just didn't want to be around him. It was a rough life, but he got used to it.

Roxas didn't realize it, but Morthos had come back from the hot tub. "Oh hey Morthos."
Was all he got out. It looked like he had just had the best time of his life. That made him smile. At least one of them was having a bit of a good time. Roxas quickly changed into something more comfortable then laid down on the bed. "Hell of a day wasn't it? Tomorrow's going to be even better. I love me a good fight." That was mostly Ifrit talking, but at the same time Roxas too. "Hey, sorry I had to leave suddenly." He sat up and looked over at Morthos. "I have this little problem I had to deal with." He wasn't sure if he wanted to tell Morthos about Ifrit yet. "So how was you're alone time with Jax?" He asked trying to avoid talking about what had just happened with Ophelia.
Welkins made his way into the class room and saw Reia sitting already. He noticed that she had waved at him and he waved back. Sliding his way past the other students standing around and talking, he finally made it to the table Reia was at. "Sorry we didn't get much of a chance to talk earlier, I had to go see guild master Amleth about something." He looked at her slightly and smiled. "So how was your mission? you look exhausted." She did though. It looked like she hadn't been able to sleep a wink in the last day or so. Something must have happened and he almost regretted asking. If it was bad he didn't want her to have to relive it by talking to him about it. "You know what, don't worry about it. It's your business and you dont need to tell me." He smiled again and took her hand slightly to show that he understood and she didn't have to say anything.

Roxas didn't realize it at the time, but when get got out of the shower to dry off he noticed he was crying a bit. That sure as hell wasn't normal. Not long after he could hear Ophelia asking him to come out and talk to her. 'Shit she heard me.' The thought went through his head. This was not a conversation he wanted to have right now, but there was no way to get around it. "I'll be right there." He said with a hint of shaky in his voice. He wrapped the towel round his waist the walked over to the door and slowly opened it. "Hi." He looked at her, taking in all her features and noticed that she was still in her swim suit. His face was all red and Roxas wiped away the tear that was forming in the bottom left of his eye. "Didn't think you'd be here so quickly otherwise I would have changed quicker. Sorry for the indecency." His voice was soft and probably a little hard to hear to a normal person, but he knew Ophelia had better hearing and could hear every word. "I hope I didn't worry you. I'm sorry if I did. I just needed a bit of time alone... I.." He stopped the words seemed to get caught in his throat and he couldn't get them out.

Not much made Roxas upset anymore. If anything he got mad during fights, but that was about it. It wasn't a surprise though. The fact that his whole team had been wiped out and then just talked about like it wasn't anything, and his girlfriend just got threatened. Not really a good night since he couldn't do anything about it. Maybe Ophelia wouldn't question him on it to much. He didn't know how much more he could take right now. Normally if he was upset, Roxas would shower, but that wasn't going to work right now.
Roxas listened intently to the plan. It seemed pretty straight forward. Ophelia would take on the Alpha and he would take on the Beta. Everyone took their turn talking about the plan while he stayed quiet. Not much he needed to say in this situation. While Morthos gave his demonstration of what he would do, Roxas shifted so his arm was around Ophelia's waist. He pulled her slightly closer to him then continued to listen. Not but seconds later, Ifrit started talking to him again. "Okay I've waited long enough. Get out of the hot tub and go so we can talk. You can play with your girlfriend later." It almost sounded like Ifrit was being a nagging mother right now. The thought of that mad Roxas laugh a little. He knew that Ifrit was pissed though.

"Okay." Roxas reluctantly started to shift to leave. "Plan sounds great guys. I gotta go." He knew that sounded odd, but didn't really care to much right now. If it worried her, he figured Ophelia would follow. It didn't take him long to dry off make his way back to the room. Once the door had closed he took his wet shirt off and threw it into the bathroom. "The fuck do you want?!" It was rare to hear Roxas swear unless he was really ticked off. "You know that this is important to me. Just because you 'live' in me, doesn't mean you have free rain or can tell me what to do." Ifrit scoffed. "Boy you know damn well if I really wanted to I could take over your body and kill every last one of these miserable pests. Plus this isn't important to you. You just want to make that vampire of yours happy. You're the one you who won't talk to me in front of them. I don't know how, but you made it so I can't hear your thoughts so we can't talk that way." Roxas walked into the bathroom after his shirt and turned on the shower to mask his voice in the case that Morthos came back. Might as well get in the shower too.

"Okay one don't ever talk about Ophelia like that. She is my girlfriend and you will respect her. Two you can't do shit and you fucking know it. You have Celti's chains and Jax's chains. You're not going anywhere so quit your idle threats." Roxas shut the light off before he got into the shower he knew this was going to be a long night if things didn't get resolved. "Enough of this bullshit fighting. This isn't what I wanted to talk about anyways. What aren't we going to kick some ass tonight like we planned?" Ifrit changed the subject. "You've been doing this a long time now why are you taking orders now?" "Because I'm not an idiot Ifrit. You saw what we're up against and if there was less then five then maybe we could take them. You know I can only use your power for a short time before I either pass out or die. I know you're hopping for that I die so you can escape, but you know that's not going to happen." He starts to wash himself to get all the chlorine off. "Oh so what you're afraid of getting kicked around now? I know what it is. You don't what your 'girlfriend' to get mad at you. You're going soft."

"Yeah well I'd rather that than be dead. Ophelia's the only person to make me feel again since you murdered Celti ten years ago." Ifrit scoffed. "Murdered is such a harsh word. I like released from this world more." Roxas snarled at that. Even though it had been ten years already, it still stung to remember that he is sharing a body with the thing that murdered his whole team and his first love. "Whatever you want to call it it still happened. You're lucky I don't let Jax kill you now. Regardless we are not leaving tonight and that's final. Now get out of my head!" He yelled right as the door to his room shut. The shower was on full blast so whoever it was would have only heard a muffled yell if anything. Roxas thought for a minute then decided that he'd just blame it on the water being to hot.
Welkins wasn't expecting Reia to kiss his cheek. It really took him by surprise and sent a shiver down his spine. Not a bad feeling, but not one he was used to at all. He watched as she turned and left the other way, then started to walk to Amleth's office. It wasn't to far from where the lecture theater was, but with all the people in the way either leaving to meet with Kalona or just running to classes, the halls were hectic. After waiting and pushing a little, Welkins finally made it to Amleth's office. It didn't surprise him that he wasn't there yet. There was probably a lot of questions being asked and whatnot. It didn't matter to much if Amleth was late or not. This was a big deal and he didn't want anyone to be overly freaked out.

Not but five minutes later Amleth came in. "Sorry for the wait Welkins. It's pretty crazy out there." Amleth gave a weary smile then went to sit at his desk. "All right now I'm not going to waist your time so I'm just going to cut right to the chase. I know Kalona said he didn't want and students to help out with this, but if it wasn't for you we wouldn't know anything about this. Felix doesn't think that this is a big deal. He's probably just mad that you are that one who grabbed this data. We all know he has something against your father and naturally that means you too. At least in his eyes. But that's besides the point. I wan't you to keep doing what you're doing and keep look out at night. I trust the hunters to do their jon, but no one has that eye like yours." Amleth always like praising Welkins and it was always nice to hear it, but this was going against Kalona and even though Amleth didn't answer to him, it was still a scary thought to go against his wishes. "Now I know that this isn't what Kalona wanted, but I really think that we need you too. You don't have to say anything right now. The offer is on the table. Just give me an answer before tonight okay?" And that was it. Amleth nodded his head and let Welkins leave without letting him say a word.

Obviously he was going to say yes. The town meant a lot to him and now that he had someone he wanted to impress, Welkins wanted to protect it and her more than ever. Now wasn't the time to think about that yet. It was almost time for weaponry and he couldn't wait to see Reia again. Regardess of what happened before she left.
Welkins didn't have much time to spend with Reia right now, even though he wanted to. He had to go with Amleth and Kalona to talk about what was going to happen. "I have no idea what's going to happen but I just hope it won't be to bad. I cant stay long though would you like to come tonight and have dinner with me and we can catch up on the ladt day?" He smiled even though his heart wasnt in it right now. As much as Reia took his mind off of most things, this potential war scared him. He waited for her to reply before hr left.
Roxas nodded to Morthos when he told him about being followed then walked up to their rooms together. Once in the room he looked through his bag and found his trunks. He didn't normally swim, but after today it seemed to be well worth it. He put on his trunks and a shirt then followed Morthos out to the hot tub. Even though Jax knew about the pentagram on his back didn't mean he wanted the others to see it yet. That was a conversation that he was not ready to have. When they got out to the hot tub, the girls were already in. Roxas walked over to it and crossed his arms. "Seems like you two beat us to it." He smiled at Ophelia as he got in and smirked at Morthos when he made his joke. He sat next to Ophelia then took her hand under the water. Even though he didn't know much about her, he still loved her. After looking at Ophelia for a bit, Roxas turned his attention to Jax as she was explaining what they had found. It was very interesting hearing what she had to say. He figured he would keep his mouth shut on this one and let Ophelia explain since she knew more about what was going on than him.

Once everyone was seated into the theater, everyone went quiet. They knew that something had to be wrong. All three guild masters were seated on the stage waiting for there to be absolute silence. From right to left it was Kalona, Amleth, and then Felix. Felix still had that shitty look on his face that he had the night before. He was not impressed at all with the situation. After a few minutes, Amleth stood up from his seat and started to talk into the mic. "Thank you everyone for coming on such short notice. I realize that it's early and that a lot of you are still tired, so hopefully we can make this quick. As you all know there is a war basically knocking at our door. We have just gathered intel as of late last night that our town has been scouted out by what we think of as the enemy. Now we don't know exactly what is happening yet, but we don't want to take any chances. In response we area going to ask a few of the more experienced hunters to keep watch day in and day out around the perimeter of the town." The crowd started to rumble a bit to Amleth's words. Murmurs could be heard and people were starting to freak out a bit.

Isara looked over at Welkins with a worried expression. "What do you think is going to happen?" She said gently trying not to let her voice shake. Isara was a tough person, but even the thought of having to go to war raddled her too. Welkins didn't answer and just looked up at Amleth, waiting to hear what he had to say next. Amleth didn't say anything though. He just sat down and Kalona got up to speak. "Now I know this is alarming to a few of you, but you must rest ashure that this could be nothing. We don't want to take the risk and as Amleth was saying we need to keep a tighter guard. We will be going to the more experienced hunters for this so those of you still in class can count yourselves out on this one. We don't have anything against you, it's just that we want the higher ups to deal with this. With that in mind you all still need to keep up your marks and do well. That is all."

Kalona had a powerful voice when talking. It was rare to hear anyone talk over him. He was the first to leave though followed closlly by Amleth. Felix stayed for a bit only to look at Welkins and scowl at him. Welkins paid this no mind, like always, and started to leave the theater. Isara left too, but in a differen't direction. As he started to walk out, he caught sight of Reia sitting in the back. As seirous as everything was, seeing her face made him smile. He ran over to her as quickly as he could then stopped. "Hi." He said to her, smiling gently.
Welkins didn't get much sleep that night. He was far to worried about what was to come. The scout, the possibility of a war, Reia gone. It was all getting to him. Most of it was that his father wasn't around and in times like this he would always look to his father for guidance. 'This was going to be a long day.' He thought to himself. All night once he had gotten home, Welkins had started to write notes on what to say. There wasn't much he could say that he didn't the night before. This was going to be big and he didn't want to mess it up.

Once Welkins finally got ready, he started to make his way to the guild. On the way he spotted Isara who seemed to be walking in the same direction. "Hi Welkins." Isara said gently. "I hear there's going to be a huge meeting for all the teachers and hunters today. What's that going to be about?" She looked at him with soft and longing eyes. Welkins was to distracted to notice though. "Yeah." He said bellow his breath. "Something as come up and we might have a big problem." He left it at that and continued on.

As the two made it to the main building, Amleth was standing at the front doors waiting. All he did was look at the two and waved them in, showing them where to go. Welkins was starting to get a little antsy as he was slowly approaching the lecture theater. He had no idea what was going to happen.
By the time Ophelia and Roxas made it to the Hotel, he could finally comprehend what just happened. The two of them were walking and then suddenly they were running. It seemed like they had just stumbled across the werewolves they were after. or at least two of them. Regardless it was something that need to be addressed. It didn't matter at the moment though since they had to wait for Jax and Morthos to show up to talk about it. He thought back to Ophelia's later comment about taking the mission lightly and it finally occurred to him that she knew hardly anything about him. Same went for him about her though. That frusterated Roxas a bit and then started to think about what was going on. He figured after actually finding some of the werewolves, it wouldn't be a good idea to go out again later. At least not alone. It was up in the air at this point. Be fore he could open his mouth to talk to Ophelia though, Jax and Morthos showed up.

"Hey nice to see you guys again in one piece." Roxas poked fun a bit, but then shut up. There was a lot on his mind at the moment and he felt a little distant from the others. He knew Ophelia was going to explain everything to them, about what happened in the forest and then what they had found in the abandoned building. It was all excited to talk about and he was curious what the others had found out as well. It was already one day it proved to be a good hunt so far. It may have seemed like He wasn't taking any of this serious, but deep down, Roxas was trying to fight the urge to just run off and eradicate the beasts. Grown men and woman dying didn't bother him that much, he had seen and lived with that all his life, but when it came to children, well, stay out of the way.

Quickly trying to take his mind off it all, Roxas looked over at Morthos. "Did you two find anything?" He figured they would have, but just wanted to be the one to ask. Jax seemed to have some books with her and he figured it wasn't for some light reading. They must have found something good. That was the hope at least.

"What're you doing? You know where two of those beasts are. Why are you just sitting here?" Ifrit decided to pipe up. This really didn't bode well with Roxas either since he really couldn't answer him in front of everyone. As much as Jax and Ophelia know, mostly Jax at the moment, he didn't want to make it known that he was still talking to his inner demon friend. He chose to ignore Ifrit for now and quickly grabbed a pen and paper. He wrote down, 'We will talk later.' on it and looked right at the paper for a second. It sucked to have him imprisoned within his body, but the upside was that Ifrit was able to see hear and feel through Roxas' body as well. "Fine." Was all the king of hell would say. Once that was over with, Roxas quickly crumpled the paper then listened to what the others were saying. Turns out they were followed and they would talk about it in the hot tub.
