History: The Lizardfolk originate from many places. The Razathian tribes come from the Razathar bloodline. The Reedwood tribe is a newly founded tribe of Lizardfolk from their mother-tribe: Rakor. Chief Thrall and 30 other Lizardfolk have been sent away from Rakor to find new lands and grow a new civilization. Traveling with only a large fleet of small, crude boats and what little they can carry, they set sail to explore and discover a new land.
Appearance: Thrall has a large, muscular build. His scales are colored oak brown, dark brown, bright red, and dark red. He wears a wolf fur robe, wolf hide patch-wear, Bone garments, Bone bracelets and necklaces. Thrall carries bone and flint knives, a bone-tipped hunting spear, flint-tipped arrows, a longbow, and a bone staff.
Role in Civilization: Tribe Leader
Name: Lizardfolk
General appearance:
Description:
The Lizardfolk are bipedal lizards. Some are feral and savage, while others are organized and civil. They worship dragon gods and dragonic creatures. Some Lizardfolk dedicate their lives to serve a dragon, dragonic creature or deity. Lizardfolk are not very intelligent, but are strong and enduring. Their natural Armour and strength is much greater than a human. Most Lizardfolk Civilizations remain tribal, but some become Kingdoms or Empires. It is uncommon, but still possible to see Lizardfolk converse or even live with other humanoids.
Many Lizardfolk speak Dragonic, but some speak other languages too. It is nearly impossible for even the best linguist of another race to speak Dragonic, and those who can speak it can only use the most basic of phrases and words. Only Lizardfolk, Dragons, or Dragonic entities can speak Dragonic well because of their evolved speech organs. Usually, each Tribe or Kingdom of Lizardfolk have modified the Dragonic they speak to fit their culture, religion, or even environment. For example, The Lizardfolk Tribe Jakasia speaks Jakainac Dragonic, while the Tribe Ka'thara may speak Ka'thran Dragonic.
The Lizardfolk worship dragons and dragonic beings as deities or gods. Lizardfolk wear garments and clothing that is made from the leftovers of animal corpses that they kill to honor and respect the animal they have slain. Though they are great at war and appear hostile, brutal, and savage, they pay their respects to their enemies. It is surprising to many races that the Lizardfolk, although are brutish, can create excellent foods. Their foods range from animal meats to seafood, depending on where you find yourself, each Lizardfolk tribe has their own ways of cooking. Desert tribes for instance, create foods like roasted sandworm, boiled scorpion, and even fried termites, while Coastal tribes might make Smoked salmon, Boiled crabs, and Roasted squid. Lizardfolk buildings also vary on their locations. Coastal tribes use dried kelp, sandstone, and driftwood to create their homes, while Desert tribes dig holes in the sand and line the insides with sandstone blocks or build sandstone buildings. Clothing is made based on what resources are available. Like camel-hide in desert tribes, or bearskin in forest tribes. Lizardfolk also may construct massive monuments to honor dragons or dragonic beings in their area. As an expression of worship or loyalty, Lizardfolk will leave things such as: Treasures, Foods, Adornments, e.g, at the base of these monuments as offerings to their worshiped being.
Abilities| - S7 can absorb biological matter and use it to change its own body shape, form, size, functions, and even internal systems. - S7 can quickly regenerate if its body is NOT being harmed. - S7 can sacrifice biological matter to create different biological matter (Body fat for Muscle tissue, Muscle tissue for Natural Armour).
S7 was a normal 16 year-old who lived with his mother, father, and older brother. He had plenty of friends, did well in school, and was on his way to getting registered into the N.O.V.A science division. S7 had started noticing odd things though. He was consistently hungry, he only liked the taste of meat, he could manipulate electricity, and he couldn't stand bright environments. Things got worse. He started losing his mind and memory. By the time he was 17, he could barely remember who he was. A few months later, he lost himself. Went crazy, and began to think he was an animal. But then... He Became one. He killed his own family and went on a small, short-lived rampage through the city. It wasn't until N.O.V.A's MAD squads took him down and contained him.
*EVERYTHING IN HERE IS SUBJECT TO CHANGE!* Tell me what you think!
Hey! So... I am having some new thoughts and ideas coming in. I was wondering if I could try a small cult faction instead. Here are my ideas:
A small group of people from other Nations were banished into the wastes or left on former battlefields to die. These people found each-other and formed a community. Overtime, this small group started to believe in some dumb stuff, like how Technology is what killed Humanity, so this cult uses no Technology and banishes advanced knowledge of any kind. They expose themselves to small amounts of radiation to mutate and gain natural resistance to radiation (most die from this). This cult then started worshiping powerful mutants and offering sacrifices to these creatures. After a while, these people evolved some natural way to "control" mutation and turned most of their people into their own species of creatures. Monstrous horrors that consistently evolve and change. The process to become one is extremely painful and most end up dying before the ritual is complete.
To sum it all up, these people are a mutant cult that thinks that Technology is what killed humanity...
I am not expecting this (yet again) and I understand if you dont want this in the Role-play.
My second Idea is a group of human scavengers. People who organized themselves into a small nation of merchants, engineers, scavengers, and builders.
These people would take on a very nomadic lifestyle, traveling from one place to the next consistently and quickly. These people are not 5 star engineers, but they work with what they have and what they can do. They combine vehicles and build towns and platforms on them and use these platforms as building spaces to construct structures, thus, giving them moving towns (like the original idea, but it makes more sense and is easier to do). These scavengers travel around the continent taking what they can take and buying what they cant take. They love technology and will take or buy it at any price and cost. They are consistently wary towards other people, but are still willing to converse with them. These people are usually terrible at combat and will usually run away from battle. Many of these people are peaceful.
Thats all of my new Ideas for now! Sorry for not being on discord often.
