I guess I've completed my characters, now I'm waiting for approval.
Username: Nerendier
Name: Hayne Lysak
Age: 22
Gender: Male
Birthday/Zodiac: Nov 26th Sagitarrius
Allegiance: Sacred Blades (soon to be at least)
Class: War Cleric
Clothing: Exactly what he’s wearing in the appearance section
Weapons: Heal staff, handaxe, steel axe
Appearance:
Height: 5’11”
Weight: 160
Hayne
Personality: Hayne is an enigma, he was born for battle, but raised for healing. He’s a bit overdramatic and boisterous. He lacks social skills and will proudly exclaim that anyone and everyone will eventually fall to his blade, even his allies. He takes any chance he can to compete and will attempt to rise to any challenge presented to him. Additionally, if he can find a way to make something a competition he will make it one.
History: Hayne was born into a monastery of peace-loving healers on the Ylissian side of the Ferox-Ylisse border. As soon as he could walk he was taught to heal. Which came in handy, as he was often forced to heal the wounds of the other boys in the monastery, wounds that he inflicted. It became clear that Hayne was better suited for Ferox than for Ylisse, and so he emigrated from Ylisse to Ferox. From there he spent his days battling and healing in an attempt to simply scratch the itch for competition. His past, although far from tragic, is not something he wishes to discuss, he has simply wandered the land, healing and fighting. At least until recently. Deeply spiritual, he received a vision one night, that he was to swear an oath to not shed blood until he had closed as many wounds as he had opened. So began his journey throughout the land, healing as many as he could, eventually leading his way back to Ylisse, so that he may one day draw his blade in competition.
Ability: He’s quick, very quick and surprisingly strong from years of competition.
Quirk: He’s one of the best jumpers in all of Ferox.
Strengths: Quick, agile and fairly strong.
Weaknesses: Will compete with anyone at any time, and will often put himself into dangerous situations. He often overestimates his abilities.
Likes: Competition of any kind.
Dislikes: Failure and people who tend to shy away from challenges, even foolish ones.

Username: Nerendier
Name: Hark
Age: 25
Gender: Male
Birthday/Zodiac: Sep 24th Libra
Allegiance: Sacred Blades (Soon to be at least)
Class: Sword Knight -> General
Clothing: See below
Weapons: Tarnished Silver Broadsword (Equivelent of a steel sword due to tarnishing and lack of upkeep), large tarnished silver kite shield.
Appearance:
Height: 6'6"
Weight: 280 lbs
Hair: Long Auburn, with an unkempt auburn beard.
Eye Colour: Dark Green
Full Regalia with Shield
No Shield

Personality: Hark can simply be described as Melancholy. He tends to lose himself in thought and often has a distant look in his eyes. He used to be a true knight, a defender of the people and what was right, but has since fallen into what can only be described as a pit of despair. He feels he has little purpose in life anymore and simply soldiers on. However, occasionally, something can stir in him to reawaken what he once was, a true knight of justice.
History: When Hark was 18 he was selected out of military recruits as a candidate for The Silver Dragon Knights of Valm, an elite group of heavily armored knights, whose skills in breaking lines and holding points are unmatched, so much so that nearly all of the royal guard is selected from this group of knights. Hark was a great success in the Silver Dragon Knights, having been widely noted as one who may one day lead the Silver Dragon Knights. He eventually earned the nickname, "Ironbark Hark." Unfortunately when he was 20, he caught the eye of one of the most influential and powerful noblemen's daughter, who had been promised to an influential politician’s son. The young man naturally found out about the attraction and challenged Hark on his honor to a duel. In full Silver Dragon Knight regalia, Hark handedly defeated him. He accused Hark of cheating, and the nobleman, who was not present at the duel, swore that Hark had acted without honor, and had cheated. Hark knew that it was his word against the young man and a powerful nobleman, so he did the only thing he could do, he fled his home, taking only his regalia. He ended up working as a dockhand at an ylissian harbor town, hiding his past from everyone he met.

Ability: He has an innate ability to lead, his presence on the field of battle is noticed by all. If he were to stand in the midst of an army, he’d be the first one that the enemy would notice. People tend to gravitate towards his presence on the field, and his voice will be heard above even superior officers. His natural presence tends to inspire those to follow him, although he doesn’t have the confidence or willingness to lead at the moment.
Quirk: He has some musical talent, and can sing pretty well, he’s been known to sing the blues. He sounds similar to Neil Fallon when he sings.
Strengths: Very strong and very durable. He’s also quite quick for his size.
Weaknesses: He’s a heavy drinker, and that takes its toll. He’s somewhat unlucky and melancholy.
Likes: Drinking
Dislikes: Reminders of what he once was

I think it's a nice Idea. I've played souls, so, I see what you do. Just make sure that the weapons and class fit Fire Emblem, and we'll be just fine.

I just realized that you thought Hark was based on the Crestfallen Knight from the souls series, but he's more based on Bowen from Dragonheart. In any case, expect both CSes from me within a few hours.
Hey Overwatch, since you're GM, what do you think of my idea for the War Cleric:
http://www.roleplayerguild.com/topics/55287/posts/ooc?page=6#post-1731558

Perhaps I'd play my both the knight and the war cleric, if you'd have me of course. (I intend to make some minor changes to Hark's backstory first, of course.)
Before Hark could reach the duel it had ended abruptly. General Von Schmitt had dispatched the berserker and fallen to her knees in exhaustion, appearing to gasp for air as the berserker released her neck. Hark slowed his pace about twenty feet from the general and sheathed his sword, before anouncing, "General Von Schmitt! What is going on here? First you appeared to be leading this rabble, and now you appear to be fighting them! Explain yourself."
There was something about this whole situation that niggled at him. He couldn't put his finger on it, but there had to be a reason for this situation.
I'm really interested in either playing my Crestfallen Knight (note I will make changes to match this RP) or a War Cleric based on Commander Strax. *heals someone* "There! All better. Now rise up so that we may someday meet on the field of battle where I will rend the flesh from your bones!"
Unfortunately under the constraint of the FE world, I would have to be a character that has strong healing AND strong melee capabilities to make that second character work. Would it work if I made him a pacifist for some extended amount of time? Perhaps sworn an oath to never raise his blade again until some task has been fulfilled?

Additionally, would the picture I have linked in my link (link inception bro) be acceptable, as you've requested anime style for the character's appearances.

Final Edit: If I were to play my Knight I'd like to go the Knight -> General -> Marshall route if possible.
I've committed to interacting with Von Schmitt, so until the berserker is taken care of I do not have anything to post unless I just pretend I never had any intention of interacting with her.
Well I guess just PM me if we ever get this RP going again.
I'm waiting on Purrfect.
Yea. So how bout that roleplay thing we used to do?
