The arsur (coast) was a beatiful sight from the decks of ärgős, the mobile house boats that were more precious than the blood that flowed beneath the skin of every Arsurón.

Bisre tugged at the taut, marrionet strings of her wooden toy as it danced across the surface of water, waves and drops flicking from the puppet's feet as she dragged the doll as if it was treading the water's surface. The girl, not much older than 2 úsrog giggled to herself as her father and his associates talked buisness nearby. Ánam wished his daughter might listen as well, even if she did not realize the importance at this age.

"Bańa!" he boomed to adress his fellow cheifs, vital allies in this pressing time. "The sea calls for us to move north towards the yijen re̋Hrëh!" refering to the river at the northern most portion of the Arsur. This was a traditional favorite for raids, as the fertile floodplains drew in many weaker, yet still hardy races from the desert that were perfect for enslavement. However, this river had never been properly settled on, the traditional view being that its shallow waters would not allow for anything bigger than a raid canoe. Ánam, however, saw this risky plan as vital to his tribe's domination of the Arsur and beyond.

"The yijen re̋Hrëh is a source of not only income, but expendable warriors for our enemies! If we can set up a bägős camp in the river we ma-"

Ándótt, the leader of the Ori tribe slamed the end of his spear into the floor of the boat. "It is not possible Ánam! You cannot get one ärgős in those waters without sinking, let alone an entire bägős camp."

Ánam's mask hid the way his face twisted in disgust as he began to speak again. "We have no choice, Ándott! Our enemies get stronger every day! They pluck more slaves to tire us before their warriors massacre our own! They must be kept from that river, we must claim it as our own!"

"You are willing to risk the lives of our people to try and form a camp on that river!"

"No, my own tribe will go, we will move onto the yijen re̋Hrëh!" Ánam spoke. "We will take control of its waters and make those lands ours"

"Or die and leave our alliance in pieces" the Kisi tribe chief, Ángań replied.

"Then it will be as if I had never gone at all" Ánam replied.

The next day, Ánam and his tribesmen began sailing north towards the mouth of the yijen re̋Hrëh. Bisre looked over at the coast as they passed it, waiting to see when they came to land she had not yet seen.

*firog - basic unit of historical time, equivalent to 5 years. The Arsurón belive their species was created 400 úsrog, or 2000 years, ago. Úsrog is the plural

Racial Characteristics: The Arsurón possess slippery, amphibian-like skin, typically teal or bluish green. This skin allows for direct transfer of oxygen to blood when submerged in flowing water, and allows the Arsurón to absorb the water from the air of damp enviroments. This skin also makes them suseptable to water soluable poisons and toxins at a much higher rate than most. Their yellow colored eyes give them thr ability to see perfectly underwater. In addition to elflike ears and slender phisiques, they have sharp teeth and sharp, knifelike claws.
Race Bio (personality, etc.): The Arsurón's origins are obscure and uncertain, it is unknown if they arose from sea dwelling life, or diverged from a land dwelling species that returned to the water. What is known is they first appeared as elflike amphibians along the Arsur coasts. Following fish and other sea life up and down the shorelines, the Arsurón developed the boat centered, sea based nomadic lifestyle they live currently, also conducting incursions and raids on small settlements along the nearby rivers where they take captives for use as slaves.

Zaynab watched Lithe carefully, taking note of his mannerisms and behavior. She did this for a while before feeling satisfied in her evaluation and returned to her room. After flipping through the Television, Zaynab took notice of a sound. She answered the buzz snd gave the okay for Tecumseh to stop by.

Talia Molina

Talia smiled in an odd, almost manic manner after listening to DanS description.

Elementals so closely together! This is too easy!, she thought to herself.

"Well we better catch up with the superpowered circus then," Talia replied happily, still with that crazed look of satisfaction at the mention of following the elementals. She was so fixated on jt, she didnt even notice Chloe approaching.

Alessa maintained her displeased expression for a minute, before softening up.

"Well...Thank you, I guess"

Alessa continued to eat, trying to clear her mind of the information placed before her. She remained silent for the most part, waiting for anyone else to speak up. Jason wanted to, but still wasn't sure just how to lighten up the situation. So he too, just sat in silence. Alessandra finally spoke up once more after her bout of speechlessness. "I think I should get back to the dig site, thank you for the meal." She said, standing up and pushing her chair back into place. Jason simply got up as well, no objection, barely any show of emotion from him.

Talia Molina

"Well, I'm not an alien lizard, but I am a Jew with a goverment job" Talia replied mockingly in English, "Hope that's okay". She spoke with a sardonic smile as she looked over Dan. "Here, let me help you with that," She said as she reached into her bag and pulled out a first aid kit. If Dan would let her, Talia was going to bandage up the cuts from the glass, maybe wash out the particularly bad ones with some alcohol and antibiotics, and run a blood test on some sample's she'd snag from him during that.

Then, it caught her attention that the train had suddenly come to a full stop, and then it was moving...backwards?
This just screams elemental activity, Talia thought to herself as she watched it.

"Hey, you mind telling me what's going on on that train?" she asked Dan, pointing to it as it rolled back past them.

Alessa simply sat vacant faced at the table across from Tecumseh. She was in a mix of shock and...well she didn't quite have a name for the other emotion. The girl took a bite of her pie, before speaking once more.

"So, Is there a reason you brought me here to explain that? I could assume tou just wanted to get to know another elemental around here but Im guessing thats not it at all?"

In reality Alessandra had little interest in continuing the talk of elements, but she was a bit curious.

Zaynab Rousani
Zaynab had finished her meal and was about ready to return to her room. She had eaten a lot, savoring her first real meal in years. As she walked into the hallway, she felt a strange sensation. Like...someome near her was not right. She turned sharply towards the feeling and her eyes landed on Lithe. She didn't know who he was, but she could feel something off about him. Zaynab simply stood there, watching him.

Near where Dan had landed, Talia was searching out the surrounding area for any signs of her target, the rogue element. She liked to call him MatchBox due to his element. She giggled to herself before walking closer to the train tracks. As she aproached the track, Talia felt the ground shake as the train aproached.

Odd, the train was supposed to have stopped at the nearby station. She she moved closer to look, Talia jumped back as a man whent flying through the window, landing near her in a pile of glass. Talia instictively ran up to see if he was okay. <Voi! Siete male? Come è il braccio?> she asked him in Italian, checking to see if he had broken anything.

Name: Talia Molina
Element: Technetium
Age: 18
Gender: Female
Appearance: Talia appears to be younger than she actually is. The results of her element have rendered her growth stunted, giving her the appearance of a 15 year old. She keeps her black hair cut short, as not to get in the way when she is on missions. Talia usually wears a pair of jeans, a white Sailor Moon shirt, under a green military esque jacket. She also wears glasses to combat the decay of her eyesight since her element was activated.
Powers: Constantly gives off low levels of radiation, can focus these into streams of radiation. When extremely cold, Talia can use her body as a superconducter
Weapons: IWI Jericho 941, Mini-Uzi, a unique weapon called an Elemental Deactivator. Its highly unstable and experimental, but intended to be used like a bomb that will deactivate the powers of any elemental who is caught in its pulse.
Backstory: Born in the North West of Israel, Talia was the first elemental. Taken in by the Israeli Military as an infant, she was used for an experiment of great importance. She was subject to a long series of Gene Therapy, bestowing upon her altered dna. When the girl reached the age of 3, her powers were activated with the use of a recently developed trigger, that activated the genes. As in earlier mice experiments, the genes produced high quantities of Technetium metal. But, the metal would not react with Talia's cells, simply floating around inertly. She was lauded as the first sucessful human elemental. The government of Israel negotiated with other allied nations to begin testing of randomly selected hospital patients in their own countries, hiding the gene therapy as medication. Then, on 2017, the activation pulse was set off, activating the powers of all the elementals.

Talia was utilized as a sort of special agent, a new supersoldier to be used on important missions. Talia grew up in the ranks of the IDF, raised by them to be an elite soldier. She is, by result, very itelligent, capable of solving any problem put ahead of her. She is also adept with a wide variety of firearms and hand to hand combat. She speaks most major world languages, and runs missions across the world. At 18, she is just now being legaly recognized as a soldier, but rest assure she has pleanty of experience.
