About Me:
I started roleplaying around age 12, giving me about 11 years experience. I'm a hobby writer who makes subpar fantasy and sci-fi novels on the side and have dabbled in the world of light novels to give my drawing skills a bit of practice. I'm by no means a professional or even really a 'good' writer, but I do try my hardest. Unfortunately, I am a very busy person so I often simply don't have the time to put the level of quality revision and editing into my posts that I'd like. That said, I am committed to creating the best experience for my fellow roleplayers when I join their RPs. I am a busy person, however, so know that I may drop an RP if I become unable to devote any more significant time into it.

I mostly take part in Fantasy RPs and Nation RPs. While I enjoy romance side plots in other RPS I do, I generally don't do Romance focused RPs except on occasions. I am okay to do Romance RPs on 1x1, however, note that I usually have to be in a particular mood for these RPs so I am not always up for doing them. For this reason, when I want to do such roleplay, I seek out a partner myself. I am fine with writing mature/18+ scenes, however, I typically find them boring and uninteresting to write (sorry, I'm not much of an erotica writer). As stated above, I am LGBT and Trans friendly, so LGBT Romance subplots and RPs are totally fine by me.

In terms of characters, I'm most likely to roleplay women, as I am one, though I can roleplay any gender. I enjoy exploring the characters and fleshing them out as they grow in the setting.

I am often told that I can come off as rude, and while I like to play it up a bit and be something of a tsundere, and I am trying to work on it, but please note that I am not much of a social person, even on the online realm, and I may take a while to respond to messages or not give you a very detailed response. Feel free to message me for purposes related to the RPs we are mutually a part of, though. I love to discuss things concerning the games to give them a more interconnected and realistic feeling.

As stated above, I have dyslexia, and it can be a pain in the ass sometimes. Don't be afraid to point out mistakes in my writing, I have a tendency to misspell, and I want to be made aware if it's particularly bad. I also speak a variety of languages, and if you are interested in RPing in a language other than English, I am more than happy to do so. Check out my Langauge Competencies list to see what I am capable of using.

My interests are High Fantasy, Historical Fiction, Nation Games, Alternate History, and Video Games. I'm not crazy about Anime, but I watch a few here and there, but I'm hardly the person to go on a long discussion on Anime about (I don't really see it as much different than any other animation, sorry.), same with Manga. However, don't go all weeb on me, I'm part-Japanese sansei myself, so obsession with and fetishization of Japan and Japanese people annoys the shit out of me and if you do it I will likely have a few strong words to say to you before I block you. No, I don't care if you're also Japanese. In that case, you're not a weeb, you're just a dime-a-dozen nationalist and that's even worse in my eyes.

Anyway, I hope to have some enjoyable RPs with you all. Let's have some fun.

Arsuron Pop: 125

The river mouth settlement had been taking off well, with the Arsuron using their newfound position to even defeat a group of Arusron Raiders from a rival tribe, even enslaving a few of them to help build the settlement. Anam had seen his excursion go from a suicide mission to one of great success in defending this major territory. Indeed from this point on, he would claim all land on the yijen re̋Hrëh to be territory of the Fiyah Alliance. From here Anam's collection of tribes would absorb all other Arsuron in the area, and perhaps more. Anam gathered all the residents of the village and those who thought that they would be returning to the traditional camp.
"Bańa! Today marks the beginning of our domination over the Arsur and beyond. We will begin colonization of all lands on this river immediately, and I want 4 groups of settlers to begin setting up settlements like this one on the banks of the river." He then turned to another 2 boats "You will go north from here, and settle along the coastline of those lands." Anam was pleased with the way that his tribe was progressing, and with luck he would have much to look forward to, that is, if his people did not grow tired of his seemingly insane demands.

Anrétt's group

Anrétt was the first to take something from the array of food. She started with the creature she could not identify, a prairie dog. Anrett lifted up the mask she was wearing, revealing her face to the Rokthan for the first time since she and her compatriots had come ashore.

The Arsuron had come from the sea, in the sense that their ancestors were amphibians, creatures similar to giant humanoid salamanders who came onto the land and decided to stay close to the sea. In many ways the Arsuron were tied to their amphibious origins, in the form of their ability to breathe underwater in a limited fashion, and the fact that they required the sea to reproduce, laying their one eggs close to their main camp and returning when hatching begins. The appearance of the Arsuron had begun to change over the many years they developed, and their faces were no exception. Under her mask was a very humanoid face, complete with a short nose, two yellow forward facing eyes, and a mouth which while possessing lips, was clearly a recent development in their species, as her long, sharp teeth poked out under them. However, the amphibious traits were there, specifically in how her eyes were covered by a nictitating membrane to keep out sand, and how her skin was smooth, lacking any kind of scales and seemingly moist. Upon taking a bite of the meat, her face lit up, mouth and eyes opened wide as Anrétt let out a sound similar to a loud chirp to show her excitement. The other Arsuron soon followed, even Angar sampling the food provided. The insects were of particular interest, as they were quite the delicacy in Arsuron lands. Insects were common along the Arsur but these particular kinds were quite the rarity. They were almost as good as the coveted crab or shrimp.

When the Arsuron were finished, they pulled their masks back down and began to talk amongst each other.
"Anrétt, have you had enough of your play time with the snakes yet?" Angar asked angrily, hoping to be able to return home to the Arsur soon and report to Anam.

Anrétt shook her head, "I'm going to stay here and learn as much as I can about them"

Both Angar and Anlug were shocked

"I'm serious, these people could be vital to our progress as a people." she replied "Look around you, they have things we don't, and vice versa. We could trade for them, that's why i made the Alphabet!" She pulled out the bone plate and handed it to Anlug. "Make sure that Anam gets this, guard it with your life!"

Anlug nodded as she and Angar went to go retie their canoes. Anrétt spoke to the Rokthan as best she could in their language, from what she had picked up in their clamoring. It was very broken, but she was sure they would know. "I here staying, friend-two-Arsuron home go, tell king place here. I learn of you Rokthan, live here place so trade and peace happen." She smiled under her mask, knowing that was awful, but hoping they would get it. Angar laughed heartily as he and Anlug began sailing back down the river.

Seafaring and Expansionist - I plan for the Arsuron to more or less establish colonies all around the world and use them as points for the conquest of more of the landmasses. I may also plan on a Spanish style conquest of a "new world" native npc state if possible
Mira awoke hastily from her slumber, jerking back and reaching instinctively for her revolver. The gun was still fixed as always on her side, but her sabre had fallen on the ground, along with her rife. Mira straightened out her duster and returned the other weapons to her back as usual. The bounty hunter quickly surveyed her location, taking note of the others around her, most were asleep but one was awake. His clothing seemed odd to Mira, but she recognized similar garments worn by high class merchants and businessmen in Pentopolis. Mira approached Lex, speaking clearly to him as she did with people of his aura during her time in Pentopolis and even Little Portage. "I assume you are in the same situation as I, just awoke in a foreign environment. But if you do know, would you happen to be aware if we are still within the borders in the Black Sea Confederation?"
Gratias, Amice
Holy moley, you really went all out with that, didn't you? I'm impressed. All I did was make my race speak Arabic.

Thanks! I'm an amateur linguist and decided that if this RP would go on for a long while to try and implement a realistic language shift. I have a fully developed Grammar but Vocabulary is being made up on the spot, and I'm planning on doing sound shifts and developing dialects and daughter languages as the RP Progresses

Anrétt was pleased to find the Rokthan catching on. When the creatures introduced themselves, Anrétt bowed to them, as was a normal show of respect for her people. This was a truly exciting development; sapient life not too far from their own lands! The three scouts looked around the small village. The idea of structures on the land was new, but it was giving the ever creative Anrétt ideas for her own people. Maybe, maybe the Arsuron could learn something from these people. But, if they were to transfer information, it would need to remain as it was told. She could not trust scouts travelling this far from the Arsur to reliably transfer information unchanged, and such lacunas and shifts of ideas could be troublesome. Anrétt brushed away the previous drawings she had made and began drawing strange shapes into the sand; while doing so she yelled over to Anlug to get her the two bone paddles from her canoe. The tool was made from a dolphin scapula tied with reed rope to a long stick of wood. It was more than enough to paddle a single canoe, but it would be repurposed for this occasion.

Anrétt began carving into the flat piece of bone, a series of strange symbols, and as she carved each one, she pronounced a sound with it. When she was finished, Anrétt repeated this process on the second scapula, before handing this bone plate over to the Rokthan. The symbols were as follows

Anrétt began reciting to the Rokthan her created symbols, and then read the two words that she had written down when she was sure that they had picked up on the symbols sounded

The first was her name Anrétt, the second was the word for boat, ärgős. She explained how the symbols worked, that they were syllables, always pronouced as their consonant sound and then a, and that adding a symbol will change what that sound was. She did this by using the sand, drawing the symbol she created for ka, and then drawing the added symbol, and pronouncing this, and repeating this for each vowel change. She also showed the the diffrence between a "deep" and "shallow" vowel; and showed them that all vowels become deep or shallow in a single word. She hoped that this would help them understand the Arsuron langauge a little more, and maybe even help them explain how thier own langauge works as well.

Arsuron - Pop. 120

Anrétt's scouting group

The three scouts were a bit overwhelmed when the Rokthan began crowding around them. They were clammoring and chattering both amongst themselves and towards the three scouts. Understandably, the three wanted to know just what the cacophony of sounds meant. Anrétt thought for a second before picking up her knife once more and motioning for the Rokthan to move back while she and her companions took a step back of their own. Anrétt took the knife and smoothed out a section of the sand as she began to explain the origin of the scouts. She pointed to herself, saying her name "Anrétt, na Anrétt", and then pointed at her companions "al Angar" she said while pointing with her spare hand at the male scout. "al Anlug" as she shifted the finger towards the female scout. Anrétt then drew, to the best of her knowledge, the river that they had just walked along. "al yijen" she spoke. pointing to first the river at their side, and then to the river that she traced in the sand. Anrétt continued to draw the river until she suddenly turned the thin line into a wide body of water. She pointed to this and said solemnly "al yi'am". Anrétt circled an area of the coastline she drew and told the Rokthan that it was called "Arsur". Anrétt pointed to herself and her companions once again, "nahi, Anrétt, Angar, Anlug, nahi Arsurón. Nahi d'al" trying to convey that they were indeed from this place. She began drawing a line showing them traveling up the river to where they are now.

Anrétt wanted to try and teach the Rokthan some vocabulary. She pointed to her knife, "Arsurón al ligi 'arkuH'" ((We) Arsuron call this 'arkuH'), She pointed to the watermelon, "Al ardúk". The canoes "al bïsgős". Anrétt hoped this would help clear up whatever they wanted to know, if anything. Angar scoffed at Anrétt's attempts. He saw little value in her diplomatic attempts; when she failed, he would solve the problem the correct way. Anrétt knew this, and was trying to avoid violence with the newly discovered creatures, but if it failed, she would not allow Angar to make things worse.

Anam's camp, mouth of the yijen re̋Hrëh

One boat lost to this deadly river already. Anam was at his ends; was it truly impossible to set up a camp on this river? There must be a way, any way to take control of this vital point. But could he risk another attempt to try and move a houseboat into the shallow river? He had already seen one torn to pieces by the river bottom, and while thankfully the sea spared their lives, the next may not be so lucky. Anam sat and thought. The ärgős was central to the lives of the Arsuron, it was their home, a mobile boat that could follow the fish and dolphin up and down the Arsur as the herds migrated. But, he thought, was the need to move really required in a situation like this? Anam realized what the point of this journey was, to control the mouth of the river. If it was to be held, there must be a permanent presence.

Anam called out to his advisor and told him the new plan. "We are going to move the bägős onto the shore, and make 4 of them permanently remain.

The advisor was confused, no one had ever suggested to repurpose an ärgős as a land dwelling. "Sir, why would we ever do that?"

Anam replied, "Because we need residents year round to maintain control. I want 4 bägős grounded, one converted into a barracks and the rest as regular housing. 2 people per house, only merchants and traiders. I want 10 soldiers in that barracks to prevent raids." Anam looked at his advisor, "do you understand?"

The advisor was utterly confused and somewhat horrified by the suggestion of keeping Arsuron out of the sea, but he nodded, "Yes sir, but...do you think that these merchants will take well to this idea?"

Anam chuckled, "The amount of money they will make though trade fees per day will be more than reason for them to stay."

And so, with that, the Arsuron began the creation of the first permanent terrestrial settlement in their history. Anam and his daughter would stay as well, making the new camp the Capitol of the Fiyah Alliance."
I guess i'm okay if everyone else is, but I may have to completely overhaul my idea if there are no medium or large islands on the map
