Latin, Old Irish, Old English, Old Norse, French, and Middle Welsh classes? Guess I'll be properly prepared for any trips to 11th century Britain.

About Me:
I started roleplaying around age 12, giving me about 11 years experience. I'm a hobby writer who makes subpar fantasy and sci-fi novels on the side and have dabbled in the world of light novels to give my drawing skills a bit of practice. I'm by no means a professional or even really a 'good' writer, but I do try my hardest. Unfortunately, I am a very busy person so I often simply don't have the time to put the level of quality revision and editing into my posts that I'd like. That said, I am committed to creating the best experience for my fellow roleplayers when I join their RPs. I am a busy person, however, so know that I may drop an RP if I become unable to devote any more significant time into it.

I mostly take part in Fantasy RPs and Nation RPs. While I enjoy romance side plots in other RPS I do, I generally don't do Romance focused RPs except on occasions. I am okay to do Romance RPs on 1x1, however, note that I usually have to be in a particular mood for these RPs so I am not always up for doing them. For this reason, when I want to do such roleplay, I seek out a partner myself. I am fine with writing mature/18+ scenes, however, I typically find them boring and uninteresting to write (sorry, I'm not much of an erotica writer). As stated above, I am LGBT and Trans friendly, so LGBT Romance subplots and RPs are totally fine by me.

In terms of characters, I'm most likely to roleplay women, as I am one, though I can roleplay any gender. I enjoy exploring the characters and fleshing them out as they grow in the setting.

I am often told that I can come off as rude, and while I like to play it up a bit and be something of a tsundere, and I am trying to work on it, but please note that I am not much of a social person, even on the online realm, and I may take a while to respond to messages or not give you a very detailed response. Feel free to message me for purposes related to the RPs we are mutually a part of, though. I love to discuss things concerning the games to give them a more interconnected and realistic feeling.

As stated above, I have dyslexia, and it can be a pain in the ass sometimes. Don't be afraid to point out mistakes in my writing, I have a tendency to misspell, and I want to be made aware if it's particularly bad. I also speak a variety of languages, and if you are interested in RPing in a language other than English, I am more than happy to do so. Check out my Langauge Competencies list to see what I am capable of using.

My interests are High Fantasy, Historical Fiction, Nation Games, Alternate History, and Video Games. I'm not crazy about Anime, but I watch a few here and there, but I'm hardly the person to go on a long discussion on Anime about (I don't really see it as much different than any other animation, sorry.), same with Manga. However, don't go all weeb on me, I'm part-Japanese sansei myself, so obsession with and fetishization of Japan and Japanese people annoys the shit out of me and if you do it I will likely have a few strong words to say to you before I block you. No, I don't care if you're also Japanese. In that case, you're not a weeb, you're just a dime-a-dozen nationalist and that's even worse in my eyes.

Anyway, I hope to have some enjoyable RPs with you all. Let's have some fun.

Okay, im okay with giving them a new homeland and history of migration.

How about this region?
They're semi-nomadic, moving between the North and spending winters in the more southern regions around the coast. And the Cities are relics of the Warring States age, when the populations were much higher, because they had a very high and plentiful food source, each other. They would eat the dead soldiers or the sacrificial victims, meaning food was much more abundant back then, but now that they have no reason to kill and eat each other, they've turned largely to seminomadism, living in the old cities in the summer and around the coast in winter.
Would it be cool if I joined as the UK?

Map

Capital City: Intik
Language : Velitii (Romeq Dialect is the standard)
Species: Velitii (a subspecies of Elf)
Army: no standing army; made of citizen soldier volunteers. Average volunteer size of 850-1,000
History:
The territory that constitutes Horomeq-Intik is a unified nation, created through the careful skill of the last king of Intik. The nation brought together the mountain folk of the Velitii, an ancient culture of Bronze Age elves, and gave them a single government, and the skill to progress to the age of the first steels. Though their territory is sparcely populated, the Velitii have been hardened by centuries of rough winter and war, though through the use of Terraced mountains, cities carved deep within the faces of mountians and caves, a fully grown metallurgy tradition, and strong religious and familial values, the Velitii have proved themselves powerful. However, the North has taken it's toll on them. While farming was possible though terraces, a good snowfall can easily destroy a crop. so the people left, sailing across the ocean and landing in a small chain of islands, and a patch of land.

Religion: Their religion is based on the principals of their environment. It demonizes snow and ice, calling them the forces of death. Fire is sacred amongst them, and their highest god is the god of fire. Their priesthood is made up of the rare individuals who show skill in magic. If a child shows even a little skill in magic, they are whisked away to begin training as a priest or priestess. The training is rigorous and brutal, as they must spend time in the harsh environments of the tundra as part of the training. They are also trained as warriors. Elven sacrifice is also a part of their religion, usually to the sun god. The victims are usually war captives

The Trolls were no strangers to new worlds, for they were the conquerors of many; however, they usually had to have travelled there first.

The Trolls on the little patch that was once attached to Alternia was now in the middle of a vast blue sea. Needless to say, the shimmering blue ocean was particularly upsetting. That shine meant that there was sunlight, and light was not a good thing for the nocturnal Trolls, and though the dark clouds kept the sunlight out, it was serious impediment for new conquest.

But conquest of what? All there was for miles was a vast ocean, no land to take in sight. You would think that this meant conquest was over. You would be wrong, for below, hundreds of Sea Dwelling Trolls were ready to scout, looking for any sapient species to conquer, and any others to parasite for reproduction. If an empire was to be raised, children would need to be reared and land must be colonized. Lucky for the new trolls, they were all of the conquering age, about 9 solar sweeps, or 21 human years. They were scheduled to be sent to the frontlines of a conquest tomorrow, but this would serve them well enough. Also in their company was the Empress herself, Her Imperial Condescension. Normally, she wouldn't be staying on a frontline world, but she had no way of getting back. No worries though, her network of loyal Highbloods and imperial drones would make sure no one was aware she was even gone.
Magic exists in the Velitii civilization, so I'm okay with it

Nerevarine: You mean hex 10,9? Although, I suppose the map could use some expansion soon anyway.

Yeah, that's fine
The crowning of a new leader was of significance for the people of Intik, with the terrace farmers in both excitement and nervosity, for a new leader meant a day of rest, and a communal feast, however it meant that much food must be provided. This was a good time however, with Intik just having annexed the Mountain of Hildenfuns from the nearby city of Anzo, which was in itself a weak border town ripe for the taking. With Anzo under the Intikese banner, the people may have a chance to gain superiority over the other city-States.

But all of that was of no concern for the common farmer, who was content to work the terraces, growing life literally into the face of a mountain. More conquest meant more land, and more land meant more money. It also meant more metal, more copper for the taking, and cheaper tools to work with.

However, back in the inner sanctum of Intik, Gelvira was consulting a new aid in what to do about Anzo. His name was Thurismund, and he had been leader of the Intik Phalax since before Gelvira was even born.

"So, that is the plan, you hold the festival, conduct the obligitory ceremony to the Sun, while the Army and I take Anzo before the feast is even over."
"Yes, Anzo is at the frontier of the mountains, with it, we may even be able to conduct regular trade with non-Velitii nations."
"Exactly, just leave it to me, and this will pass with ease"

Yes somebody posted! Very nice post, lots of detail, and you are accepted. Now a question. Are our civilisations in contact? If so for how long and by oh much? How are you going to control these city state-clans if they are divided? How far are these clans spread out?P.S: Nice namel

Yes, they are in contact, i wouldn't imagine very for very long, and it was probably by first contact with your civilization. And i'm only controling the City-State of Intik, which will lead into a unification selfplot. The clans and cities are separated by mountains and valleys, so they are pretty isolated from each other except for very close cities. Intik is near the border.

and thank you owo
Yei, also, the coasts would just be extremely deep, with lots of sea caves for sea dweller hives. And i guess my hex can be 9, 10
