There are plenty of other ways of learning Kido" Viole said with a smile, playing along. "Also, I have a question...what is a academy?" Viole asked, thoroughly interested. From what he's learned, this word is foreign to him.

on the outside Gio appeared dumb founded. on the inside he was cursing to high hell. if he spoke to soon he risked the inside rage reaching the outside. "the....academy is where....people go to learn to be shinigami." the words he spoke were slow and intentional. unlike the words he was thinking which were rapid and angry how the hell are you a damn captain and don't know what the hell the academy is. what kind of BS is this crap. and if somehow Viole could here his mental rant on top of everything else that happened with in the last few minutes Giovanni Cain would probably just give up at living.

Sage didnt have anything other than the clothes on his back, so he went straight to the food. He paid little attention to what he was shoving in his face. he didnt even take time to savor the flavor. it was his first real meal in days. enjoying it would have been fruitless if it meant taking his time with it.

Ira dug in her pocket and pulled out a bag of pills "then you probably know that this is a mutant growth hormone pill. gives normal people powers temporarily and boots mutants ability temporarily. its a highly addictive drug, and extremely illegal. side effects include heightened aggressive behavior. i took them from a student earlier. maybe you can do something with it, make it less dangerous but we need every advantage we can get"

Xmen: Mutant Registration is Avenged

Ira pulled back into the the school and telekinetically carrier they heavy bags down to digits room. when she saw her younger sister working on something she set the bags to the side and didnt say anything. the fact that there were multiple people in digits room was what was most shocking.

"did i miss something?" Ira telepathically communicated directly to Digit who was dismantaling the sentinal head like it was brain surgery.

"fix.....ing.......cere.....b...ro.... no...tele...pth.... " was Digits telepathic response. well it was actually 'fixing cerebro for non telepaths' but the psychic feedback from digits mond racing was painful to Ira and she only got a broken message. but Ira didnt mind the Pain. she needed an Aleve but she got the message. she reached in her pocket and remembered the drugs she 'confiscated' from one of the students.

"hiedi, how are smart are you in the medical branch of science?" Ira asked

Digit was digging through the sentenal brain like a mad scientist. she could see how each piece fit together, the function of every single circuit, and wire. but she was looking for hardware. when she found the 'black box' unit of the brain she extracted it carefully and hooked it up to a spare, non internet, computer. that way if there was a virus it wouldnt do any real harm. of course there was a virus.... and a ton of fire walls. so digit took a break and typed on her phone to tony this time. "if you can handle the software i can handle the hardware and we can get this done much faster" she didnt wait for him to answer her, instead she went to her OTHER desk and started typing out something no one would be abke to understand cuz she tweeked her keyboard for a personal code system.

Gio Blinked to avoid showing his annoyance but he wasnt about to argue with the man. he shrugged his shoulders "no idea what your talking about. your the only person ive met to say anything about that branch. when i asked about it in the academy i didnt get any answers other than 'they pick you, you don't pick them'...and they didn't pick me" he shrugged his shoulders again. that much was the truth at least. however he found it hard to believe that Captain Viole was once affiliated with the Kido corps. it didnt ring as 'fair' that such a mysterious man had such an extensive resume. Next thing he would be telling Gio was that he fought the head captain and lived. Maybe he was just trying to sell himself. what ever the reason, be it truth or for show, Gio would deny everything until instructed otherwise.

Kaji was pissed off. and to make things worse his bat was broken... and to make things EVEN more worse he was out of cigarettes. "damn it" he kicked a trash can over as he stalked down the streets. he had no idea what was going on but his instincts were screaming at him that he was on the brink of being draw into something out of this world. but his anger was screaming louder. First things first, he needed a better bat.

I was hoping I'd miss a whole lot and then come back with a super powered bat and be awesome... oh well, guess its back to the normality for me.

Hmm, maybe there's still hope for you to be my student" Viole said, chuckling "But thank you, I'm sure the other shinigamis would be honored to have you protect them. Its not everyday that you have a member of the Kido Corps protecting them" Viole had forgotten to keep his spiritual pressure under checked and even noticed that it was bothering Gio and some other shinigamis around him. "I'm sorry about that" Viole said, rubbing the back of his head "I try to contain my spiritual pressure but sometimes I don't try all that hard" Viole's spiritual pressure dropped, changing from that of a captain into an ordinary shinigami's "Is that better?" He said with a smile

the pressure wasnt actually bothering him physically. it was more like a gnawing curiosity that wouldnt go away. so even when it was lowered Gio was still all to aware of it. Gio tilted his head in confusion about the kido corps comment " its quite alright but...why do you think im in the kido corps?" he was positive he never said anything about it. and it had only been an hour at most since he was in. news doesn't exactly travel fast around here, especially kido corps secrets. best way to keep a secret is to never admit to anything.
