Backstory/Personality:
He’s the kind of guy most people avoid. Maybe its cuz he always has a bat and never played baseball. Maybe it’s cuz he smokes. It might even be because he’s a miscreant. Its probably that stupid rumor that his hair is red because of all the blood he shed growing up. Not true its natural. He is dismissive of most people. And can get violent quickly if you get on his nerves. But he will never hit a girl (unless it’s a fight to a death). Oh and he has ZERO respect for authority.
He grew up a violent life. the slums the ghettos, he knew them all. He was smart enough to never fail a grade but never really cared much to apply himself. Got in a lot of fights with his trade mark slugger. Naturally because of his behavior and reputation he has been in countless fights and incidents with disciplinary committee. Deep down, however, he is actually pretty smart and only needs a friend.

Personality:
He Clings heavily to the ways of the ninja and therefore is normally silent, analytical and observant. Because of his own personal experience he believes that most Genin should be thoroughly prepared for combat before being assigned mission that will involve combat. To that end he often advocates for a stricter curriculum in the academy.
On the battle field he is a forward thinker and an excellent team player. He works best with water style users because of his water chakra flow skill but can adapt to any other element at the drop of a dime.

History:
Being from a family that clung heavily to the old ways of the shinobi he had little in the way of a social life. He was pushed to success, graduating the academy at age 8 he had the odd misfortune of being a Genin in the first shinobi war. Soon after he made his first summoning contract right after graduating, His Jonin made the request that his squad actually participate in the war. While the experience was priceless his other genin teammates didn’t make it. The wolf pup of a summon bonded heavily over the experience And they stole the sword Ryunosuke during the war from an enemy. As was “the way of the ninja”
After the war his chunin examine was another forced exam that he passed at the age of ten.
Though he hated admitting it, the experience of the war was invaluable to the exam. As a Chunin his mission load was heavy and because of his ‘war experience’ they mostly involved higher risk mission. He was a true shinobi in his professionalism creating his own version of the storm release kekkai genkai.
By Age 20 he was an established jonin with a high number of missions and a mastered unique kekkei genkai. With the onset of the Sunakagure conflit he is one of the first deployed by Jinrayu Sanosuke and earned his Title as Dragon of the Storm on the battlefield utilizing his Storm release and his kenjutsu to defend his country

At the Close of the war and he Rise of the 5th Raikage he was Selected to be a member of the Storm Guard by his impressive track record most likely.

Kenjustu expert: he has studied and trained in the art of kenjutsu 20 years and has nearly mastered the art of dual wielding as well as his special katana.

Water chakra flow: by channeling water nature chakra into a weapon it basically erupts with water. while not the most effective in actual combat, when used with a strategic mind throwing ‘water’ kunai can set up for future attacks by supplying water. But in addition to that he channels the chakra into his feet and creates a stream of water that he can slid around on the water, like a hydro skates. Alo makes for boosted jumps

Advanced tracker: as a Hunter nin he is extensively trained and experienced in tracking down his prey. Though he mostly relies on his summons heightened senses to aid him, he himself is also a formidable tracker.
