Digit types on her phone "your not the law. your just a puppet. being able to control an ability doesn change the fact that they have the ability. maybe your new to america but they fear control more than they feel chaos. chaos is a smoke screen by which they justify immoral action. "control" controls chaos. and the American government is afraid that they are loosing their control. an "out of control mutant" is easy to deal with. shoot him, tranq him, beat him. arrest him. subdue him. all simple method employed for centuries by the US of A. but someone like magneto for example. you think they feared him just because he was a living magnet? no they feared him because he had control. control of his powers and control of the ability to create chaos.

Mutants have saved the world. but they fear us more because of it. all that 'control' that we posses threatens the stability of the government. its very difficult for me to believe that they want to "teach" us to use our powers. all of us. i wouldnt be surprised however if they were trying to find away to get rid of our powers. or a way use us all as super soldiers in the next global conflict since the Avengers work so well. "

While Digit typed away Ira almost went off again. instead she went back inside where she wouldnt be tempted to do something radical. Digit handed David her phone and pointed to heidi

the phone read

"a lot of people try to claim they know what we want. but no ones ever sent around a census asking. for the populations opinion. dreams that People like Professor X and Magento fought for..were their own personal dreams that SOME agreed with. I personally don't want equality. I want respect. not out of fear. But most of them fear all of us. we even fear ourselves. Alls that matters to almost everyone is that our 23rd chromosome and allows us to do extraordinary things. instead of seeing us as identical in the other 22 chromosomes they fear us because of one. ONE. suddenly that one chromosome negates us from or "inalienable rights". humans are the ones that made the laws... according to history anyway. but we have to prove ourselves worthy of them being applied to us? even though just by being born on american soil makes us legal US citizen? a normal human 13 year old burns down his house playing with matches. he gets arrested MAYBE charged with Arson. a mutants powers emerge and a house burn down and he is labeled a threat and highly dangerous. the humans juvenile records get sealed when he turns 18. The mutant has to live in fear the rest of his life. niether of them could ever set a thing on fire again in their whole life but one can live a pretty good life. the other a hard life, a life full of discrimination. hated and abuse. tell me how thats fair. "

Techno

This is Techno. The most advanced invention created by Digit, to date. He possesses and Artificial AI… yes I know its redundant so I will explain. Techno is hardwired to behave like a dog. He cannot think like an AI but it processes information based on its programming and its memory banks. He only “learns” when Digit upgrades his database. The behavioral program is based off of a dozen books Digit read on canine behavior. So far it is the Ideal dog and doesn’t really need to learn anything else about being a dog. But of course that’s not its only function/feature.
Techno is a technological marvel. It can process sights, sounds and smells at three times the sensitivity of a normal dog though sensors on its face, ears and nose respectively. It can see and record in HD Xray, Infrared, and night vision. Body sensors also acknowledged atmospheric conditions
He has self imputed facial recognition software, which is how he recognizes people.
The outer shell out of this mechanical masterpiece is made from adamantium “confiscated” (cough cough stolen cough cough) from the Adametco Corperation, in New Jersey, by someone who loves Digit a whole lot. The inner workings and joint are made of significantly less durable metals. Only the head, neck and back pieces, and the Canine Fangs are adamantium.
Underneath the hood, so to speak, is a system that I can’t even begin to try to explain .
Some physical features include, (not a full list because digit upgrades him a lot)
• Sonic emission
o emits a high frequency burst that is painful to hear and disorients
o Emits a shockwave of soundwaves that create a physical force (usually breaks the voicebox)
o Creates an echolocation type sonar.
• Communicating with David, Jean and Ira via their X Shaped accessories (hackable but won’t get you access to any of his systems. Its just coded radio waves)
• Thermoptic Camouflage- like invisibility but not completely invisible.
• Port Tail
o Usb tail for connecting to computers
o Port hacking. For electronic locks. Only works in X mansion and low level security. Unless she upgrades it.
o Auxillary jack for when the party needs better Music
• Smoke screen/tear gas/knock out gas

MagnetoII

Magneto II helmet (not yet revealed)

Created For David in a similar design to his fathers trademark Helmet. It has the same technology in it that allowed for the blocking of telepathic assaults. In addition to the trademark features it contains a device specifically for David. A small super magnet that when charged with electricity strengthens the Geomagnetic field around him amplifying his powers.

The potential drawback of the device is the strain the amplification places on the users body and mind. Prolonged use could either permanently augment mutants magnetic powers…or physically debilitate the mutant. Or both. We don’t exactly test these thing.

Psi Bullet casing. Made at the request of Ira

Created from the theory that Ira’s Psionic constructs could be isolated an places in “stasis” so to speak, Digit looked into psionic inhibitor technology. She discovered the technology that allowed magnetos helmet to inhibit telepathy as well as a ceramic like substance that created the same effect. After obtaining the ceramic and examining it further she molded it into a shell casing for a bullet and incorporated a micro tech system similar to the helmet to hold the psionic energy. The rest was pretty simple. Create a firing pin and add gunpower (or an equivalent) and voila.

A single round is the size of a normal rifle round. Later will probably be modified for a sniper depending on how well it works.

Once the bullet is fired, if it hits the target in the head , Ira would have direct access to the victims mind while the victim himself is physically unharmed. The effect only last a couple minutes for now. The more control Ira has over her power the longer it will last. If her powers are somehow weakened, the time limit shortens

Secret: Digit only agreed to build this as a means to stop David if he got out of hand. Since the helmet blocks normal telepathy, but not a direct path to the mind. And there is nothing more direct than a bullet.

For the sake of being fair im going to put down the capabilities of the inventions i introduce from Digits arsenal here. that way if anyone feels its too OP or anything like that I can tone it down with out issue. most things wont be as fancy as an Ironman suit but i think i have some decent ideas. i'll even try to explain how they work for the sake of authenticity.... except her inventions that come out of left field completely. but aside from Techno, there shouldnt be to many that i cant explain.

Ira rolled her eyes and turned to walk away with techno. she still didnt want to speak to heidi but as she turned around she was shocked to see Digit. out of her room..out of the basement. so many red flags went off it wasnt even funny. "Skyler?" Ira Spoke out loud in shock

Skyler AkA Digit. watched the retreating Ironman model fly off into the distance without a word to Ira.

Ira clasped the Bracelet around her wrist as she picked up a telepathic call for help. Ira didnt want to go, it was better to just let them fight. but she went anyway, exiting Digits room with Techno and going up the stairs that would get her to the garden the fastest. 'cover your ears' was the only warning she gave Jean before she told Techno "Techno, sonic" and plugged her own ears. the robot dog opened its mouth and let out a hig frequency that caused pain in those who heard it and disrupted their inner ear/sense of balance.

he looked at her. Slightly annoyed by her lack of emphasis. "why what? did you get left? Because you were late and you would catch up" he answered before continuing down the road. He had a slight feeling that something wasn't right but he always felt that way and hid his true nature under a reputation of iron skin. meaning he doesnt like anyone. and trusts them even less
