Well I was thinking my character could be a sort of scout for NEST. Being able to clone into multiple birds would help with that. I dunno. If you don't see the point I can come up with something else.

Okay another question then. Can my character have two powers?

I was thinking something along the lines of shapshifting into a type of bird but also while he is in bird for, he is able to clone himself into 2 other birds as well.

Or is that too much?
