This is a documentary film all about animal cruelty. It contains VERY GRAPHIC CONTENT! So you have been warned.

Now I am not a person who goes out of there way to stop or spread the word about animal cruelty but this film opened my eyes and taught me how much of an assehole the human race is. I thought I'd bring it up here so that I could see what other people think about animal cruelty. I talk not just about animal cruelty that is well known i'm talking about thing we take for granted and do not think about. Food, clothes and pets. ("She can also use it on her opponents by covering them in her blood and hardening it.'')If you mean however she can latch some blood on them and try to immobilze some movement, I not sure if I am also with it. It means that she can control her blood from some distance while the range is set on ''self''. Think that you need to look back at the jutsu and maybe form a more base version.2. High speed is usually not that bad, but to crack concrete with a strong blow? I think that is going too far for a genin. In real physics, it can't really be done by a mere human. In Naruto physics, I assume it would take some good strength and the speed. Again, I would like to see it lowered down.That is it for now.

Personality:
One could liken Shiro to a Masochist, possibly because she doesn't mind cutting herself and using her abilities in a reckless way. Shiro would shrug and agree as she has little regard for the thoughts of others, she just wants to get the job done as quick as possible.

During battle Shiro's sadistic, masochist and bloodlust attitude could come from her clan's kekkei genkai, due to it needing the use of the users own blood in order to use her kekkei genkai. Shiro can be a real handful in general and enjoys winding people up and getting on people's nerves.

She can however be an excellent team mate when you can get over her passive aggressive personality. She will grudgingly come to the aid of her teammates but will show no sympathy if they get in her way.



History:

Shiro comes from the aggressive and rather withdrawn Konton clan. A clan that possesses the powerful blood release bloodline. It has given the known users of it infamy when used in battle due to its high cost but great impact on the battlefield.

Shiro was born in her clans home village of Kirigakure, here she was taught by her mother and father the way of the ninja. As most members of the Konton clan are home schooled in order to avoid corrupting their children from the true Konton and ninja way. Shiro was also lucky with her kekkei genkai developing at a young age allowing her parents to teach her how to use it efficiently in battle. However they were disappointed when she showed no true flair for wanting to fight.

Disappointed by their child lack of fighting spirit, they decided to put her in a situation where she would have to fight and possibly kill in order to survive. Bringing to an abandoned part of the village they left her there alone. Once her parents were out of sight two men attacked Shiro, in reality these men were hired thugs meant to scare Shiro and rob her. Her parents had hoped that this sudden threat should force Shiro’s killer instincts to the surface allowing her to use her Kekkei Genkai. They were right.

Shiro awoke the next day in her room remembering her sudden outburst of fear and anger the other day. Her parents told Shiro it was for the best and Shiro surprisingly couldn’t help but agree. The next couple of months Shiro was taught by her parents how to use her Kekkei Genkai more efficiently in battle, from this Shiro adapted her own unique fighting style that incorporated her Kekkei Genkai and her flair for Taijutsu.

Her training however was cut short abruptly by her parents leaving on a mission. She was left in the care of Shiro’s Grandmother a bitter old woman who was devoted to the clan. After three months away on her mission Shiro was handed devastating news, her parents had never reported in to their mission leader and were missing. Though Shiro does not show it she is incredibly worried for her parents well being and wants to get to the bottom of the mystery of their disappearance.

Description: Kunai, along with the shuriken, is one of the most common ninja tools in the Naruto series. It is a black dagger designed for thrusting and stabbing, though it can still do some damage if thrown despite not being designed for it, and is about the length of one's hand.

Description: Shuriken, like kunai, are one of the more basic weapons seen in Naruto series. They are sharpened, four-pronged metal stars, useful for throwing. Although small, they can be used to distract, pin down enemy shinobi, or if accurate enough, can be deadly. They have an open circle in the centre, used for grabbing with a finger, to avoid cutting oneself, or to put thread through. The circle is also beneficial to the weapons overall aerodynamics, ensuring more accurate trajectories.

Description: Explosive tags are scraps of paper inscribed with a special writing, centring around the kanji for "explode" (爆, baku). Infused with chakra, they will explode after a set amount of time, remotely, or after being ignited by flame. The tags can be attached to a surface or wrapped around a weapon to be thrown at an enemy. They are very versatile and one of the basic ninja tools. Ninja can confuse their enemies by obtaining fake exploding tags. They work even under heavy rain.

Description: The Konton clan are well known for their ability to warp their own blood into tools while in battle. A great battle was once won by one man as the more they cut into him the more blood they gave him to work with. Sadly he did not live to tell the tale of his victory.

Blood release allows the owner to control their own blood to a degree of making it boil, explode, or harden. They can only control their own blood and of other clan members. Owners of the Ketsu blood line are granted the ability to regenerate blood a lot faster than a normal person.

Most clan members are afflicted with the curse of blood lust while in battle causing them to dip more and more into their limited supply of blood. Due to the sacrificial nature of Blood Release most of the Konton clan have died, due to bleeding to death.

Weakness: Causes great strain on her muscles due to the build up and sudden release of pressure. Moves in a straight line. Has a short period (1-2 second) where she must focus on her target before she dashes. The unfocused version does less damage than the focused version. Uses large bursts of Chakra. Can only be used a number of times as is extremely taxing on not just her body but on her chakra reserves.

Reaching into his trench coat he pulled out his wallet than from his wallet he grabbed a few notes of money, placing them down on the bar. "Hopefully that should cover the chips that were just wasted, Daniel why would you do that? I realise that you all are scared and confused, I also realise that my plan can be considered Genocide but if you truly believe in what I am saying; that they should be the one's in hiding not us than please do join me."

This is a mystery fantasyish Magic RP based around London in present time. This RP will involve anything you as a play can think of. You want to make a Race or magic? Sure go ahead, I'll give it a once over and most likely you'll be able to use it. In this RP I want people to be comfortable playing what they wish. Within reason of course.

Race

Not a race here that you want. Than simply tell me either through the OOC or through PM.

Vampire

Vampires are well known for being creatures of the night and here in London they are no different. They are weak to silver garlic and have a great fear of religious paraphernalia (Crosses Statue of Buddha etc), vampires also never age. vampire also cannot stand out in the sun for to long as they will become sunburnt than after about 4 hours of exposure to light burst into flames and than be nothing but a pile of ash. However with these weakness comes tremendous strength, agility and reflexes. As well as being able to heal from almost any wounds (Decapitation and a stake in the hear not being two of them).

Vampire must drink blood regularly at least once a day. Other wise they will become weak and if they don't feed for another 2 days they will be overcome by the hunger; causing them to become mindless killing machines. A vampire can survive without blood for 4 days. Vampire are normally turned when a vampire mixes their own blood with blood that is no afflicted with vampirism, as a rule of thumb werewolves cannot become vampire and vampires cannot becoming werewolves. In fact should a vampire drink blood from a werewolf they will die as werewolf blood is poisonous to vampires. Vampire can tell if a human is a werewolf. Vampires cannot use magic.

Werewolves

seemingly normally human being whom sometime in their life who have survived a werewolf attack with a just a scratch are afflicted with lycanthropy. This disease causes the inflicted to turn into a monstrous wolfen creature during a full moon, loosing all sense of their former self as well as their humanity. A werewolf cannot be reasoned with when they have turned and will hunt down any creature that they can smell. Once the night is over the wolf turns back into a person remembering their night as nothing but a nightmare. As a rule of thumb werewolf's cannot become vampires and vampires cannot become a werewolf. However vampires will not be ignored by a werewolf. Werewolves have in their human forms heightened senses and can tell easily smell if someone is a vampire.

Sorcerers

Sorcerers are humans who have been mutated by magic and as such have amazing magical abilities. Sorcerers are extremely rare and most of them die due to the amount of energy that is contained within their body. (Cannot be used)

Demon

Creature of evil, death destruction. To put it shortly they aren't nice. Generally Demons are evil creatures brought here from another world wanting to only cause havoc destruction or maybe just mischief. They feed on magic and as such are extremely adept magic users. Weaker demons freely enter the world only to cause nuisance and mischief the bigger stronger demons however must be summoned in by sorcerers or users of magic as they must have a large gateway in order to enter this world from theirs.

Human

Humans well are humans. They can use magic if they are taught it.

Magic

Inforamtion

Magic is an important aspect her in London and helps as much as it hinders. Magic is manifested when one person calls at otherworldly energies which than allows them to create things like fire balls or entrance a person. Normally a human cannot access this energies unless they are taught how to but Sorcerers see this energy around them. Most areas are more magical saturated than others and most Demon summoning are done in areas where the levels of magical energy are very high. This energy though does come at a price. In exchange for drawing power you must sacrifice your stamina. For example human A casts a small fire ball and human B casts a fire ball the size of large truck. Human A will be able to easily cast more and run around, while human B will be panting from exhaustion possibly be able to cast more. When it comes to magic if depends from person to person as to their magical prowess. Any user of magic has due to the magical energy an extended life span and will a lot longer than they normally would.

In order to limit people in the magic they can use please look at type of magicians below I am open to suggestions when it come to magic so please suggest via OOC or PM.

Types of magicians

Can only be have one. As with religion each branch of magic have their circles with leaders and such. These leaders help with teaching new magicians and ensuring that they do not expose themselves to the public.

Elemental

Can use the four elements: Fire, Water, Earth and Air.

Necromancers

Death magic that warps shadows into shapes. Necromancy is stronger the closer the person is to death (graveyards morgues etc). Necromancy is itself not just a form of magic but also a religion. The Leader of this religion and also the Necromancers is Kayle Helron. The Necromancers base is in an abandoned cemetery going deep underground.

Adept

A mage who has specialised in a certain form of magic but normally only one. for example an adept who can shoot lasers from their eyes or an adept who can persuade people. The rule of adepts is simple one magical ability doesn't mean it can't have many uses and cannot use other types of magic. An adept cannot do elemental magic or necromancer magic etc.

Sigilists

Magicians who use symbol magic. These symbols can be carved into flesh with tattoos and must be drawn with the users blood if they are not already. Symbol magic can be dangerous as every symbol must be perfect.

Clairvoyant

The Order

Information

In the early 1900 a group of mages gathered and created the first governing body called The Order. The Order keep order within the magical community and are effectively the magic police. While matters on separate races are left to their corresponding races The Orders job is to make sure that mankind are not aware of anything magical as well as protecting humans from any magical crimes. The order also contains areas where people can be taught magic, there is a large library with many books for the aspiring mage or those that have questions on aspect of magic or races.There are three leaders of The Order they are:

Phillip Rifna (Elemental) deals with human relations, Philip talks with important humans like the prime minister.

Jennifer Farie (Clairvoyant) Deals with magical problems, Jennifer sorts out any crimes commits by magical creatures or magicians as well as magical experiments gone wrong

Tolfey Quiton (Sigilist) Security makes sure that The Order, the werewolf cells and the bar are protected and stops humans entering the abandoned bar unless accompanied.

This is the place that most of you will visit. It is where the Order reside and where you can get a nice pint and meet other people like you. The bar offers places for Vampires to sleep during the date and a place for werewolves to safely transform. Think of the bar as a front for all the crazy stuff that happens underneath it, as most of the services offered by the bar are deep underground as for the orders head quarters as well.

The Story

Information

The order is currently recruiting new blood into its ranks and is looking for people to help keep the peace and figure out crimes of the more magical nature. You can choose whether or not you wish to become involved with the order it's up to you. However in the darkness something looms a man by the name of Joshua has risen a bastard child born as a sorcerer his natural grasp for magic has given him a god like look on life. Deciding that mankind were weak and magic was stronger he announced to the Order that he would wipe out all of humanity so that they could take over and be the top dogs that they should be. Obviously the order would never want such genocide to go ahead as the order was created to protect humans, not allow them to be slaughtered. How they will stop Joshua they do not know but maybe someone, will find a way.
