I’ve worked min wage jobs and I’ve done the bare minimum and have still gotten the measly ten cent raises yearly and good references from them. There really is no point, bare minimum gets you by.

" Why don't you just ask me now?" Pyotr calmly got a bit closer to the woman who had quote, a "Question" for him. Her voice sounded cheery... too cheery. The bullshitting kind where you flaunt looks to get your way. It may had been the conditions she was in, but she reminded him of the grudge. Too much actually. The dame wanted something obviously. Pyotr just hoped he hadn't fallen into some sort of trap. She had some friends. He had none. A weapon would have been nice... a shard of glass, a large rock, shiv, anything that could inflict some bodily harm. Glancing at the ground, he found a small piece of brick. It wasn't much... but.... it was something. Quickly hiding it behind his back, he warily approached Kaori, hoping it wasn't going to go down with his guts all over the floor.
Pyotr's body ached as he was thrown into the huge holding area. He struggled to get a bearing on his surroundings, but the ear-splitting headache wasn't making it easy. Taking a look at the other prisoners that were with him, he could already see a supernatural. A lycan by the looks of it, as the fur obviously gave it away. Were they all supernaturals like the lycan? Were there any other hunters other than himself? He was unwilling to ask. Most likely hunters weren't exactly the most welcome party at the table. But it seemed almost everyone knew each other already, as most of them started to ask if everyone was okay. Other than the prisoners, the bars around the holding area that made up the cage would be an obstacle indeed.

The exoskeleton crumpled to the ground as the high velocity rounds impacted against it's armor. It was almost completely wrecked from the rail guns, and Konrad finally stepped outside to see several doors suddenly become reinforced by heavy duty titanium walls, with tesla coils conducting a deadly current through the doors, which would mean the complex had become inescapable. Someone must have tried escaping again..... Konrad sighed audibly as it seemed there was no stop to the headaches today. Knowing the prisoners, it was probably that Jason boy. Konrad turned to Lillith/Layla, giving a face of sincerity. "It seems that Jason subject wants to see you hurt. He's done something again." Konrad sadistically stroked her hair, knowing that she was probably mentally and physically scared for life. The slightest touch would most likely have her recoil, or whimper pathetically. "I was thinking about giving you medical attention, but Jason's changed all of that. Instead, your torture may continue as we wait for Jason to be apprehended. There's going to be a surprise waiting for him in front of his cell, and you're going to be part of it! Doesn't that just sound fun!" Konrad gave a nod of approval at Angel. If Angel wanted to torture her, it was fine. The big finale was coming up..."

A blast door opened and quickly closed, allowing the Security Forces to pass through without compromising the lockdown. "The subject has to come down this way. It's a one way trip." The two exoskeletons and the drone started to aim their weapons down the hallway, waiting for a sign of Jason to show itself.
