Just a general announcement, we have 4 writers as of now, the roleplay is open to others who may be interested while we wait for our fourth to finish their character.

While we wait for Dimi, we can decide how we wan to drive this open world forward or at least what we want from our characters. I'm hoping to get Yorik to class change to a Knight and enlist as a Shepard, maybe even get up to being a Great Knight.

I left for an open concept with our setting, do we can work towards something we all woul like to see fir the characters we make and meet!

The ball is now rolling so to show this role play will stay alive. But when we have players I'll stay true to the post order. I'd rather you all know that as the GM I'm active so this story can progress.

And Opposition, wonderful start! I look forward to when Ryder meets Lissa and Gaius! Yes you can eventually become a Pegasus Knight. As we build the story you can find a Second Seal and class change.

If the lack of guidelines is confusing anyone I'd just like to address that we all have different writing styles, preferences and how we build our stories. So the first IC post is up.

There is no decided explanation for these events. Let's all write our conclusion, story and build it together!!!!

After the fell dragon Grima has been slain by the Shepards, peace has fallen over the lands. Ylisse, Feroxi, Plegia and Valm are all on the way to rebuilding their nations. The Shepards have disbanded and the warriors have put their weapons down and replaced them with tools for reconstruction. Amid all the joyous celebration and hard work, sweat and tears, a new invasion has begun. Although, the invaders did not know they were defiling the land, their very existence created an imbalance. Historic figures, villainous criminals and those not of this world set foot on the two recovering continents. The Einherjar, beings of Outrealm, the souls of those no longer living have reanimated and have poured into this world taking on a tangible form. Their lives have since ended, their memories remain, some live to protect, others live to conquer. Will this world see war once again or will there be those who can solve this mystery?

Welcome to the world of FE Awakening: After Grima! This is an open role play, here is our setting:

After the defeat of Grima, the Shepards have returned home in hopes of rebuilding a lasting peace. Unfortunately, Outrealm is still linked to Ylisse, Feroxi, Plegia and Valm. Countless Einherjar of renowned heroes, villains, friend and foe have scattered across the two continents. What will you do? Will you take up arms? Will you calm the disturbance? This is your story.

If Fire Emblem is completely over your head, basically it is a medieval fantasy setting with knights, mages, dragons and undead.

Name: Yorik

Age: 23

Gender: Male

Hair: Yorik keeps his faint, long orange hair tied in a pony tail tied behind his back. When working in the fields, he wears a white bandanna to keep sweat from his brow.

Personality:
A hard worker, Yorik strives to do his best in the task he commits to. A humble man, he is honest and keeps to the words he speaks. Due to the entirety of his life being on the farrm, he knows little of the dealings outside of what news has reached the community. This has made him naive to the ways of the world, with an uncanny child like innocence with those around him.

He is dedicated to playing his part in the revitalization of his small community in Ylisse. Swearing loyalty to the new Exhalt Chrom, Yorik has pledged an oath to support the people in his village hamlet. Idolizing the leader of the Shepards, the young farmer emulates his hero's resolve and supports those he cares for. His compassion and openness has cultivated a charitable heart, this has caused Yorik to at times over extend his ability to help those around him. Feeding the homeless and stray animals is not beyond him, often making him the target of many brigands.

History:

During the war
Yoik's village was saved by the Shepards during a skirmish with the unholy risen. During the crisis, the young farmer almost lost his life if not for the quick sword work of the mighty Chrom. It was a narrow brush with the reaper, but Yorik lived to see the next sunrise and his admiration for the soon to be Exhalt was flourishing. As the band of Shepards moved on to their next campaign, a meek Yorik called out to his benefactor, hoping to express his gratitude.

"M'lord... I-it is not much... But can I offer you my services.... In any way? This humble life of mine was spared by your deeds. If I can do anything to aide you m'lord!" The young farmer's voice cracked, but as he continued to speak, he found confidence in the hope of being of some use. Yet, as the benevolent figure of the leader of the Shepards turned to face him, Yorik felt a sharp surge in his body. It was the mere presence of such a seasoned warrior, the aura of regalia exuding from his noble lineage. Although they were both men, Chrom held a composure far exceeding a mere mortal. Then he spoke.

"Think nothing of it." A look of ambivalence hinted at a sense of remorse from the regal warrior. "Saving the lives of my people is my duty." Chrom looked over the quivering Yorik and read the young farmer's intent. "But if you have aide to give." Gesturing with his left arm over to the farm lands and a to a scene of farmhands nursing their wounds. "Serve your comrades. You and I both live on thanks to the deeds of others. Let us use our life to serve those who are in need of our help." As Yorik jittered and nodded in agreement, the company of soldiers had continued on their march, Chrom rejoining them.

"Yes m'lord!"

Since that day, Yorik had been inspired to do good for the people in his community. Although, his farm had then since suffered many a risen and bandit attack. The humble farm hand has persevered through it all. When the declaration that the war had ended, the fell dragon had been slain and the reconstruction began, Yorik always remembered Chrom's words.

"Serve those in need of our help."
