BECAUSE I AM SWITCHING ACCOUNTS TO POKE, THIS ACCOUNT WILL NOW SERVE AS A MEMORIAL TO THE ONLY KING THAT MATTERS.

Ostarion, the Skeleton King

"Bone is strongest where it's mended."

The victim of a longevity spell that backfired, the Skeleton King Ostarion has built an empire from the bones of his enemies. He lives only to extend his reach, for as long as he is perpetually building and adding to his domain he cannot die. The walls of his palace are formed of fired bone; the streets are paved with bones of every sort of creature and every enemy; and even the wood and other natural features of his land have been swept away and replaced with replicas formed of bone. From the Ivory Forest to Ostarion's towering Throne of Bone, nothing happens in the Empire of Bones without the full knowledge of its Skeleton King.

What's the current Hero/Villain ratio?

The skeletons had finished piling up the Lacrima on the wagons and wheel barrows, and Aedius began to lead them through the town, towards the boat. He pondered on where Cordelia was, she said she would get there before him, yet she was nowhere to be seen. 'That Ensign needs to hurry up.' Aedius thought. 'The First will be annoyed if we fail this.' The completion of this mission would give the Ragged Brotherhood better transport, and weapons which could be used in further unity missions. There were already some form of transport which ran on a user's magical energy, but most cultists preferred to use Lacrima as the vehicles' power source, as it preserved the driver's magical energy for confrontations and such.

The town was littered with dead bodies of villagers who refused to follow the Ensign and Arkya's orders. Aedius considered using those bodies to transport the Lacrima., but six skeletons seemed to be enough for now.

Aedius thought back to the time when The First gave him the mission, and provided most of the cultists with small communications Lacrima, there was also a medium sized one on the ship, which would be there for people who remained to protect the ship. He contacted the ship's Lacrima, using his own.

"I've retrieved the Lacrima, but I can't find the Ensign." He said. "Prepare the ship to leave anyway - she can just fly over."

Aedius had arrived at the cave which supposedly held all of the village's Lacrima. His suspicions were correct, and he was able to reach the cave by simply walking directly through the village. While he was pleased with the fact that he found it, his outside facial expression remained unemotional. The cave was definitely much bigger than what Aedius assumed, the entrance being the size of one of the village's houses, the insides were lit with torches, which made sense; the villagers probably constantly entered here, which would explain why there were multiple wheel barrows and wagons. There were also signs which said things such as 'Sacred Ground' and 'Tourists begone', but that meant nothing to Aedius. Wanting to finish the mission as quickly and efficiently as possible, he entered.

Sure enough, inside the cave were many piles of uncharged Lacrima. They resembled blue glowing crystals, and varied in both shapes and sizes. Transporting it alone would be a tiring process, and would take too much time. Aedius raised his hand up high, which created six white magic seals on the ground. Moments later, the ground beneath the seals crumbled, and six skeletons clambered out of their respective seals. They were skeletons from the Wandering Legion, the division which had no special abilities besides the odd magic user. These skeletons were disarmed, and had no weapons with them, as they wouldn't need any. Aedius gave the orders to the skeletons.

"Dead, our Lord requests Lacrima, and we shall bring it to him. Retrieve it." There was a moment of silence.

"Now."

The skeletons sprang to life. Some went over to the piles to pick up the Lacrima, while the others retrieved the wagons and wheel barrows. They quickly began to pile the Lacrima in the two transport methods, while Aedius supervised the operation as it went on. At the current rate, it would be long before Aedius had gathered all the Lacrima for transport.

"The First will be pleased." He said to himself.

Aedius sighed.

"The biggest fool in the Brotherhood." He said. Aedius was somewhat nice to the members of the Ragged Brotherhood, but Cordelia was the exception. She didn't listen, which resulted in unwanted repercussions. The rank of Ensign was technically just a decorated cultist, and thus held no authority over anything, and was an indicator of power, to think that she could simply disobey Aedius' orders was idiotic, and would come with punishment later.

The cultist had told Aedius that the Lacrima was on the other side of the island, and he had come from the village. The village directly lead to the cave, and was as such the faster option. Aedius questioned the cultist who went to find the Lacrima, who confirmed this to be true, and Aedius then made his way to the cave.

Halfway there, he realized that there would likely be a surplus of Lacrima, and it would be difficult to carry it all. Luckily, Aedius' magic would circumvent the problem. It was at that point he realized that the two skeletons he had summoned had not been around for a while. They had lost their usefulness, and Aedius decided to purge them of their magical energy. He clenched his fist, which released the skeletons from his hold, destroying them.

"Useless." He said.
Kael could see that everyone was getting ready for battle, and that made him prepare also. He became unnaturally serious, and was assessing his own Pokemon. His time in trainer school taught him the starter moves of some Pokemon, and Kael was aware that Nidoran knew Leer and Peck. He was unsure as to what Poochyena's starter moves were, but he assumed that Ted would already know...or figure it out eventually. Kael, then took a look at the opposing Pokemon: A Wurmple and an Eevee.

'Wurmple is a bug type, and Peck is a flying type move.' He thought to himself. 'I'll keep using Peck, since it's the only attacking move Nidoran has.' He was less certain about the Eevee, as it was a normal type. Nidoran wouldn't be able to do anything which was extremely effective against it. There were likely other things Kael should have taken into consideration, but this battle was somewhat small-scale and simple. With his plan relatively settled, Kael turned to Ted and spoke.

"Focus on the Wurmple, then move onto Eevee." He said in a flat tone.

"Silence, Ensign." Aedius said, putting emphasis on the fact that Cordelia was lower in rank, and thus had less authority. To him, such suggestions were both disrupting and hindering the progress which could be made. He continued, "The First wishes to have these people live under our banner, not have them traumatized beyond repair." this was partially true, as The First also desired the surplus of Lacrima on the island, something which could be used to create both weapons such as bombs, and fuel for vehicles which the Ragged Brotherhood owned.

Aedius then silently waited for the villagers who had not yet stepped on the corpse of their fallen leader. By murdering the old man, Aedius' presence was essentially a constant reminder of what could happen if they were to disobey the orders of the Brotherhood. Although not many were witnesses of the deed, the villagers also had a large and credible reason to fear the other, more agressive Enforcer, and the childish yet cruel Ensign for their ability to gather the remainder of the town, and slaughter those who attempted to resist.

Time had passed, and the remaining villagers had finished displaying their disrespects to the fallen leader, even though it was clear that they did not want to. It mattered not to Aedius, however, as he had tried to have a simplistic conversation with the village leader, which eventually turned to violence anyway.

At that moment, the cultist which Aedius had sent on a mission to find where the Lacrima was kept had returned. He bowed, and then spoke.

"Sir, they keep their Lacrima within a cave on the other side of the island." He said, loud enough for everyone to hear. Aedius smiled, and addressed the four, regular cultists.

"Stay with the villagers. Make sure they don't leave." The cultists nodded. Aedius then gave orders to the rest of the members in the operation. "Ensign, come with me. We're going to retrieve the Lacrima." He purposefully left out Arkya again, as she could still essentially do as she pleased - being the same rank as him.
Also ready for the timeskip.
Who are we waiting for?
So I've had a thought.

Since some of the Ragged Brotherhood members are at Aroway (Made up island, north of Akane Beach) I thought it would be a decent time to give Phoenix Wing Members an opportunity to meet some of the members of said Brotherhood, which would essentially set the rivalry and mutual dislike of the two guilds. I've created a job request which would allow for this:

The plan is for the Ragged Brotherhood members to stay at Aroway for a while, both to find the Lacrima, and fully impose a hold on the island. Depending on how long it takes for one of the members of Phoenix Wing to get back from their job/s, it should be enough time for the Phoenix Wing members to reach Aroway, have a small fight before the members of the Ragged Brotherhood leave with the Lacrima in tow, which would result in a failed job request and a reason for the Phoenix Wing members to dislike the Ragged Brotherhood.

Some time passed, and the Ragged Brotherhood members managed to gather every villager (that was found) on the beach. The Ragged Cultist whom Aedius asked to call Arkya had also been asked to bring him the wooden board he left on the boat. It was given to Aedius by The First, in the event that they would have trouble finding out who the leader was. The wooden board had a picture of the village leader pinned onto it, he tossed in on the ground, and told the civilians to get in a line behind it. When they had done that, he began to explain the cultists' actions.

"I'm assuming that you're wondering why you're here." There was silence from the civilians. They didn't want to speak to the people who attacked their peaceful village for their own gain, although it didn't stop Aedius from continuing.

"We, the Ragged Brotherhood, would like you; the citizens, to join us in unity. In doing so, you will receive our protection and a portion of our resources." The silence continued. "But to prove that you're capable of serving our lord The First, you need to abandon your old leader." Aedius glanced at the now-dead leader, and then pointed at the board which had the picture of the old man.

"To prove your loyalty to us, step on his image." At first, nobody moved. Aedius suspected that they had to much respect for their original leader. So he raised the tension.

"Alternatively...we could kill you."

With that, the villagers slowly but surely took turns in stepping on the image. Halfway through this process, Aedius had an epiphany: He stopped the event, and gave a different demand.

"Wait. It's to simple to step on an image and pretend you don't care" The villagers glanced at each other, although it wasn't easy to do so, as they were in a line.

"Step on...his corpse." He said, pointing at the village leader.
