BECAUSE I AM SWITCHING ACCOUNTS TO POKE, THIS ACCOUNT WILL NOW SERVE AS A MEMORIAL TO THE ONLY KING THAT MATTERS.

Ostarion, the Skeleton King

"Bone is strongest where it's mended."

The victim of a longevity spell that backfired, the Skeleton King Ostarion has built an empire from the bones of his enemies. He lives only to extend his reach, for as long as he is perpetually building and adding to his domain he cannot die. The walls of his palace are formed of fired bone; the streets are paved with bones of every sort of creature and every enemy; and even the wood and other natural features of his land have been swept away and replaced with replicas formed of bone. From the Ivory Forest to Ostarion's towering Throne of Bone, nothing happens in the Empire of Bones without the full knowledge of its Skeleton King.

Still room for this?

I swear I won't disappear again. Don't hurt me.
Not sure if there's still space, but I'm interested.
Some members of the Science Club had began to tend to the knocked-out member which had been previously hit with a beaker. There was a small crack on the beaker, alluding to just how hard Kaito had thrown it - and by extension, how annoyed bothered he was by the non-contributor's comment. Around this time, the head of the Science Club was just about to finish his meal when he heard an announcement from the school intercom. Interestingly enough, he had input in the creation of the intercom, and proposed the placement of the various speakers which ensured that everyone would hear the announcements from it without fail.

"All students, please drop what you are doing and immediately report to the Sengoku City stadium~"

Kaito cringed at the announcement, recognizing the voice of the speaker almost immediately. Kaito had a very select few members of the Student Council which he did not like to associate himself with. Ito Akiko was one of these people. The two have had their fair share of arguments riddled with intense snarkiness and extreme sarcasm, the topics of the arguments regarding things which were completely trivial and irrelevant - something which he would very much like to avoid this time around. The boy snapped his fingers, and the members of the Science Club stood up in unison - save for the one who was still on the ground, but the other members of the club assisted him in him standing up. Before leaving, Kaito did notice the greeting from the Chief Enforcer, and naturally returned it with the same conduct.

Together, the Science Club began to make their way toward the stadium alongside the other students.

Slightly later...

Under most circumstances, Kaito would be on the technical side of the stadium, working with the lighting and special effects, although there was never really a chance to use those special effects. However, this job was recently handed over to a different member of the Student Council as a way of "proving" themselves. This didn't stop Kaito from avoiding sitting with the lesser students of the school, and he instead opted to sit further to the back of the stadium's stage. Perhaps he was supposed to sit on the stage, but at the far back? He wasn't actually sure. He preferred his current seat regardless.

It was at this point that at least two delinquents appeared to be heading toward the stage. Kaito did nothing; he could see that Absul had already made his move on the disruptive students, not to mention the tanks which also guarded the stadium. But, if they were somehow able to pass Absul, or any more delinquents decided to involve themselves in this act of defiance, Kaito would surely enter the fray as well.
To one of the cafeteria's far corners lie a table akin to the ones you would find at some sort of banquet, but on a much smaller scale. It was here that the Science Club would conduct their meetings whilst eating. In addition to the various plates of food and cups filled with drinks, there were also several supplies relating to the club. Beakers of varying shapes and sizes; some filled with unknown liquids, Bunsen burners, thermometers and even a microscope.

The members were situated from the head of the table to the bottom of it, with the more prevalent members and rising stars of the club sitting closer to the head of the table, while the non-contributors and down-and-outs sat nearer to the bottom. The introduction of a hierarchy within the Science Club naturally put a slight animosity amongst some of its members.

Sat at the very head of the table was none other than the Science Club's president and Chair of Research and Development, Kaito. He never did feel obligation to sit at the Student Council's table very much; he saw the research and maintenance of the Science Club to be significantly more important than most of the affairs of the Student Council - unless of course they involved the Student Council President in some way. There was also the fact that there were quite a few Club Leaders sitting at the Student Council table. More than Kaito was happy with, anyway. He didn't like to consider most Club Presidents as a part of the Student Council. In his opinion, you had to be the chair of something, or you had to be an extremely useful Club President in order to be called a member of the Student Council.

Kaito had only started to eat before his attention shifted to someone attempting to speak to him; it was one of the non-contributors of the Science Club.

"Um, sir... We've recently discovered a few more things regarding pre-"

The non-contributor was hit in the face with an empty beaker, effectively knocking them out of their seat and silencing them. Kaito replied to the unfinished report.

"One, I'm eating, underachiever; don't speak to me. Two, we don't talk about that topic here. Wait until you go back to the science laboratory, then maybe I'll listen."

With the issue solved, Kaito continued to eat his meal.

Gender:
Male

Personality:
Constantly planning and constantly plotting. Like all members of the Student Council, Kaito has an undying loyalty to the Student Council President. Unlike most of the members of the Student Council, Kaito has shown himself to be extensively manipulative, selfish and highly intelligent. He serves as an esteemed inventor among the students, sitting as the chair of Research and Development within Sengoku High School. As a result, he has had some form of input in almost all of the technology which exists within the school.

His relevance in the schools development has made him quite arrogant over time, and Kaito enjoys exerting the perks of his rank over the lesser students of the high school. This especially applies to delinquents, and his role in the science club has given him an incentive to capture the weaker ones for "research" and experimentation, factoring into his capacity for cruelty and one-sided violence. Even so, his presence does not normally carry as much crippling fear as the presence of other Student Council members, but instead serves as more of an omen of bad things or plans to come.

Kaito is prone to bouts of anger and fury when things - namely his plans - don't go as intended. This also happens when he is reminded that his sphere of influence in the Student Council is ridiculous, and wouldn't exist in any other high school.

Brief History:
Kaito's future was essentially set when he was born into a family of science. His mother was a physicist and biologist and his father was a chemist and a mechanic on the side. Kaito was exposed to all the wonders of science very early in his life, which naturally influenced his take on learning and by extension, experimenting.

Although lack of viable test subjects meant that he had to perform his research upon small animals.

In middle school, he was the top of his class...well, he would have been had it not been for a mysterious girl who always seemed to be a few steps ahead. When he would get 99% on a test, she would get 100%, when he would answers questions in the class, she would always correct him at least once. It was infuriating for Kaito, almost an insult to his intelligence. So much so was his anger that he attempted to cheat in order to finally beat that girl at something.

Naturally, he was caught. Not by the teacher, but by this girl, who proceeded to 'show him levels'. (Beat the crap out of him, essentially). Directly after this however, she did acknowledge that he had some shred of intellect, and offered him a proposition: become a subordinate to her in the future, or be expelled. Kaito took the only logical option, and essentially followed this girl to high school. Sengoku high School. Under orders from the girl, he assumed control of the science club and mechanics club, and now performs research regarding Zero Pressure, and increasing the efficiency of the school through machinery.

Weapons:

Batons of Command

Treated as a single weapon due to them being created and used together, the Batons of Command are two conductor batons which have the ability to manipulate certain aspects of the city and school equipment. Model M has the ability to manipulate machinery, whilst the Model S has the ability to manipulate scientific aspects of the school and city; more often than not chemistry substances. These command batons are limited in the sense that what he is manipulating must belong to the school: In other words, that delinquent who brought in his own chemistry kit is out of Kaito's reach as far as the command batons go.

The batons are also lacking in the physical department - you cannot hit someone with these batons and expect them to drop on the ground in pain. They might laugh at the attempt though.

Baton of Command: Model M
Model M of the batons is used for manipulation of machinery and contraptions within the school. Common usages include manipulating the vending machines to fire delicious destruction at delinquents in the form of various Coco-Cola cans and Kit Kat bars. Advanced usage of this weapon allows Kaito to manipulate robots, which works in conjunction with the ones created by the Robotics Club. It should be noted that Model M, unlike Model S, is able to control two different machines at a time versus Model S's single scientific aspect.

Baton of Command: Model S
Model S is used for the manipulation of scientific equipment within the school. Usage of this weapon allows telekinetic-like manipulation of chemistry substances such as hydrochloric acid or sodium nitrate (salt). This baton is significantly more versatile than Model M in terms of what it can control, but tends to be lacking in the brute force aspect that Model M has the potential to provide.

Abilities:

Mechanized Menace!
By moving the Baton of Command: Model M in various motions, Kaito is able to take control of up to two machines and appliances within the school, and manipulate them in various ways. Machines affected by this ability tend to look more sinister, gaining holographic red eyes which quite easily distinguishes what's being controlled from what isn't.

Science! In Action!
By moving the Baton of Command: Model S in various motions, Kaito is able to take control of one scientific aspect of the school, and manipulate it in various ways akin to telekinesis.

Side?:
Sengoku High School - Student Council - Chair of R&D

Clubs:

President of the Science Club

President of the Robotics/Machinery Club

Gonna apply for this.

Edit: Maybe this has already been answered (I can't read that well since I'm on my phone) but can I make a member of the student council?
Ooh colors.

<Snipped quote by Dr. Dre>

but it's just a car, it's mot like he repaired some insanely powerful weapon the guy. I feel like your problems would be more reasonable under a different circumstance. Also how is he a Mary-sue? He's done nothing OP.

The thing is, it doesn't HAVE to be an insanely powerful weapon. It's just considered downright ridiculous that your car is instantly repaired simply because you don't want the space junk to go 1/0/0. Bolt isn't a Mary-Sue by any means, but he's definitely going on the borderline of what is considered Mary-Sue (Non combat wise. I don't focus on the combat. I'm a pacifist.) in this RP.

It's like how Aang is the bridge to the spirit world n' the real word. If we replace the real world with normal characters, and the spirit world with characters which are destroying dimensions and playing endless celestial chess in a higher plane. Your character is becoming that Aang.

^ Also, that was a terrible example of me.
<Snipped quote by Scarifar>

first of all you guys destroyed my character's car, which I could have complained as being a dick move, but I didn't. Also the mechanic has superpowers and can repair any form of machinery, it's his powers. Also he's a villain and has been trained for a long time to harness his powers. He's not a member of the titans. Also to say that English is not my first language is very rude of you.

I don't see why you guys are complaining about him getting his car fixed, it's not like I killed your characters. Again HE'S A VILLAIN, he's suppose to be fairly powerful and lifting a totaled car with electromagnetism is easy, it's not like he is exerting any kind of physical strength. I'll agree that the grammar may not have been that great, but I have busy schedule and don't want to fall behind.

1. That's just life. Sometimes people shoot space junk and total 7 million dollar cars and that's okay. You just gotta move on.

2. That's the issue, it's too convenient and borderline cheating to have a super-powered guy down the road who can fix your stuff almost immediately, and that's me ignoring the actual form of damage the car's sustained.

3. I don't get this one.

4. This one is sort of irrelevant. It's just the fact that your're essentially making your character a mini-mary-sue by having all these advantages available to you at the flick of a wrist.

5. This one's down to KriticalKrab, but I'm pretty sure the answer to this would be no, since the whole adolescent thing is in play.

Anyway, that's just my series of opinions since I feel as though I should get involved in these discussions more. I feel so social right now.

So social
I'm gonna put my vote toward the GIANT ROBOT OF DESTRUCTION AND DEATH (patent pending) Arc.
