Moving a bit closer to Silvi as he nudges her a bit. Not hard or in a mean manner, it was to get her attention. "So...whats wrong with you?" He whispers very lightly to her, almost to the point it was hardly a whisper. Though he knew her wolf-like ears would pick up what he continues, "you seem a bit...off ever since we actually started the classes."

Name: Rick Walker, Or As he likes to be called, Walker
Species: Human

Age: 45

Description: Walker has dark black hair that medium hair that goes down to his neck. His skin is a light tan, with dark brown eyes. he has a goatee that seems rugged.
He normally wears a white t-shirt with a black vest over it. Black pants and dark brown boots. He normally holds his heavy Revolver to his right side at all times.

Weapons: A Revolver M-29 model is his main choice of weaponry. It able to switch between stander rounds (That still pack quite a punch when hit.) or the "Rocket Ball" ammo. Which is like a mini rocket bullet that will take out your target and anything behind it.
Skills As an Ex-Black ops agent, Rick is familiar with most kinds of weaponry. Though his go to gun is his M-29. He is also familiar with TGR code words, ways of how they handle certain situations and some alien languages that humans are able to speak.

Bio: Walker lived in a backwater shit hole of a planet. The TGR had mostly left the planet to its own devices due to how far it was from the TGR sphere. Meaning it hardly had any support from roving bands of Pirates, or other hostile threats that show up now and then.

Walker lived an almost normal life, besides having to grow up in a rough neighborhood and a school that didn't give two shits about its student's education. Though surprisingly, Walker was able to get off-world and into a TGR military academy. From there, he soared up through the classes and became within the top 10 of Academy Honors.

After the academy, Walker joined the Marine Corps at the age of 19 and became Squad leader during his training. After his training, Walker was soon sent out to the front lines with the rest of his squad. Fighting in small skirmishes against rebels or pirates.

Within five years, Walker was selected to join a Black Op group. He and his squad was to handle covert ops against potential problems that may or may not affect the TGR in the future. It was here he finally felt like he had a family with his fellow squad mates. Being with them for years and having successful missions. Until one day, when he was 38 years old, his mission turn south.

He and his team were supposed to be infiltrating a warehouse that a supposed group had stolen valuable information from TGR, though what was stolen was classified. Though when they infiltrated the warehouse, they notice many odd things. No guards, too quiet and the place seem to have been abandoned for years. The only reason they continue on is because their equipment picked up a signal coming from deep in the warehouse. Staying on guard they continue to move in.

They finally get to the location of the signal, but once they breach inside, they found it to be filled with explosive. With little time, one of Walker men pushed Walker out of the room as the room exploded. Walker was several hurt but survived. An ambulance from the local hospital picked him up and took him to the ER. Without any ID on Walker they didn't know who he was. Walker was stuck here for a few months due to how severe his injuries were but he was able to make it through and finally get out and get back to the TGR.

Though it didn't work out for Walker in the end. He was plagued with PTSD and developed a drinking problem. The TGR gave him an Honorable Discharge from service and sent him home. Though Walker wasn't finished yet. He wanted to find the bastard that did this, and he also wanted to still help people out there. So after a few years at working odd jobs and trying to get some help for his problems, he finally able to get enough cash for a ship and started his own Merc Business.

Intro

In the year 2815, humanity is still standing strong, and the Terran Grand Republic stands the strongest among the star-nations humanity has seeded across the galaxy. Forged during early years of wide scale human expansion from Earth and her solar system, it was created to prevent the possibility of war on Earth as non-space capable nations feared they may be denied access to resources or territory their own populations required.

So, to make sure a global conflict did not break out, a new type of government was formed to represent Earth as a single body and to provide council and rulings for her colonies. The TGR was formed in the year of 2090, and since has taken over as the prime form of government for Earth and the Inner Colonies.

While the Inner Colonies are united under a single government the Outer Colonies, seeing themselves to be on their own against the dangers of space, both natural and human, and so far away from the central government on Earth, they should be the ones to govern themselves. Under a body known as the ?Outer Union?, the colonies used political maneuvering to separate themselves from the control of the TGR. Since most of these outer worlds were still new colonies that were still getting sorted out, or private ventures that didn?t always end up as profitable as their investors had hoped, there was little resistance to the separation.

Though it had achieved its goal, the Outer Union was politically too weak to hold together, and bit by bit, the outer colonies broke up among themselves into single planet star-nations or small two or three planet ?pocket empires?.

In the year 2108, an Outer Colony, Neo Caledonia, detected a non-human ship at the outer range of their sensors. Unsure of what to do word was sent out to anyone who was receiving for help and guidance, but with no word, the colony did its best to avoid any appearance of hostility as a larger non-human ship began to move into the system a few weeks later.

The aliens, who would later identify themselves as a species called Melik, saw how small the colony was, they offered to help them along; it turned out the first ship Neo Caledonia detected was an advanced scout for a survey fleet, while the second was the fleet flagship. Everything was going fine for a few months, the rest of the Melikian survey fleet moved in system, and the fleet commander and the Neo Caledonian president began drafting some formal ground work between Neo Caledonia and the Melikian home world Thoth.

That was until the Terran Grand Republic?s fleet arrived. When the TGR received Neo Caledonia?s message, the belief was that the colony was under threat of hostile invasion, and thus an armed response was sent. When repeated attempts were made to contact Neo Caledonia by the Grand Republic Stellar Navy and they failed to receive a reply, the worst was assumed. In reality, the lack of a reply was due to several factors; a bad storm had blown over Neo Caledonia?s main planet-side comm station, and repairs were still underway, and the waste energy of the Melikian vessels were on a similar frequency to the incoming GRSN signals, which left them badly garbled and barely disguisable from background ?noise?.

As a result, the GRSN Fleet came is with its weapons hot, and managed to surprise the survey fleet. The Melikian?s response was swift and despite the fact it was merely a survey fleet, with limited weapons in general and only a few light warships acting as escort, they badly out classed the attacking GRSN fleet, inflicting heavy casualties. Fortunately, Neo Caledonia managed to get messages through to both fleets and convince them to stand down before the GRSN was wiped out. A cease-fire was brokered and the GRSN fleet was able to return to the Republic.

While Republic lost in the battle, they gained much more in the long run. Aside from some ?recovered? Melikian technology and footage of their tactics, Earth learned they were not alone in the galaxy?and that the Melik, while more than willing to assist others to grow and become better, are no pushovers and have humanity badly outclassed. These realizations have led the TGR to constantly strive to be at the forefront of human technology and to regard any non-human sentient with suspicion.

While the TGR recovered, Neo Caledonia learned of the worlds under the rule of the Melik Sphere, of the worlds of The Great Corus, a body as vast as the Sphere, but who only guided and advised it?s member world never ruled; as well as the many worlds, some friendly, others not, who were a part of neither. This was how humanity found out that they were truly not alone among the stars, and in the past seven hundred and seven years, it has become another player on the galactic stage.

Last time on Orion files!

Walker, The Captain of the Sweet Child Mine, has formed of a team of misfits for a mission from the mysterious Chronus Corporation. The team met with the Chronus Corporation main flagship, The Prometheus in orbit of the planet of Sasleyria. There, they talk with the Vice-Director of the sector about their mission.

It came to be known that the mines of Sasleyria had an ancient alien artifact deep below the planet surface. The TGR and The Chronus Corporation demanded the artifact to be delivered to them, while the government of Sasleyria says the artifact belongs to them. Trying to make this matters unknown to the galactic at large, The Chronus Corporation hired The Sweet Child of Mine crew to sneak in and steal the artifact at a warehouse it was located at.

Though unknown to everyone else, a third party had already invaded the compound and kill the workers and guards station there. Once the Sweet Child of Mine crew landed and enter the Warehouse, all hell broke loose.

The mysterious third party had reinforcements to deal with the TGR and The Chronus Corportion small fleet in space, and the forces inside the Warehouse pushed back the Sweeties' crew. Being outgun and outman, the Sweetie crew made a break for it and escape with their lives. After meeting, the crew decided to head to a pirate port to make repairs and resupplies.

There they had a meeting with the infamous Mr.Watts and a deal was struck. Mr.Watts will repair and resupply the ship, for a favor from the Sweet Child of Mine. A simple delivery to a mysterious benefactor. Though many on the crew deem this to be shady, with little choice the crew is now heading towards the location.

Real Time

The Sweet Child of Mine was fully finished with its rehaul and after expectation from the refitters, some of the crew, and Pitt himself, she was ready to set sail again in the dark waters of space. Walker smiled to see his baby able to fly once more. He knew he was being overhappy about it since the ship wasn't that badly damaged, but he really wanted to test out all the new gadgets and etc they gotten from Mr.Watts.

As Walker made his rounds around the ship, he stopped by Pitt's workshop to see how he was handling things. Though to his surprise, he didn't see the little guy in there. Thinking to himself, 'Huh...he normally coup up in here. Must be working on a ship.' They had a good bit of time on their hands to meet their mysterious client for the drop off so Walker wanted to give the ship a good test drive before going to the meeting point.

Walking towards the bridge to see how everything was running for his pilot. Chuckling at the thought of Mar taking over to give the Sweety a test drive while his real pilot sits to the side waiting his turn. Stopping right at the door for the Bridge as he sighs. Pulling out his flask from his inside vest pocket. Opening it up and drinking it as he would then put the flask back in the pocket. Opening the Bridge and walking inside.
Aiden sigh as he shook his head a bit at Silvi way of acting. He would have made a comment but the professor already said what he wanted to say. He had seen a lot of Silvi action in young thugs in his old gang. Think they're ready to beat up anyone cause they know how to fight. Though when the day came, they normally got hurt or died from overconfidence. He'll probably try to talk to her about that later on as he focus on the task at hand.

Aiden tried to look for a weak point on the blob but looking at the featureless body it was hard to. "Eh...can't really tell much about it. If it was some of the grim I have seen in books I could probably tell a few weak points.." Aiden said and then thought, 'or humans. I can fully tell weak points of some humans or fanus.'

Aiden felt like facepalming himself after the professor claim the glasses were his. 'Of all the reckless!' he thought but stop himself from continuing. No point in getting mad or annoyed at all about something so small. Shaking his head as well with Silvi, but for different reasons. 'I really should stop being so paranoid...

Now he was glad he didn't say anything to his teammates. As he heard Mika spoked up and asked what they thought about the Grimm that were stuck here. "They're kindof neat. Though I'm interested in learning more about how they change over time..if they did." He then turn to Silvi, "And come on Silvi, you should learn more about them instead of where to kill them. You should also learn their attack patterns and behaviors. That'll also come in handy."
Aiden turns his focus towards the Grim as they walk through the tunnel. He really never seen Grim up close and this was sort of frightening for him. Actual monsters right before his eyes. Though before he could make a comment about them, the group stop. Aiden saw Silvi picking something up as he walks over to her.

"Huh, someone must have been down here already." Aiden looks around as something came to his mind. Not saying anything yet to his teammates as he didn't want to appear paranoid. His eyes shift around to see more of the cave. If glasses were on the ground and damage. That could mean he was attacked by something. Though there no blood so it wasn't Grim. He didn't have a good feeling about this.

Aiden stood up as he stretches a bit as they all have been sitting there for a good bit. Putting his little black notebook in his pocket as he starts to follow everyone else out. "I'm free all weekend, so sure. Though I make no promises of not asking." Aiden jokes as he chuckles lightly. As they walk, Aiden wonders what kind of Grim fossils they will see on this trip. Which then got him thinking about Fannus and their ancestors.

He would ask Silvi but that might seem a bit rude so he held his tongue. He'll look that up later himself when he has some free time. Hopefully, the library here has the book he needs. IF not, then he guessed he'll look it up on his scroll.
The first week for Aiden was, interesting to say the least. He never really went to school all that much since his mother was sick at the time and he tried to take care of her best he could. As well as he never saw the need to after she passed. He expected it to be a bit, different but with only three students what can you do? Still, Aiden was actually enjoying every bit of it. Writing down notes in his little black notebook he picked up earlier in the week. As well as enjoying the hell out of the beds. Much comfier than the ground or anything else he had to use for a bed during his thief days.

Listening to the new professor as he talks about Grimm of the older generation. That was until Silvi brought up why they should care about this. "Well, for one Silvi, it's better to learn about our enemies past to benefit us. It could show us how the Grimm changes over time as well as what they could turn into in the future." Aiden reply. As the lesson continues, Aiden wrote down something on a piece of paper and quickly tossed it over to Silvi, "Feel like Soup again today?"
Aiden thought about it a bit before turning to his teammates. While he knew they wouldn't have heard about any of the crimes that his father and he did would reach up here. He also didn't want to risk in case someone outside of this town hears about his powers. All it would take is a rumor spreading about an explosion fist to reach vengeful ears. Though since they are going to work together he should tell them.

"Well sounds like you have an awesome semblance Silva. Mine is, heh, how can I say, a bit more direct." Chuckling lightly as he picks up a large rock and tosses it into the air. Before his fist turns yellow and lightly tab the rock midair. Making a small explosion sound as the rock blew up into pieces.

"Whatever I touch in this state, causes an explosion. Though I can increase or decrease the damage you could say...or perhaps just the field of the explosion itself. Still kindof learning all of it myself."
