I have a feeling this RP is going to mean the end of me ever sleeping again. Going to do a lot of reading, then I'll reply to all the PMs and sort all this out.
Yes.
@Byrd; yes, three war orders. Use them wisely.

@Giant; thats fine. You get four normal orders. If you recognise the opposition as being a war, you also get three war orders, but it could give your enemy some legitimacy and other nations might recognise them as the rightful government. Plus, your people (and people in every country, in fact) don't like being in a war, so watch out for that.
Yes, I control all successionist/anti-government movements (except the CSA) and all NPC nations. However, they will only launch attacks that occurred in the OTL, and sometimes not even then if it doesn't fit/make sense,
@MagnificentOne; right you are, Mag. Changed it.

@Giant; sorry bud, already had to deny a similar request earlier, so it wouldn't be fair if I accepted yours. Colombian Civil War is in full swing. You can either roll with it or change nations.
@Aegon; it's diplomacy. You aren't taking any action, only saying you recognise its neutrality. Plus, Kentucky is still in the Union, so under Byrd Man's control, whether you use an order or not.
@Aegon; Stars and Bars.

@duck; diplomacy does not take orders.

Yay, also do I post my orders?

No. Orders get sent to me, and I post the results in an update once a week.
@Aegon; failing, poor, average, good, excellent. We may see a few nations in the 'good' category within a few updates, but I doubt too many will reach 'excellent'.

@Rare; situations often change behind the scenes, and I don't want people editing their IC posts, so double posting is allowed, but no triple posting. Otherwise, there is no limit to how many IC posts you can make between updates.

Is "Poor" like a level and then the X/5 is stages in that before you go up to "Average"?

Yup.

@duck; I can't vouch for Outlast, but Outcast, unfortunately, does not. The Vic map is simply a very easy medium to use for WiRs.
