Description:Gabriel is very well-groomed and deliberate when it comes to appearances. He has bright grey eyes framed by thick eyelashes, and his face is dotted with beauty marks, “imperfections” that he covers with makeup. He has long nails. His hair is naturally black, but he often dyes it; usually the same shade of hot pink (
♠️), but sometimes baby blue (
♠️). Gabriel wears dark clothing in the form of boots or sneakers, form-fitting tops, joggers or skinny jeans, and jackets. His field gear (for family-related hits) includes a helmet with a comms display and night and thermal vision. The suit is programmed to track his location, heartbeat, and temperature output. There is mild armor lining his shoulders, the tops of his arms, and the sides of his legs, but the rest is light and breathable.
Personality:Gabriel seems nice and quiet when unbothered, but is bitter about a lot of things, so he’s liable to snap at people. Avoids authority whenever possible, and considers his peers unintelligent and/or inferior unless proven otherwise. He has an evil-sounding but infectous laugh and a heavily accented and smoky voice (he's a shit singer, though, so don't ask). Falls hard and fast, knows it, and hates it.

Weaknesses:Afraid of bodies of water, especially those too deep to see the bottom of. Hates rain, as it makes it hard to use fire.
Fire is bright, and not terribly stealthy. He compromises by simply superheating himself, but if he gets too hot, it can be bright enough to be a problem anyways.
He’s not immune to guilt – he gets pretty bad nightmares because of what he’s done, and he has a shit sleeping schedule for it. This lack of sleep makes for a terrible attention span, and he’s more than once slipped up on a mission because he took to long to process what a comm order was saying.
Gabe is afraid of dogs. This extends to most canines.

The Schovajsas are a ruthless, enigmatic group of contract killers located in Iceland. They are used by organized crime groups all over the globe and are known for their untarnished success rate and flexibility. The Memolis are repeat customers.
The Schovajsas are made up three combative and two noncombative groups; the Launmorðingi (Assassins), the Flugelda (Arsonists), the Húsvörður (Cleaners), the Hátalarar (Diplomats), and the Mállaus (Uninvolved). The Launmorðingi are the quiet, stealthy, heat-based killers; The Flugelda are the pyromaniacs and open flame or explosive experts; the Húsvörður are backup and cleanup, sometimes referred to as Scorchers; the Hátalarar are the job takers and negotiators; and the Mállaus are almost exclusively in-laws who want or have nothing to do with the family business.
Personal History:
Gabriel has been training his pyromancy since age seven. At age ten, he became the first of his immediate family to start training as an assassin. His maternal grandmother, Vivian “Apex” Schovajsa, the head of both the Assassin and Diplomat classes, played a key role in his upbringing and training. Schovajsas aren’t considered completely trained until age 20, so he has a ways to go, and the Academy puts him back further.
Other:Likes ice cream. He owns a cinnamon sugar ball python, and he definitely brought it with him to the academy. He wears it in his sleeves to lecture classes. Frequent use of antihistamines bc he hates allergies leads to shakiness and nosebleeds. Prefers odd numbers, and refuses to touch handrails.
