It's from "watamote" or, "It's not my fault i'm not popular!" it's an anime/manga (i suggest the manga first) about a girl who, well, Is unpopular, and a bit creepy. She tries to fix that, with most of her plans miserably failing. It's pretty funny.

For about a half an hour I thought there wasn't a spam on the new guild. I was like, "Goddamnit, where am I going to shit around and have nonsensical conversations with a bunch of people who couldn't care less about me, and what I think most of the time?", but then I realized I had just overlooked spam, and It was near the top, where it belonged. it's great to be back, I guess.
