2 day update:
I defeated Koga, Stopped team rocket in their base under the game corner, and appeased the mother marowak's soul.
I visited the safari zone! While I was there, I caught a few pokemon, and obtained surf!
Added a magikarp to my team, and evolved it. Everyone else got much more powerful.
any thoughts?

It's an ips patch for a rom. I used lunar ips to patch a copy of fire red with the moemon ips.
