Editing posts = collapsable content?

Hey there, not sure if someone's brought this to attention yet but it doesn't hurt just to be sure.

I've made some big posts so far in my rp, both IC and OOC and formatted them in a certain way. When I later go to edit those posts, the post content itself will be squashed together i.e. spacing re: paragraphs are lost and the text is all squashed together.
