I'll have to have a play around with these later sometime. *unsatisfied*

Also: Holas MUG c: As Anon said, I too am new to the rp, and it's a pleasure to meet you :D Let's have all our characters bond over crushed ribs and broken spines from that wonderful Mr. Cuddles <3

*is betting the hooded figure is Miss Panda stalking Mr. Cuddles*
Howdy everyone! Caught up on all of your wonderful posts and they're simply beautiful *~* (Or in Mordie's case, bootiful <3)

I don't think I'm going to post today and instead reply early tomorrow since I feel absolutely exhausted, but I just love everything that everyone's done. The fight setups are absolutely brilliant and you should all give yourselves a massive pat on the back for that. Kathi, I really love how you set up Kenneth and Aria. Absolutely sublime. Heather and Bart vs Moira, Syed, Xan, Trixie and Amy within the casino/party hall with a full jazz band playing behind them is going to be chaotic fun 8D And Mordie versus her bros and ladies in a pool? I sense wet t-shirts! (I hope :3) 8D

Okay so as a summary:

The Grande Diamond:
Tenth Floor: Grande Suite:
Lord Dumont/Iliana Vasco/Marcus
Ninth Floor: Lobby Balcony: Kenneth Lay/Aria
Fifth Floor: Main Lobby: Crimson Justice
Fourth Floor: Indoor Pool: Mordie Locklear/Dylan/Lucien/Lisette/Cid/Tom
Ground Floor: Casino/Party Hall: Bart Rant/Heather O'Roark/Moira/Syed/Xan/Amy/Trixie/Clive
Ground Floor: Storage Area: Estelle/Josette
???: Neil Hunter/Selan
???: Chirps

Sounds wicked.

Hope everyone has a fun weekend! I loves you all! *sleeps*

Los Paraisos: The Grande Diamond: Ground Floor Lobby

“Huh?” Bart’s head cocked to one side, as he looked with no small amount of incredulity to Moira and Syed re-emerging from the Grande Diamond’s main party hall, a room filled with such chaotic din from the still screaming patrons, non-stop buzzing of machines inside and the quickening music played by the jazz band inside. Bart knew he had hit her, and hit her hard. And to see the fat woman come back out, and try charging at him again… he was impressed. And excited.

"OI!" Moira bellowed, grabbing a hold of the other door and pulling that off it's hinges and flinging it at Bart too. "You've right pissed me off! What the fuck was that for?!"

Bart’s body leaned to the side, the piece of wood harmlessly sailing past inches to his side. His gaze followed it briefly, noting the auburn ponytail wearing girl attacking a guard behind him, before shifting his gaze back to the loud blob in front.

"Well, we did kind of break in-"

"I DON'T CARE!" she yelled. "We're in the middle of something! You're in our way, motherfucker! Move!"

She charged forward, fist ready to uppercut the fucker right up to the next floor. She was upon him like a bull in a china shop, his fist lunging underarm, aimed towards the underside of his chin, but with remarkable litheness Bart stepped back, avoiding the blow as a miniature shockwave hit the air above. The miss didn’t deter Moira, however, who kept on her attack, swinging her fists again and again with the aim of smacking the man in the face. But each time he narrowly dodged it with no seeming effort whatsoever. And that just made Moira even madder.

“Goddamn it you shit, stay still!” She swore, this time pulling all her power into her next punch, and swinging it again. This time, however, Bart had vanished. And before Moira could properly look to find where he went, something crashed and shattered against her face. Fragments of china plating fell to the ground and her forehead started to bleed. “The fuck?!” Moira looked up, spying Xandra across the lobby, the metallurgist recoiling in horror at her unintentional error.

“Man, you are fucking slow and dense, huh tubby?”

A voice shocked Moira from above, and her head snapped, to see her mysterious enemy perched on her raised left fist. She hadn’t noticed him at all. Hadn’t felt anything. In fact she couldn’t. He didn’t seem to weigh anything at all.

“Don’t know who the fuck you are, but you made a mistake coming here. Fuck off.”

Before Moira could reach and grab Bart, the man had moved again, his left foot a swinging blur. It collided straight into Moira’s face again, and the weightlessness that had been on top of her had vanished without a trace, this time replaced with sheer power and force. It was a blow more powerful then anything she had ever felt before, more powerful even then that abomination Frank, and it smacked her straight in the kisser, sending her flying back into the party hall again, with Syed despairingly being yanked back again.

“Oh… oh no…” Xandra muttered, watching Moira and Syed being thrown out of sight again. Who on Ddaear was this man? She had never faced anything like this before in her time with the Guild. How could a man move like… !!

Her eyes widened like a frightened deer in headlights, as Bart jumped off the ground, somersaulting slowly, almost gracefully in the air, to land in front of Xandra. Bart snatched her metal arm, and his body turned, spinning the metallurgist around and around and throwing her too into the party hall. His feet kicked off the ground to follow. There was no real rhyme or reason why Bart had thrown his adversaries there, other then he thought it’d be easier to contain them.

And fun.
Green where have you been, lmfao

Heya MUG, nice to meet you c:

And Pach's first post is up! Strike whilst the iron's hot, I always say! Or the axe. In the cake. Or something.

Guys, if I make any errors or mistakes with my posts in relation to your characters etc, please tell me and I'll edit it asap. c: First post just has Vince be, well, Vince, but when I get around to interacting with y'all I don't wanna mess things up. :D

The Cake Shop

The man leaned back on the wooden chair, rocking it precariously on its hind legs as his own rested atop the table. The long, blonde haired man had been vacantly staring at the wooden ceiling above, and the fan that lazily spun around and around. His cheeks slowly moved up and down, up and down, chewing on a bright pink wad of gum that expanded into a balloon before popping and being sucked back into his mouth to be chewed upon again.

He was surrounded by what was close enough to be called heaven. The intoxicating smells of freshly prepared cakes, their frosting and icing, the delectable aroma of chocolate graced his senses, and the companionship of two women as beautiful as the ones he was with certainly helped to relax Vincent just right. But even then, he was gripped with apathy and boredom. Being in a cakeshop was all well and good, but he wanted something a bit more exciting to do, and waiting to be blessed by Mr. Cuddles’ latest creation was taking a little bit of time. Vincent had originally reached out to try and grab some of the confections lying behind the counter and help himself to an early treat, but was reprimanded by Mr. Cuddles and told to sternly wait, the bear’s face pushed right up against Vincent’s own and his eyes chillingly staring into his. Considering what Vincent had done when he first arrived at Nowhere, he decided to play it safe and wait. Arguing with a bear… well, he wasn’t scared, but it sounded like a great deal of effort he could do without. He could wait a little bit longer for some cake, if needed.

His body almost collapsed to the ground, the back of his head smacking the wooden floor as he kicked his legs off. The cake had been served, but that was not all. Mr. Cuddles’ axe hacked through the chocolatey goodness served them, and if he was a second later, perhaps Vincent’s feet as well. But fortunately, in the nick of time, his legs had been spared, even if his pride hadn’t. Although Vincent seemed less then bother, instead reaching forward and grabbing a fistful of cake. He had been forced to sit around waiting for this the whole time. It had better be worth it.

Luckily for the bear, it was.

"Guys, mind if I cut the pie?" Riley asked, flashing the axe carefreely. Vince shrugged his shoulders.

“If you want, babe.” He pulled out his gum, marvelling at how well it matched Lesley’s flowing locks, before discreetly squishing it to the underside of his chair. “Me, I think I’m gonna stick with the cake. This is… good, Mr. Cuddles.” Vincent stuffed his face. “Ith realth goodth.”
Guys please stop stabbing my eyes

I kinda need them to read and write y'know
Sorry for the IC posting snipe, Rex, but the Dumont scene shouldn't have affected Mordie, Amy or Trixie's scenes, so I went ahead and wrote it up. A bit towards the end of it might even give you a little bit extra for lead in with Mordie if you like. c:

Tae, Selan and Neil's posting stuffs could be put on hold for a round or two until we get to a certain set up, maybe. I hope you're cool with this!

Danni, have Heather go wild in messing up punks now too 8D She could have the same type of contacts as Kenneth and Mordie do too, meaning she can see Mordie's tagged enemies through walls and floors etc. Bart's an idiot so he probs won't put his on. Lolololol~

I might get another post up later today after Fox (only if you're able to, no rush XD) for Bart to fight against Xan, Moira and Syed.

Rex is, iirc using Don a little so I might skip him today, but as you can expect he's tearing shit up cus Nothin's Gonna Stand in his Way.

And a certain angry bird is... >|D

Los Paraisos: The Grande Diamond: Tenth Floor Grande Suite

“I’ll be heading out,” Heather replied as she got to her feet. “Mordie, you be our eyes and ears, keep us informed as we move around. Ken, do you need me to protect the Lord?” Heather’s skills were uniquely talented in this regard, so she felt the need to suggest it. “If not I’ll go help stop the intruders.” She stood poised at the door, waiting for instructions, whether to ascend the remaining two floors to Lord Dumont’s suite, or to focus her attentions on the intruders below.

“Yeah, come on up, Heather. We need you to make sure absolutely no one gets up here and puts Lord Dumont’s life in danger. Thanks, doll.” Kenneth grinned, releasing his index finger from his ear, and then turning to look back towards Neil. There was still something about the man that seemed nothing but ‘off’, even for a man such as this. Regardless of whether or not he was behind this chaos, leaving him alone with Lord Dumont was simply impossible. Heather would be here in a few short moments, but even then…

“Lady Vasco,” Kenneth turned to the woman, who battered a surprise flutter towards him after hearing her name. “Could you nullify Mr. Hunter’s magic for the time being, please?”

“Excuse me?” Neil’s aggravation flared up. “What did you just say?”

Selan and Marcus could do nothing but stare as tensions between the two men spiked. Neither were certain on how exactly they could possibly proceed from here. What could they do? Trying to maintain their precious cover for as long as they could seemed like the only option left available to them right now. With their abilities nullified by Lady Vasco, it made it impossible for them to defend themselves or do anything. They were simply outmatched and overpowered. How had things turned to this?

Lord Dumont also kept quiet, simply watching the confrontation take place and waiting to see what would happen. Despite the rudeness it prompted their guest, he had no qualms with Kenneth’s request. It was, afterall, the most sensible thing to expect, and yet.

“No, I don’t think so.” Neil stood up, flashing his palm towards Iliana and shooting her an icy glare to hold her ground. “I’m not going to be having any of that. I’m not behind whatever the hell that is, and I’m not going to be treated like this.”

“I’m sorry, Mr. Hunter.” Kenneth sighed and shrugged his shoulders. “But I’m sure you can appreciate things from my perspective. This is just a necessary caution. If you were to just comply, and then wait, we’ll be able to have you get back to your business in no time at all.”

Dumont, Vasco, Selan and Marcus’ eyes all then turned to Neil, waiting with bated breath for the man’s reaction. A reaction that was silent and prolonged, as he internally mused to himself his reply.

Weighing up all the available options… Neil came to a decision. There were other nobles to sell slaves too. And her… he had no doubt she was more valuable then any of Dumont’s money.

“No,” Was Neil’s reply. “No, I don’t think so.” Before Kenneth could make a move to cross the room and leap the sofa to reach him, or for Iliana to reach out and make skin to skin contact, Neil had already moved, grabbing onto Selan tightly. One hand crushed her wrist, the other clutching her mouth tightly. As the songstress’ eyes widened in fright, she found herself begin to tumble backwards, as Neil tackled her towards the ground. And then… to the disbelief of everyone around them, they vanished, straight through the floor itself!

“Selan!” Marcus screamed, reaching out to try and rescue her, but it was too late, for they were already gone.

“What in the… what the hell just happened?!” Lord Dumont screeched. “No! No, no, no! Mr. Spades!” The noble lord suddenly twisted his head to the blonde mercenary, his eyes fixed determinedly on the rugged man. “I will not have my property taken just like that! Fix this! Get Miss Leclair back now, and stop those people out there!”

“You don’t have to tell me twice,” Kenneth already made a move for the door, tightening his suit’s tie. A quick flash over his shoulder towards Vasco was followed by a nod towards Marcus. “You can look after her, right?”

A snooty respond from Vasco said it all, and the doors to Dumont’s grand suite were slammed behind him.

Fingers were brought up to and pressed against his ear once again.

“Heather, change of plans. Hunter’s rabbiting, and he took one of the women with him. Leclair.” Kenneth spoke gruffly.

Reaching into his jacket’s pocket, Kenneth retrieved a small case that he opened. Pushing two of his fingers inside, he lifted out a pair of clear concave lens, lifting them up to his eyes and gently placing them on. His eyes rapidly blinked as the contacts rested in place, and looking down at the lobby below, and the multitudes of battles breaking out all over the place, he could see a number of silhouetted orange forms moving around below:- the enemies Mordie had ‘tagged’ earlier. Crimson Justice, Lisette, Moira and Syed, a ragtag bunch of Don’s bros… information that would help make this clean up easier.

• Find and defeat all of the insurgents assaulting the Grande Diamond.

• Find, capture/kill Neil Hunter and retrieve Selan Leclair.

• Secure the premises.

“Heather, Mordie, Bart. Subdue everyone who isn’t a friendly. Take them all down.”

Kenneth began to walk forwards.

Time for the fox to hunt.
Brave' Story's animation looks nicely fluid 8D Might have to give the film a go sometime. I love that Breathe song too ^_^

Good luck on your test Kathi and on everything, Tae!

Danni said Yeah, we are some chatty bastards here. I blame Pach, always asking how we are and post music and being generally sociable. What's up with that?

Yeah, what an annoying prick. Someone should tell him to shut up! :P
I thiiiink on the old forum we were around 1700-1800 ICs (so we're well over 2000, wow) and 4-5000 OOC posts. What a chatty bunch we are 8D
