Killing eachother is fun. Trust me, PvP roleplaying where we make solid rules about when we can kill other characters (for example, with permissions) are so much fun. It feels a bit more real than just fighting people that do whatever you want them to.

Known history and secrets: Itsuki was born in a small village at the Snow country coast, though they moved to Yukigakure itself soon after Itsuki's birth so that they could get better jobs. Itsuki was a quiet, calm kid. He never really cried when he was a baby, nor when he was a kid. He went to the shinobi academy and graduated when he was 12, and has been a genin for 3 years now. The reasoning for this was more or less that the past 3 years they haven't participated in any of the chunnin exams. His childhood was relatively calm - playing with other kids, then later on practicing ninjutsu and shuriken throwing with them. He was never really good at any of that stuff, and was average.. on a good day.

Not to say that he got bullied for not being a prodigy. Matter of fact, many of his classmates were good friends of his, as far as he had friends. He always considered them more of ''village-mates'' rather than friends. He's always considered friendship to be non-existant, a tool for other people to get what they want from you. But.. he believes in the village, it's people and the Yukikage, who is some form of hero for this young shinobi. It's unclear to many people why he loves the Yukikage so much, and Itsuki finds it to be unimportant to tell them. Maybe he will not defend the people in the village because he is friends with them.. but he will defend them because they are the villagers of the Yukikage.

Personality: Itsuki is the kind of boy that faces his trouble head-first and doesn't think too much about it. He believes that even if you are bad at throwing shuriken, kunai or explosive tags, are not that good with ninjutsu.. or any jutsu, that even then you can still be a good shinobi. A good shinobi in your heart at least. He is very self sacrificial, and will do anything to complete a mission, even if it ends in death.

In that aspect, he is also willing to sacrifice his own health for that of others - he will jump through a deadly jutsu to save a fellow villager. He's a quiet, calm boy who can get angry in battle in the sense that he will get much more ferocious in his attacks and would maybe start attacking without much notice of what's going on around him, an addition to the fact that he likes to take on a battle head first.

Clan: Yudai.
Dreams and aspirations: To become a proper shinobi, to always maintain the code of honour he had made for himself and to make sure that people recognize him as a true shinobi from the heart.
General strengths: He is quite adept at ninjutsu but for now lacks the self control needed to make full use of this strength. Besides that his taijutsu is pretty good, nothing far above average but he can stand his own pretty well. His head on attitude has given him a tough skin, able to withstand a lot of hits before he fully succumbs and would be unable to stand - he will generally keep getting up until his body can't take anymore or he wins, even if the chances of winning are almost nihil.
General weaknesses: No proper tactical insight, so he has no clue who would best fight what opponent. His head on attitude sometimes conflicts with other shinobi in his team who do not know how to make use of his attitude. That aside he's below average at most ninja techniques, and for now cannot really make use of his ninjutsu skills as he hasn't explored these techniques a lot.

That's what the strengths and weaknesses are for, in it's essence. Also the reason you need to kinda balance it - a character with superb chakra control, Naruto-size chakra levels and a kekkei genkai will simply not be good. Even if he got accepted, he'd just be a bad character story wise.

I would say they are known as the bratva, which was the name they actually used and means brotherhood in Russian.

Being able to use a jutsu =/= mastery. An Uchiha is considered high tier for it's class. None the less, any Uchiha genin would likely get his bowels kicked out of him by a chuunin. Unless you play some form of a prodigy.

But yeah, all in all, a genin with elemental jutsus available is probably quite strong or misses a lot of the basics a shinobi would have.

Kyouka seems like a walking paradox.. which I like. She's well balanced so Kyouka is in. In case I missed it, Shinka is in as well.
