Also, made a slight edit to Suzy's character. Instead of being confused about who she likes I just made her an asexual.

EDIT: I'm going to add miscellaneous functions to Suzy that don't add to her effectiveness in combat but betray her nature and add some comic relief.
Ok, writing a post. SOrry if yall thought it was creepy, it seemed like a good idea at the time.
Would there be a draft? 'Cause I've always made guys who were all "yeah military!", I want a change of pace and make a bitter and sarcastic guy in a situation he does not want to be in.
[RANT VOICE] Don't be talking about my child like that! Suzy is a goddamn beacon of purity you savages! [RANT VOICE OVER]
Uncharted Planet, Unknown sector

The terra forming was swift. What was once a desolate wasteland of black ash and thunder was now a Goldilocks planet of sorts, the binary star shining enough light to warm the planet while they calmed the volcanic landscape. The sunrise poked over the horizon and cast a dance of violet, orange, and yellow to move through the sky. Each color sliding, flipping, and combining into the most photogenic picture in the galaxy. Many words could be used to describe what was shown but Captain Speciosa chose only one. Beautiful.

However, they could not save the sparse life that had started before the planets reckoning. To make up for their lateness, a dozen drop pods rained from the heavens before landing in the sea as they released their microscopic cargo. Give them a couple millennia and see what else comes from the oceans. Moving out of the planets atmosphere, the fleet of ships went deeper into space before preparing for jump.

Captain Speciosa was heading towards a place she had visited many, many eons ago. Back to when she and the rest of the Vistitas had less pure intentions for the galaxy. With a shiver, she remembered how she had glassed the planet. Destroying so much and leaving so little. If life had survived than she would see to it that it continued to do so, if not than it was her duty to give it back. Soon after her personal deceleration, the jump was made and the universe moved around them.

What could have been minutes, years, or decades passed by as the Salus and its entourage of Perdito moved between this dimension and another. The brilliant colors of the universe surrounded the fleet and all was peaceful. Reentry into real space was a slight jolt as the sensory overload withdrew and instead of the overwhelming lights of the in between the sensors of Captain Speciosa picked up the little blue orb, and apparently they were not alone in this visit.

Ignoring the other ships, The Salus was moved over the ocean and released its cargo of probes to scan the planet while the Perdito took a defensive position around it.
"My, my you've been playing with Ursa and her scent has clung to you along with the soil of her den. If to bathe you came then please be my guest my Hero and I shall become attendant to your desires."

While perplexed at Cassandra's chosen words, Suzy wasn't about to give up a warm bath. Especially given her current condition. Quickly stripping down to her birthday suit, Suzy stepped into the bath and let out a sigh as her body instinctively relaxed. Tension fleeing the battle the warm waters made. While beings as "human" as she was did carry some drawbacks, moments like this made it so much worth it.

Letting out a content sigh, Suzy said "Thank you for letting me use this bath, its been ages since I've had a proper one." Giving a quick dunk of her head, Suzy began to scrub the dirt from her hair as she began making idle chatter like how nice the weather was.

Soon though, the issue of a bath reared its head like an angry beast. A little sheepishly, Suzy said "I don't wish to impose but would you help me wash my back? I can't quiet reach it without a tool." Hopefully she wasn't being too forward, this new set of norms was quiet odd to Suzy. Unlike the carefree attitude of her Earth, these people seemed to have an unusually strict set of rules that dictated their actions. Just the other day she was called what she assumed were nasty words for admiring the woman who worked at the bakery, she was nice. Suzy could just hold her breath and hope she wasn't stepping on any toe's in this situation.
The sound of a harmonious voice rang out through the woods as Suzy strode through them. She had never caught the name of the song from the radio but she could guess what it was based on the lyrics, something about radiation? Anyway as the song came to an end Suzy gave out a huff of boredom, she had sung the song exactly 37 times within the last 3 hours of leaving the city and it was beginning to wear a little thin... ok that was a lie, she loved the song the same as when she first heard it but repetition was mundane and therefore boring. She just needed something new to do and fast, for risk of being in an irritable mood at arrival.

Plus, if it wasn't enough of the boredom attack, Suzy was incredibly dirty. The tussle with the large creature she found in the cave made sure of that. Giving a grimace, Suzy bucked up and continued on towards her destination while hoping for a decent bath. It had been days since she was able to get one, living on the streets does not bode well for cleanliness. Thankfully she didn't produce plaque, grease, or body odor like normal people, for that she was thankful. However that didn't stop the mud from clinging to her hair and body, which was the real tragedy in all honesty. Suzy's hair was her favorite part of her body and it just broke her little heart to see it in its current condition. Dirty, knotted, and a stick or two lying around. Not the best way to make an introduction.

Soon after a moment of lamentation, Suzy found the gate. Digging through her pocket, Suzy fished for the piece of paper with the address on it. After a moment of pushing pocket change and some lint out of the way, Suzy brought the crumpled piece of paper out into the light of day and peered at the address. Yup, this was the place. Tentatively she opened the gate and took a couple of steps in before closing the gate behind her. Suzy walked a ways before making a scan of her surroundings, first in normal vision then in thermal. The manor or whatever was a beacon of heat, not surprising given that it was a big fancy mansion or whatever but what got her attention was a flare of heat not located at the house but a ways away in the woods.

Whatever it was came up as suspicious to Suzy, maybe it was a fire? Yet, fires don't start on rocks. Her curiosity peaked, Suzy decided that meeting other people could wait. Plus if it was a fire than someone would have to deal with it. Marching her way through the uniform forest, Suzy took a little slower time than she should have given a "maybe fire" going on but she couldn't help it. Were she came from tree's didn't grow very much, too many people fighting to give a darn for gardening. As such the trees gave her a feeling of wonder she hadn't felt in a long time.

After several minutes Suzy arrived to her destination and thankfully there were no signs of a fire. No roaring flames, no burnt nature, just quiet. With the possibility of fire ruled out, what else could have created such heat? Well, the answer was given to her when she rounded a rock and discovered a woman lounging in some form of makeshift bath. With a tentative sniff of the air, Suzy discovered that the water was filled with a combination of herbs. Ranging from the mundane to the exotic, strangely some were even completely unknown to her data banks. However, than the woman came to be the center of focus.

Perking up a bit, Suzy said "Oh hello, you must be on of my new teammates... I'm Suzanne but you can just call me Suzy. I saw the heat of your bath and thought it was a fire so I came to check it out." While it was a little awkward, fact that this woman was naked didn't really effect her train of thought, nudist colonies were plentiful in her time and it was difficult wrapping her head around the cultural norms of this world so at the moment she decided not to and just go with the flow.
Hey guys, I'm just moving Arkos over to here.
Title: The Symbol of Courage

Name: Arkos Leantes

Equipment/Weapons Loadout: Tyrannic War Veteran Power Armor, Relic Bolt Pistol, Loi-Pattern Burning Blade, a chain of frag grenades meant to take as many of the bastards with him as possible, and the Banner of Macragge.

Psychological Profile: Arkos is tired. For centuries he fought and killed for the Emperor but when he learned that the thrown and all of Holy Terra was destroyed, he fell into a deep melancholy. He gazed upon what was left and for the first time, he knew fear. However, after the brief mourning period he shook off the shackles of grief and returned with a vigor he hadn't felt since his first several decades of his service. Renewed with a cause, Arkos armed himself with the weapons that could be saved and took up the Banner of Macragge. Arkos views himself as the last generation of standard bearers and is adamant to uphold his role as one.

If we are doomed to die than we shall cause the Ruinous Powers to choke upon us on our way out.

Brief Biography: Arkos has personally been in more battles than he could possibly ever remember however one battle is forever branded in his mind. He is a veteran of the Battle of Marcragge, a sergeant at the time. When the drop pods landed he and his battle brothers saw first hand the devastation of the tyranid hordes upon their home world. The fighting brutal, savage, and bloody. However everyone knows what happened afterwards, the 1st company was destroyed and the 3rd and 7th were sorely diminished but they had come out victorious.

Since that whole sordid affair, Arkos was one of the first batch of Tyrannic War Veterans to join the reconstituted 1st company and has since then been in many other battles involving the Tyranid hordes.
I am interested, hope you like him. He is a tweak of a character I had for another 40k RP that fell a little flat.
