Mass Effect: Wanted

Honestly, I'm impressed with the quality of the roleplay. You clearly know the lore and that's really nice to see; my nerd heart cries when I see a lot of lore contradictions. Add to that the fact that you all seem to know what you're doing when it comes to writing, and you've got my attention. There isn't really much out there that I want to join right now, but this is the first roleplay - at least outside of those made by the group of friends I came to RPGuild with - that has interested me, so I figured I'd at least read along :D. And in the event that a chance to join ever opens up in the future, I'd at least like to be informed as to what has occurred by then, so I read.

The Iraqi army ran for the hills, dropped everything from uniforms to weapons, and then in came the Kurds, picked it all up and put it to use. You gotta love how resourceful they are.

EDIT: Looks like the Kurds are calling for a referendum, moving one step closer to possibly forming a Kurdish state.

Did some reading too, even though I'm not in the roleplay :P Good stuff. Life has been stressful lately, so reading about things blowing up and a questionable encounter between a human and a Krogan ("Just once!") serves for some entertainment.

It's a shame this has got a player cap. I thought this looked cool, but I'll admit I can't always trust myself to post, so I didn't want to take up any spots. If you ever decide to open up the roster/expand on the number of players, let me know. I had a pretty cool idea. I'll keep my eyes on this anyway. Have fun, guys.

Where the hell are mothufuckas gettin' that Cassian nailed dudes to crosses because he thought they conspired against Syros? It's like the Comatids get their information from the Milatids or something.

I added what's in bold to explain why they couldn't hold a proper, formal trial.

Hadrian leaned to speak with Cassian. "We can't hold a trial." Timaeus heard him say. There was no time for that. "Make your decision." he added. "I will stand with you regardless - We Tend The Flame." He saw them hold each others' wrists - the greeting of the Brotherhood of the Flame.

I added a thought by Timaeus to confirm that what's going down is a trial-by-combat. I thought it was completely obvious before but apparently Googer had trouble so yeah (:P)

"Very well." Cassian spoke up. "The Creator will judge you." he said, handing the scabbard to Timaeus. His heart sunk for a moment, thinking he'd have to be the one to fight the men before him. A trial by combat. Then Cassian unbuckled his breastplate and threw it aside, the red Rhumid sands clouding around it as it hit the ground. Soldiers gathered around them tossed a handful of weapons at the bloodied men - three swords and a bow with arrows. The man kneeling smiled, the rest had their faces washed away with despair. "Please, no!" the boy cried again.

Unless the guy that writes what he does is busy. Not sure when I'mma get a post up, though I have a bit of an idea for it. I won't be home tomorrow cause I've been pulling a Hesiod's-brother and been hiding from everyone in my family for so long they demanded to see me, so I'mma have to show myself at some party or something.

Please don't set the salt-flats ablaze before I have a chance to respond to Vilage's post.
