I think everyone has learned that war kinda sucks for every side. I expect WiR: 1900 will be relatively peaceful, at least compared to this one. And whichever WiR you host in the future, provided it has some of the same players, will probably be more peaceful than this one too.

The orders relating to Austria and the Eighth against the Ottomans should be held off (and vise versa). Maxwell agreed to the terms presented, he just hasn't posted the treaty.

We were negotiating peace with Maxwell through a PM. It looked like we might have come to an agreement, but we haven't gotten a definitive 'yes' to the proposal since.
