If that thing about Austria's population being low is true, I wouldn't mind an increase too (for pop.). I looked it up but couldn't find anything, except that the Austrian Empire's population in 1800 was about 20 million.
I didn't continue the argument on Prussia's equipment level yesterday because I was afraid we'd flood the thread with it and get ban-hammered for it - but I did some research and am more willing to support a slight increase. I don't think Prussia's equipment should be the highest, or even second best. But maybe a slight increase might be acceptable. I do still believe equipment goes beyond just a good rifle, and I have more reason to believe the UK and France are more able to better equip their soldiers with all the necessities (ie: not just rifles) than Prussia. They simply have more resources to do it with.

Just wondering, why didn't you complain about this in the last RP? Why is this suddenly so important to you? I said I'd stop arguing about this, so I won't push further than this. But honestly, I sincerely believe Prussia is accurately represented here. You're trying to pretend a rifle is all 'equipment' accounts for. It's not.

EDIT: Plus, as stated before, you are already damn strong. Highest army level by far, and the fourth best equipment. I honestly believe Prussia is well-represented as it is.

You don't need good equipment to win a war against somebody. The fact that Prussia defeated France in real life is, if anything, a testament to their excellent leadership and strategy - which, by the way, is well-represented here with an army level superior to everyone else.

An Empire in decline. The UK and France are still very strong, and therefore able to field the military with better equipment. Prussia is a state that is still on the climb and is far from being anywhere on the level of the UK and France.
Your equipment is better than everyone else, with the exception of the UK, France and the US. You are not exactly hurting.

It's pretty good in comparison to everyone else. It think it's fine the way it is. Besides, this is a game. Some of our stats have to start somewhat low, otherwise what would be the point of upgrading them? Not to mention balance is important. Plus, Prussia's already got a good army, no need to make it even better without you actually working for it.
Assuming education does anything to military success. It may be different here. I kind of hope so. Education should also affect more economical aspects, and maybe industry.
